For this price, having security guards help with luggage is amazing – the service is really good, warm and genuine. There's a delicious and affordable roast suckling pig restaurant nearby, just a few minutes' walk to the right after you exit. A few minutes' drive away, there's also a trendy roast suckling pig place that's open until 3 AM. Bali's suckling pig rice has crispy skin and fragrant meat, and it's only about 10-20 CNY per portion – a must-try! Hygiene is not an issue, and they even have bone soup.

This hotel offers good value for money. However, the ground floor rooms are directly connected to the outdoor pool area, and the noise from people walking by can be quite disruptive, which is a bit of a shame. The facilities, such as the lobby and dining area, are excellent!

A highly recommended hotel in Bali. The overall environment is excellent, and it's close to everything, making it very convenient to walk wherever you need to go. The hotel staff provide exceptional service. The breakfast is delicious. I will definitely return here again and again.

I have two bookings. The first one was booked by my sister. And we got room in level 5 apartment style with queen bed. But, tbh it was not like hotel room. Dirty, mold, and I’m not sure about air circulation inside the room. So we move coz I have paid and not impossible to find other hotel room in peak season in the middle of night at 02.00 (I just came into the room). They fixed it. We got other same room in level 2 or 3 I forget. Yeah so far is just okay. But the owner or management need to fix the issue coz there’s mold in the hotel room. It should not be open for accepting the reservation!

My overall experience on this hotel is excellent. Easy to find, good location. Lobby staffs are friendly and accommodating. Lobby, waiting area, elevator and hallways are all modern. The room door is superb. Clean and soft bed, strong wifi connection, hot and cold shower. The room is big yet very affordable. i highly recommend this hotel.

Aston Review:

I highly recommend everyone visiting Batam to stay at Aston! This is my second time in Batam, and my second stay at this hotel! ❤️

This time (August 29-31) was super busy; the hotel was almost fully booked, and some items at the breakfast buffet weren't replenished quickly enough. I hope the hotel can arrange more staff on weekends to ensure faster replenishment and replacement of food at the breakfast buffet, and more efficient cleaning!

✅ The air conditioning is very cold (when you check in and open the room door, the AC is already on and waiting for you!)
✅ The room is clean, tidy, and very spacious.
✅ There's a swimming pool, a huge gym (you can even train for HYROX!), a sauna, and massage services.
✅ Breakfast offers a very wide and rich selection! Many local Indonesian specialties, almost everything you can think of!
✅ International adapters are available for direct charging.
✅ Many TV channels, including CCTV, Phoenix Satellite TV, Celestial Movies, as well as Korean and Japanese channels.
✅ The bed is huge and incredibly comfortable!
✅ There's a refrigerator, a bathtub 🛁, and a safe.
✅ Very thoughtful! Simple anniversary decorations + a cake (we saw it right when we checked in and opened the door ❤️).
✅ Hotel staff help open doors and carry luggage.
✅ The hotel is right next door (to the right), just a 5-minute walk to Pisang Keju Terowongan – very affordable and freshly baked!

Overall, I'm still very satisfied with my second stay! The next time I visit Batam, I will definitely consider staying at Aston again! ❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

An Excellent Stay with a Perfect Location!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed with the overall experience. The location is one of its biggest advantages — BCS Mall, Grand Batam Mall, Alfamart, Indomaret, Fore Coffee, and plenty of local street food are all within walking distance. It’s incredibly convenient and makes exploring the surrounding area so easy.

The room was exceptionally clean, neat, well-organised, and smelled fresh and pleasant. Everything was well taken care of, which made the room very comfortable to return to after a long day. The only minor improvement I would suggest is some maintenance for the flooring and the bathroom door.

The breakfast was another highlight. There was a great variety of food to choose from, and the taste was genuinely good. There were plenty of options, so it was easy to find something enjoyable for breakfast.

The service was also excellent. Both the front desk and housekeeping teams were friendly, welcoming, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. Their warm and professional service really made the experience even better.

Overall, this hotel offers an excellent combination of a fantastic location, cleanliness, good breakfast, and outstanding service. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Batam.

Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully kept. The bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well every night! Air-conditioning worked perfectly, hot water was strong, and all amenities were in great condition. Everything felt modern, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping everything tidy and refreshed daily.

I booked this hotel because it was close to where I had to work. The room itself was decent, but the hairdryer wasn't very good and the bathroom door didn't close properly. However, the hotel breakfast and service were both excellent, and the restaurant food was quite tasty. Overall, it was a good stay.

Located in Kuningan with meeting rooms, banquet services, and business center for corporate events. love the outdoor pool with foam parties, family BBQ camps, movie nights, and indoor glamping. Spacious suites with kitchenettes suit group stays. Staff is friendly helpful. Versatile for families, business, and social events.
