Location is amazing, within 5-10 minutes walking distance to the Eifel tower. 
Rooms and the entire hotel are extremely small and narrow. 
We were shocked by the front desk. The whole reception was no very well structured, the people sitting behind the desk didn’t perform very professional as one could expect for a best western premiere hotel. 
We moved out after just one night. Wouldn’t recommend to go there again.

Location very central, metro right outside. Still totally quiet inside the building. All you need is nearby. The room was excellent, very good bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have breakfast included.

The advantages are that the subway is not far away, supermarkets, bakeries, and facilities are relatively complete. The disadvantages are also obvious. The room I booked was an executive room, but it did not match the order. The floor-to-ceiling window became a skylight, the bed was not 1.8 meters and could only go up and down on one side, there were no slippers, and the worst thing was that the elevator only went to the 4.5th floor. A 70-year-old man had to carry his suitcase up and down the stairs by himself. The hotel staff did not take the initiative to help. This can be improved. The photos are a comparison between the order and the actual situation.

We stayed at this hotel during our New Year trip with family, and it was such a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely amazing — directly connected to the beach with its own private beach area, which made everything feel exclusive and relaxing. There’s also a lovely café by the beach where we could just sit back, enjoy the view, and chill together.
The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of food options, so everyone in the family could find something they liked. Another big plus is how convenient the location is — it’s close to the bus station and within walking distance to the night food market, which made exploring and finding dinner so easy.
Overall, it was a perfect place for a family get away, especially during the New Year holiday. We would definitely love to come back!

The villa hotel we booked this time had a fantastic environment! It came with a private front yard and a pool. Although the pool wasn't huge, the water was clean and perfectly fine for both adults and kids to enjoy. The hotel also boasts two larger swimming pools. The breakfast spread was very generous, and they even offered pho, which tasted great and was suitable for Chinese palates. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning leaked on the first day, but the hotel promptly took care of it. Just a five-minute walk from the hotel, there's a night market, perfect for shopping and dining. While communication with the locals in English was quite challenging, they were generally very welcoming. The hotel also has its own beach, and after 5 PM, there are live performances, which are very chill.

Clean hôtel, efficient check-in process. Over all a classic best western experience.

Bed a bit soft for my liking.

I booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)
