Outstanding hotel and genuinely the best service we have had in China.

We were upgraded free of charge to an 11th floor room — a more expensive room category than the one we paid for. They arranged laundry for us, and the reception staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.

What really stood out was how much they went out of their way for us. When we needed to contact our upcoming hotels, the front desk helped us obtain their WeChat contacts so we could arrange room requests and transfers in advance. They also surprised us with complimentary drinks. Nothing was too much trouble.

The location is excellent — walking distance to Wangfujing, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen, with the metro right there.

Superb value, spotless rooms, and staff who genuinely care. We would stay here again without hesitation.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and right off the bat, the transportation is incredibly convenient and well-connected. Getting around by taxi or subway is a breeze. The front desk service was also excellent; there's always someone available 24/7, and they're super responsive to any requests via message. Plus, there are tons of great food options around the hotel. Highly recommend!

The room was spotless; corners, desks, and bedding were all clean and odorless. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area, and the sink and mirror were free of water stains. The toiletries were of high quality, making the stay very reassuring. The front desk staff were polite and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they responded quickly to any requests. The robot delivery service was convenient, and the entire experience was warm and thoughtful. The decor was simple yet stylish, and the room was fully equipped with automatic curtains, a smart toilet, and more. The gym was well-equipped, and the self-service laundry room offered drying and ironing services, making it extremely convenient for business travelers.
