The hotel is right next to the train station, just a short walk away. Super convenient!

The 24-hour front desk made me feel very secure.

The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate and well-equipped. It was very clean and promptly serviced.

The front desk staff enthusiastically explained all the details: breakfast, key card, routes to major attractions, etc. I really appreciate it!

The breakfast was fantastic! The lovely ladies on the breakfast team greeted everyone warmly, made coffee, and worked diligently and efficiently. Thumbs up!

On the last day, I left my luggage at the hotel and picked it up in the afternoon before catching my train. When I picked up my bags, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and even told me there was a restroom downstairs I could use. It's true that finding restrooms outside can be difficult!

Ousman, the friendly guy, suggested I write down my feelings and share them with others, just writing whatever came to mind. I think he's right; others might need honest information. I spent some time choosing a hotel before I came, and it seems I made the right choice.

Right by the train station, super convenient! They even let me check in at 11 AM and stored my luggage for free. The staff were all really friendly. They helped me with my takeout order, and when I checked out, one staff member chatted with me, saying he'd been to Shanghai and planned to visit Beijing next. When I came back for my luggage, a female staff member saw I was struggling a bit and heading for the accessible ramp, but she just grabbed my bag and carried it down for me. 🤠 The single room was small, just like in the pictures. The only downside was the soundproofing wasn't great, but for the price, it was excellent value for money. Parking was also convenient right next door, though a bit pricey at 30 Euros a night.

The hotel is right across from the station, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are many bus routes right outside. The room was spacious and newly renovated. Even though it was a last-minute booking, my stay felt very secure and comfortable overall.

Me and my partner stayed 3 nights in the hotel, we had forgotten a travel adapter and the staff were so kind and gave one to us. The staff all went above and beyond especially the receptionist Valentina. Breakfast was great, just what you need to start the day. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. It was extremely convenient to walk from the hotel to everywhere in Florence, and right next to Santa Maria Novella station. We visited in December and were happy to have hearing in the room. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Good location, very close to the train station & Centro storico. Room size was very good, with a BALCONY! Even though privacy may be a bit compromised but can’t have everything. It had very good natural lighting. The bathroom was also big, bigger than most bathroom in Italian hotels. I could dance & turn around in the shower stall. Check in required a bit of tech-savviness & naturally the internet. Unlocking gate & room required the use of an internet browser/done on a smart phone. There’re plenty of food options around, a bar/cafe/gelateria right down the building. Coffee machine & drinking water available for the taking. There’s a big shared fridge and an in-room fridge. Internet was fast. Plenty of charging ports/power outlets, conveniently placed (including bedside). Maybe one small suggestion: perhaps there’d be a desk. The TV didn’t work but I wouldn’t watch anything in Italian. I could YouTube with the fast internet. Good toiletries & drinking water provided & refreshed daily (some hotels don’t do this). Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent, with a Carrefour supermarket and a metro station right next door. It's a direct 8-stop ride to Milan's Duomo, making it ideal for business travelers or couples, especially since the city center can be quite expensive. There's also a great pizza place next to the hotel.

It's a 7-8 minute walk to the subway, making it very convenient to reach the city center. However, the room decor is a bit dated, and the AC was quite loud.

C-Atlantic Hotel was a great choice for our stay in Milan. It's really close to the metro, so getting around the city was super easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They suggested some great local restaurants, a rooftop bar, and a few authentic spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. The room was spotless and we really appreciated being allowed to check in an hour early. Definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Milan.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. However, the shower door was misaligned and never fixed. The lift was not working on the first day, though a porter helped carry our luggage for free. Location is about a 9-minute walk to the bus/metro station. There was no free twin room option and the upgrade was mandatory, as split beds were not possible for the room we booked, which was disappointing. The upgrade made the stay expensive, and the price dropped significantly afterwards, so booking early on Trip.com did not feel worth the value.

The room was small and a bit depressing. There was a lot of dust in the room and there was a lightning bolt on the toilet. It was inconvenient to only take a shower. There is a small balcony, but there is a lot of pigeon droppings. The surrounding environment is good, and it is still a bit far to walk to the train station. The service attitude is very good. Overall, I feel that the price/performance ratio is not high.
