There are many famous mountains and rivers in the country, and each famous mountain has a story. The most magnificent story must come from Jinggangshan, with a reverence; revisit the old place. Jinggangshan has changed a lot, the scenic spot is more standardized, and the Emerald Lake is more beautiful. What remains unchanged is that Jinggangshan people are still so simple. The room is clean, relatively new, the location is central, convenient for travel

Located near the center of Ciping Town, Jinggangshan. It's about a 10-minute walk to Tianjie Street and Ticui Lake.

The environment is nice; the mountain behind is worth hiking, and there's a small lake. It's very quiet at night. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer beautiful views of the various plants outside.

The hotel is an older style building, quite grand. Although not newly built, it's well-maintained. The rooms are decent size and facilities. It was originally a place for receiving officials.

The parking lot is quite large and free.

Breakfast is average.

Service is average. It has a bit of the feel of an old state-owned enterprise. However, the manager is nice; he proactively communicates with guests, asking if they have any complaints. He's very willing to accept guest feedback and suggestions.

The environment is elegant and quiet, the room is clean and nothing to say, the details are attentive, the location is very convenient, the front desk is also very warm, ask where is fun and introduce very carefully, next time you come to Jinggangshan, you will choose here

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, no matter the route, the meal is very good to explain, the hotel location is very good, it is very convenient to take the scenic car, canceled one night of housing due to personal reasons, will choose to live here again in the future.

Must give you a big praise for your service! From taking the initiative to help with luggage when getting off the bus, to the warm smile of the front desk lady, the first impression is full. A small episode during the stay was that the TV remote control battery was out of power. After calling the front desk, the room service staff came to solve it in 5 minutes, and the efficiency was extremely high. This attitude of real consideration for the guests makes us feel very valued. The details determine success or failure, and your hotel has done it. Also to say that the breakfast tastes very good!

The room rates in the off-season are very attractive and the hot spring rooms are great value.
The service staff are very enthusiastic, but their enthusiasm is just empty talk and their service awareness needs to be improved.
The hygiene situation really needs to be improved. The quilt cover has stains, the room smells musty, and there are water stains on the faucet, but I can tolerate all of these. But there was a big bug in the dish for dinner, which was really disgusting. The waiter was very nice and explained to me that it was just a bug in the peppers and had nothing to do with it. With such a big food safety issue, doesn’t the hotel have any training?

The hotel is located in a very nice area! You can watch the stars on the viewing terrace in summer. March is the off-season and the trees are not so lush. The temperature is suitable. The shuttle bus is very convenient. The front desk lady and the driver are very caring! The experience is full, but the facilities are a bit old. The toilet seat is really freezing. Every time I sit down, it feels like I was beaten. Except for the ”Ice Toilet Seat Beating Incident”, all the feelings are very good! !

The service of this hotel is way beyond excellent! Had us added their hotel communication through wechat immediately after booking, walked us through the steps and any questions that we have about the travel in lushan even non hotel related questions. Had a hotel driver that picked/dropped us from the cabal car station from/to hotel. Even guided us back to hotel when we ventured out in town at night and couldn't figure out which bus to take to get back :)  The location of the hotel is also excellent. It is not in middle of town so was quiet and tranquil and hear the bird ”singing” in the morning and the night wind howling at night when we kept the window open. It is also walking distance away from the bus station for both the west and east line of the scenery right. Will definitely book them again when coming back to lushan in the future.

Jingdezhen Changnanli Changtian Hotel is not the most expensive hotel for our family's trip to Jiangxi, but it is definitely the best. I really want to recommend this hotel to everyone. The hotel is very good in both software and hardware! First of all, the hotel is very upscale as a whole, the rooms are large and the facilities are very new. Second, the hotel is not far from the scenic spots by taxi, but it is indeed a bit inconvenient to buy things around. I wanted to buy some takeout after going out to play, but when I saw it in the Chinese restaurant, I didn't go out. The food is delicious and not expensive. We stayed for three nights and had dinner in the hotel Chinese restaurant every day. Third, the hotel's breakfast is also very good, rich and delicious. Fourth, I would like to praise Wenjuan, the supervisor in the lobby, the waiter in the Chinese restaurant who served us, and the waiter who cleaned the room. They are all very good. Wenjuan's service is particularly proactive and enthusiastic. She upgraded our room and made arrangements for us every day. The details are in place. The hotel also gave us a blind box, which is a rare travel souvenir. It can be said that half of our family's good impression of Jingdezhen is due to Changnanli Changtian Hotel. I hope the leaders of Jingdezhen Municipal Government can see my comments, make Changnanli Changtian Hotel a business card of Jingdezhen, and practice the slogan of our Fuliang World Heritage Application: one city, one thing, one mind, work together, one energy, and we will definitely win!
