Good stay for one night, simple hotel but has bathtub. Lift and corridor are rather stuffy. From taoyuan AirPort Express station take exit 6 is easiest with elevator (read past reviews and tried this route). Y21 exit is stairs only and linked to the underground mall which has demon slayer exhibition. Breakfast set is from Fuhang, receptionist will call you when delivered and go down to collect. Salted soya is not to my taste. Fried dough is oily but nice.

It’s my third time staying here and unfortunately did not have a good an experience as the first 2 times. My fellow neighbors and housekeeping were quite noisy and the room I had seemed to have worse sound proofing than usual. Also when showering late at night I was told to run the shower for 10 minutes before getting any hot water, which is obviously not ideal. Despite this, the location is still good and it’s good value for money but if you need some quiet time or you’re a night owl I might not recommend this hotel.

overall, it was an average experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with surprisingly good soundproofing that made it easy to rest. I also appreciated the in-room coffee machine, which was a convenient touch for a quick morning pick-me-up. However, being located in the basement made the room feel a bit dark, and the bathroom facilities could be more modern, as the toilet was not a washlet.

The breakfast offered was quite limited, and the service left something to be desired. While the staff were present, they did not proactively check on guests or offer assistance, and there was little interaction or friendliness. Simple gestures like greetings, smiles, or help with luggage were missing, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming. Additionally, during breakfast, food was cleared promptly at the set time without asking if guests were still eating or wanted more, which could have been handled more thoughtfully.

On the positive side, the hotel provides the essentials for a short stay, and the rooms are quiet and functional. For travelers prioritizing comfort and a clean environment, this hotel is acceptable, but I feel that improved hospitality and more attention to guest experience would make a significant difference. Service really matters in hospitality, and it’s the area where this property could improve the most.

Situated at the older part of Taipei, this business hotel can be considered good. You might need to walk but the hotel is smacked in between two MRT stations. There are Family Mart, 7-11 and local supermarket nearby. There are plenty of food options and also walking distance to Ningxia Night Market. The room I booked come with an open bathtub, an ensuite showroom and WC room. The washing basin is exposed like the bathtub, which while seem modern but still a bit outrageous for Asian like me. The room size is generous but the ID probably can be better. The bed are placed on elevated tatami floors and tucked to the side of the window, which doesn't come with much view. However after a long day out exploring, I did have some good sleep and woke up to a good breakfast spread. The breakfast was held in a lounge like setting which seem fancy and the food spread was generous and adequate. Did I tell you that the ground floor was just for concierge which would direct you to an alley into a lounge then a lift will bring you up to reception whereby very helpful front desk team would assist in almost anything and everything possible. I was shocked with some design choices the hotel had made but I really had a great time and I love the team operating the hotel, everyone is a champion. Thank you!

Chose this hotel for its proximity to Taoyuan International Airport, as we had to catch a 8:30am flight back home.  The rooms are adequate, with the necessities eg towels, kettle, water, coffee and tea.   WIFI are excellent, TV channels sufficient - we have no time to watch much TV anyhow :D  Loved the water pressure of the shower.  The negative points are: 1)  No UBS ports by the bed; 2) there's only space for 1 luggage bag, so I had to use the desk for my other luggage bag.
Hotel guests can easily walk to the nearby MRT Station to go to Taipei (quite a long ride) or a shopping mall 3 stations away, which we did.  Additional plus point is the hotel packed our breakfast for us to take with us, since we had to leave the hotel before the restaurant opens.

The hotel entrance is hard to see as there's no obvious signage pointing direction, however the owner of the eating shops downstairs was kind enough to point us the way without us asking, I guess it's a norm for them to see travellers come with luggages wandering around looked lost. First, need to go to the alley next to the last shop of the row (selling donut), walk to the middle of the alley, there's a lot of claw machines along the way. And there's lift lobby in the middle of the building, without signage. The sign for the hotel is seen only in the lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. Bottles of drinking water, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and face towels are provided, however cotton bud, toothpaste and toothbrush are not provided. The bedrooms looked like the picture given by Trip.com.

The hotel was nice. The Bathroom was clean and nice hot shower. The water pressure was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the Air conditioning was nice. The staff were helpful. During my stay, I felt peaceful and there was no noise. The only thing I felt uncomfortable was the lighting. I felt the bathroom lighting was very dim. There were only 2 small light bulbs in the bathroom. I feel the bathroom should be well lit. The bathroom was dim and dark. 

Located next to Pier 2 making the harbour walk easy & nice, however, it is in a terribly noisy location where buses, coaches dropping tourists, garbage trucks working in the early mornings and people walking towards the pier talking and laughing loudly etc 
It is about 15 mins taxi ride to Central Park etc 

The city and water view were nice. However the facilities and the hotel itself were dated. Balcony lock was not working in either room we stayed in. The water pressure in the bathroom was not strong at level 5. Thr bathroom set up is uncomfortable. Beds were not quality ones. The slippers were really cheap quality. Amenities were pretty limited. Breakfast buffet finishes at 9:30 not 10:00. 
 
The staff when we checked in was cold. Performed her job but not welcoming.
