If you wanna skip the long queues and head an hour earlier into the theme park - please booked disney related hotels. This cuts time waiting. Done the tron and dwarf ride within 1hr30 mins. This is when the crowd is starting to trickle in

Stayed for 3 nights in Pop Century. The room has two beds, one of which can be folded up to become a table and needs to be put down to become a bed. The room is in the 90s Century, almost the farthest building from the entrance and the bus... The facilities in the room are good and clean. If you have a lot of luggage, you need to borrow a luggage cart from the bell service and push it back to the room. The advantage is that the sound insulation is good, and the hotel's shuttle bus and bus services are very good.

Everything quite convenient, loved having a bedroom, 3 beds, 2bathrooms+toilet for our family of 5. Alarm clock is cute - different characters to wake you up gently instead of a blaring alarm sound lol! 

Staff members were all wonderful, smiling and friendly.. Free car parking is helpful if you have a car but don’t need to use during your stay as transport is very convenient to get to/from the Disney areas - Bus to Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Hollywood Studios/Disney Springs/Summer Winterland (same bus as Blizzard Beach), Skyline to Epcot. Although I must say, it felt like there were more buses returning to other resorts (like Pop Century and All Stars vs Art of Animation; maybe 3-4buses for every 1). Comes quite frequent though, traffic played a part on delays.. Pop Century is located next to Art of Animation so we considered taking that bus and walking back to pass through the Skyline station as the resorts share it, but we’d always surpassed our walking steps during a park visit so just waited..

Laundry mat is handy, gets very busy during the afternoon/evening as expected. No quarters needed, can pay via QR code. They have a vending machine with detergent and dryer sheets. Staff had visited whilst I was doing laundry several times to clean and sanitize machines.

Early entry to parks a great perk, saved and opted not to buy any lightening passes. We would take advantage of early entry, do a few rides and then head back to the resort to relax for a couple of hours and then head back to do more rides/parade/fireworks etc at about 2:45pm.

We kindly received complimentary access to play mini golf as the check in staff member recognized we’ve travelled quite a long way 🥹 - thank you, it was so much fun! Complimentary access to Blizzard Beach also included, unfortunately it was too cold to take advantage of it as our stay was during what seemed like an Arctic blast! 🥶

This has been our 3rd stay here, it always gives beautiful memories to take home with us 🥰

I was very excited to stay at this hotel, which has a traditional atmosphere of the ethnic culture living in the African savanna. I think you can see all the animals during the day, but you can't see anything after dark, so I recommend checking in while it's still light. You can buy refills for unlimited drinks during your stay at the official hotel at a restaurant called Mala.

Club Level was amazing!  I wish I could afford it more.  Great service. We had a them park view. It was nice to walk to Magic Kingdom in 10 mins. Hopefully some day I can go back!

Hotel is Beautiful & location is Great.
We had a standard 2 queen room which was pretty bare. Bed was fine, but just one armchair which was Very hard! 
We normally stay in a 2bedroom villa on property so this was a disappointment.
The Mercado restaurant  chicken bowl was Delicious, & Toledo Restaurant is Fabulous!!!

The biggest selling point of the hotel is the location, and the transportation to various parks is convenient. But it can't be expected to be a five-star luxury hotel. The overall hardware and services of the hotel are about the level of a four-star luxury hotel.

It was very convenient to be able to travel from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to each park by bus.
There are frequent ferries to and from Disney Springs from the ferry dock inside the hotel, so it is also very convenient for going shopping at Disney Springs.
The hotel was a lodge-style hotel divided into several buildings, so I had to walk a bit from my room to the entrance, but I had requested a room near the bus stop in advance, so they arranged for me a room very close to the bus stop.
Food was also available via mobile ordering, so I hardly experienced any language barriers.
I was able to relax as if it were my own home during my stay, and it was a very happy stay.

This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

Considering how tiring it is to watch the fireworks, I booked this hotel for a Sunday night stay, having made the reservation on Tuesday. I'd recommend booking on a Wednesday or Thursday as prices are generally lower during the week. Sometimes, there are special rates for Sunday afternoons after 6 PM, but that depends on luck. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from Disneyland. I took a taxi directly from the airport to the hotel, dropped off my luggage, and then headed to Disneyland. I came back in the evening to check in, and my luggage had already been delivered to my room. The bed was large, and having a water purifier in the room was a great convenience. You can keep the room key card when you check out. The hotel also has many family-friendly activities, which unfortunately I didn't have time to participate in. On the second day, you can use the fast pass lane to enter the park by showing your room key card sleeve, which saves a lot of time!

Great experience to stay at one of Disneyland's hotel! The location was easily access via park shuttle bus from the MTR station. Early check in and drop the luggage as soon as you arrived and got the keycard but cannot get into the room until check. in time in the afternoon. The restaurant is quite expensive but there are grab-and-go meal as the other choice. No amenities kit to bring back except hotel slippers. no toothbrush and shower cap for free but you can buy the amenity kit set at front desk. The room was very cute and clean and standard size with free coffee and tea, free public ice-dispenser. 

We stayed in the Ambassador Room with two adults and two children. The two beds were just right for four people, and the room was quite spacious with a balcony facing the sea. The overall environment was very clean. The room also thoughtfully provided universal adapters, as well as USB and Type-C charging ports, which was a very considerate touch, especially for mainland tourists.

The Ambassador Room includes access to the Executive Lounge, which offers two meals a day – breakfast and dinner. While the selection of hot food isn't huge, the quality is very high. The salmon, ham, shrimp dumplings, sausages, and siu mai were all excellent. Between meals, they also provide drinks, biscuits, and candies, and the kids absolutely loved the cola-flavored candies.

The staff in the Executive Lounge were all very friendly and provided service with a constant smile.

Although there weren't any Disney character photo opportunities at breakfast, in the evening, there was a chance for kids to take photos with characters, which they loved. During our two-day stay, Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse came separately for photos.

The hotel is right next to the sea, making it great for a stroll along the beach. There's also a maze in the hotel courtyard where you can search for Disney characters, which the children absolutely adored.

While the all-day dining at the Ambassador Hotel is a bit pricey, considering the cost of meals, it's still a very good value. We will definitely stay in the Ambassador Room again on our next visit.
