I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The service was friendly and the location was very convenient. However, I did run into one issue that affected my stay. In the morning, when I went to take a shower, the water wouldn’t get warm at all. Unfortunately, I ended up having to take a cold shower, and since I was rushing to make an appointment, I didn’t have time to report it or get it resolved.

Few steps from the train station with supermarket nearby.

Girl in reception is very helpful. You can ask for hairdryer and more towel.

Room is basic but clean. The ac is stronggggg.
TV is huge..bathroom.might be a bit small and shower is only separated by a shower curtain so might be an issue for some.

Overall a good deal considered this is london !

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and the location was convenient. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

Value for money if you just need a simple and clean hotel room to stay. Location is in centre of London and hard to beat its low cost.

Great little hotel for a base to explore London, a short walk from Paddington and Edgeware Road stations. Staying two nights, it was ideally located for our trips into the city centre and seeing Harry Styles @ Wembley. The room was small but with underbed storage to hide away the cases and a couple of clothes hangers and wall hooks we managed to unpack and store what was needed! Was able to leave luggage for £5 a case on the checkout day as our train back wasn't until later that evening. Spoilt for choice on food places within a couple of minutes walk too, sitting out by the canal or the Market Halls had nice options! Hotel reception had a coffee machine, vending machine, and water refill - water was free! If you want a cheap, no frills but clean and good located hotel then this is perfect!!

The location was within walking distance from the HB train station so very convenient to get to from the airport, although it’s not the same area as the sightseeing part of town. The self check-in/-out was super efficient, everything was standardised and clean. Highly recommend for non-fussy travellers!

This budget hotel offers a great overall experience and excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and it had all the essential amenities needed for a typical trip. The location is also quite convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to transportation nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and handled check-in and check-out quickly. It's perfect for short business trips or vacations, and I would definitely stay here again if needed.

It’s really a no-frill hotel. No AC, no receptionist (self-check-in). Had to open the window to ventilate the room and let some cool air flow in during sleep time in the night but the noises coming from below (restaurants and bars) could be annoying especially those party-goers shouting in the middle of the night. It’s less than 10min to the main station and 20min to downtown.

Great stay overall! The location was excellent — close to everything we needed, with easy access to public transport, which made getting around the city a breeze. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay.

A couple of small suggestions that would make things even better: extending checkout to 11am instead of 10am would give guests a bit more breathing room in the morning. Also, the complimentary water in the lobby had a noticeable aftertaste — might be worth looking into the filtration system there.

Otherwise, a lovely experience and I’d happily stay again!

As a review expert, I have to state some objective facts: this is a newly opened, small apartment-style hotel, located next to a residential complex, much like a guesthouse. The bed is built on wooden cabinets (pictures available to prove it), and these cabinets even move! 😂😂😂 And for this, they charge a four-figure sum per night – oh my! The room price far exceeds the actual value of the property! It's like China's budget chain hotels, but three times more expensive! The room was full of formaldehyde smell; as soon as I walked in, I got a headache and throbbing temples 😣… I couldn't sleep for half the night… The smell was so pungent. Why didn't any other guests who stayed and reviewed tell the truth?

The breakfast was extremely simple, with very few options. There were no vegetables, no other fruits, just black, rotting bananas 🍌…呜呜呜…

Thankfully, the service attitude was good, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to give a service score of 4! It's a new hotel, too new! The renovation smell is too strong!

The location is indeed good, a 25-minute walk to Sagrada Familia, but that's about it.
