Extremely satisfied! The service was excellent, a big thank you to the front desk staff and the meticulous cleaning aunties. The room was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It's right next to the subway station, making it super convenient for getting around, and you can even walk to Sanlitun for dinner.

I came to China for business trip and I was really satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the beds were comfortable so I could sleep well!!!! In particular, the staff were very friendly and attentive, so I was able to stay in a good mood. The location of the hotel was also very good, and it was convenient to access nearby tourist spots and restaurants.
Thanks to the various amenities, I was able to spend a more uncomfortable time.. I felt a high satisfaction for the price, and I would like to visit again next time.

I chose this hotel on a business trip with my friends. The facilities are very new and the surrounding area is very convenient. The hotel service is thoughtful and the breakfast variety is quite rich. I am very satisfied and feel very comfortable.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out efficiency was fast. Convenient location, convenient eating and drinking around, super cost-effective, remote control curtains, smart toilets and robots served me, the room has a small refrigerator. I will choose this one next time I stay!

Excellent! The hotel has a great location, very close to the scenic area, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The hotel service is attentive and welcoming. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the decorations are very elegant. The lobby is bright, the breakfast is plentiful, the staff are friendly, and the coffee at breakfast is fantastic.

The hotel facilities are relatively new and complete, with excellent service. The rooms are spacious and bright, and parking in the courtyard is convenient. It's less than 4 kilometers from Daming Lake. We took a taxi there and walked back to the hotel because parking is difficult around the scenic area. The hotel breakfast was good with a wide variety of options. When we booked the room, it only included one breakfast, but upon check-in, they kindly gave us an extra one for free, which was a very thoughtful touch. There are also plenty of dining options nearby.

孩子在旁邊的學校濟南西城實驗中學考試，安排入住，算是比較近一點吧！估計距離目的地比較近也就是關鍵優勢了，我看考研的也有人提前在這裏入住了。藝龍酒店和維也納酒店就是在一個樓上，分層了而已。設施一般，但是該有的都算有的。特別是後院停車場，免費能停也是最大的優勢。開車技術不大好的，或者車輛比較大的，還真不大好開進去，建議大家慢一點，觀察好。停車場環境一般，這幾天有地面積水外溢，好像是廚房的。車輛進出都需要特別注意，輔道的電動車可是沖得比較猛的。主要是此地當初不是以酒店來規劃設計的吧，沒有預留緩沖區。周邊環境一般，總體看起來不能歸因到酒店一家，還是濟南的城市建設提升方面大有可為啊！
期待大山東老濟南儘快跟進提升啊吧！

Because we need to transfer at the high-speed railway station, we booked a good cost-effective hotel online. The driver at the hotel pick-up station is nice and cheerful, and he cared about us all the way. The driver can go upstairs as soon as he drives to the elevator entrance. The lobby is very exquisite. The check-in lady and brother are also very nice, and they provide smiling service throughout the whole process. The lobby can directly see Xi'an North Station, which is very close. It only takes 5 minutes for the driver to send it. When we entered the room, it was almost the same as what we saw online. The floor-to-ceiling windows were large and bright, and the room facilities and equipment were complete. The room was cleaned very carefully. If there were not enough things in the room, we would find the cleaning lady, and they would deliver them quickly. The overall feeling of staying here is that it is cost-effective and the environment is good. If I come to Xi'an next time, I will continue to book their house.

The front desk staff were very friendly. There are plenty of local eateries nearby, and it's a good distance from the subway station. There are shopping malls on both sides of the hotel, and there's even free underground parking. Highly recommended, definitely worth staying here!
