The rooms and duvets were very clean and comfortable. I booked two rooms, and they even upgraded one for free. The front desk staff, especially the young man, was very friendly and helpful; I'm very satisfied. The location is convenient for transportation, and I'll definitely stay here again in future. My only gripe is that the price given by the platform was 20 yuan more than what others paid. Why?! 😂

My stay at this hotel was truly fantastic. The food delivery robot brought my takeout right to my room, and the hotel even offers free afternoon tea, which included a delicious lemon tea – highly recommended! The bedding in the room was spotless and very soft. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic during check-in. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. If you're visiting Beijing, definitely don't miss out on this place!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The lobby was spotless, and the staff were all very friendly and easy to communicate with. I especially want to highlight the cleanliness: the room was meticulously cleaned everywhere, with no visible stains or hairs, and the bathroom was perfectly dry. The room itself was spacious and well-ventilated, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and it was incredibly quiet at night – I slept soundly until morning. All the amenities were complete, and the hot water was consistently available. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and finding food. For this price point, it's rare to find such quality. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely book again on my next visit!

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive. Noticing I was with two children, they thoughtfully offered extra bottled water and slippers, which was a lovely gesture. We even received a complimentary room upgrade! Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained, and the kids absolutely loved it. A nice touch was the sterilizer cabinet in the bathroom with disinfected towels, and even a personalized welcome message on the TV screen. The attention to detail was exceptional! This is a truly excellent hotel, conveniently located for both the Qingbei area and Qinghe High-speed Railway Station. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay with friends. The location is excellent, right near Nanjing Road, with plenty of restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay in Shanghai. Would definitely consider staying here again.

1️⃣ The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The hairdryer worked great, and the slippers weren't those flimsy ones but thicker and very comfortable. The hotel also has luggage storage, so guests can drop off their bags and start exploring right away! 2️⃣ The hotel's lounge area is upscale and comfortable. During the Dragon Boat Festival, they had a sachet-making activity, which was a fun hands-on experience and left me with great memories of my trip! The breakfast selection was quite varied and tasted good, though I wish there were more hot dishes. 3️⃣ The staff were friendly and gentle, always smiling and very approachable. Check-in was efficient and quick. For rooms that the delivery robot couldn't reach, they personally brought the food to the door. They're such wonderful ladies, especially the round-faced one, and everyone else was great too! 😻 4️⃣ P.S. I wish the lighting in the room were a bit brighter; it was a little inconvenient when doing makeup.

I consider myself a demanding guest and rarely praise hotels, but this stay was truly exceptional, and I can't help but commend them.

First, the hotel service was impeccable. It was my companion's birthday on the day we checked in, and the hotel surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade! It was a wonderful surprise. After we checked in, we found our room faced the street, which gave it a lively, 'human touch' feel. However, we preferred a quieter room without a view, so we approached the front desk as per the hotel's instructions. To our astonishment, the front desk immediately arranged for us to view and switch rooms without any hesitation. The entire process was incredibly efficient, and their service attitude was very considerate.

Next, I have to specifically praise the breakfast. The hotel even provided us with a complimentary buffet-style Chinese and Western breakfast, which was fantastic! While the breakfast spread might not have been massive, it had everything you could need – small but perfectly formed.

The room cleaning service was also excellent. The cleaning staff never touched my personal belongings when tidying up. Even when my items were in common areas, they were experienced enough to know what to tidy and what not to move, which made me feel very secure.

Furthermore, the room itself was very clean and comfortable: the air conditioning was cold enough, and the shower water was hot and consistent. The room also had large windows, allowing natural sunlight to stream in, which was lovely. The amenities were also a big plus; the smart home assistant supported voice control, which was very convenient to use 👍🏼

Finally, a special thank you again to the hotel service! On the day of my check-out, I only requested a late check-out around 11 AM, and the hotel immediately agreed. Their efficiency and willingness to accommodate were truly impressive 👍🏼

If I ever have the chance to visit Shanghai again, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel!

This newly opened hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable, and the rooms are super spacious, over 30 square meters! There are a few other hotels nearby, but this one has the newest facilities and offers the best experience. The front desk staff was also great; they even gave me a late checkout for free. For this price, the value for money is absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The front desk staff were very friendly and efficient with check-ins and check-outs, so I didn't have to wait long. The room was clean, in good condition, and had excellent soundproofing. All the toiletries were well-stocked.

Everything is perfect about this Hotel! The rooms are huge and modern, clean and daily housekeeping of rooms is perfect! Location was perfect for us as the hotel is near the  bussines site that we have been visiting, also for western foreigners that have difficulties with local food MC Donalds is 2 min away from Hotel. For a transport anywhere in town we used local app and it was very cheap, 20 min ride and reached to any site of the city! - EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! IF COME BACK WE WILL BOOK THIS PLACE AGAIN!

From the check-in, you can experience the hotel's intentions. The front desk has treasure chests for guests (hand cream, mouthwash, floss, hair rings, warm treasure stickers and brown sugar ginger tea for women, etc.). The aroma of the room smells good, the facilities are very complete, there is an air purifier, the bath towel is in the disinfection cabinet, and it is very safe to use. There are 4 bottles of water in the room, and there are free drinks in the small refrigerator. The set suite is south-facing. The curtains in the room are automatically opened. The sun is too beautiful. You can also see the view of the Great Pearl Mountain in the distance. Takeaway can be delivered to the door of the room by robot, and you can also make an appointment for breakfast to the room. The price is very high and I am very satisfied. I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Huangdao.
