It is ideal if you will visit Universal Studios Beijing because it is very near from the hotel also they provide free shuttle. Though it is a little bit far from the city but it has a metro station near the hotel which makes it easier to travel by metro. Also, beside the hotel is a mall and supermarket which is very helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the air felt fresh. The staff were friendly and professional, and breakfast was fresh. This was a much better experience compared to a certain other hotel I stayed at, where the sheets had bloodstains, and the hotel was on the same floor as a bathhouse, which made it so hot every night that I woke up. The air conditioning didn't even work, it was like it wasn't even there. Plus, there were bugs crawling everywhere, and the staff were arrogant and rude.

It's close to home. I booked it for two days when we had guests over. It was great! The environment is nice, very clean, with smart toilets, electric curtains, and a big TV that the kids loved. The service was excellent. It's also very conveniently located, super close to the subway. The room was quite spacious and had a window with a view of the National Library. We had kids, and they really enjoyed the complimentary water and drinks. Next time we have guests, I'll definitely book the eLong Hotel again.

Though it's not a big hotel the design of the room and amenities are very good. The hotel has everything it should have for a customer. I really love talking to Xiaodu, the digital AI who can control all the switch of the electrical equipment in the room or even tell you the weather forecast. The laundry room and iron equipment are also handy for long-term stay travellers. The robot who can guide customers to their rooms or even call you up on hotel's phone when it came in front of your room's door to deliver your ordered food was also lovely and added a bit of a good surprise!!

The hotel is very clean and well decorated! The supplies are complete and the Wi-Fi is fast! The parking lot is very large and conveniently located at the gate. There is also a supermarket on the first floor where you can buy water, snacks and other items you need! The front desk lady is also very warm and beautiful. I am very satisfied and will come again next time.

Witnessed an absolutely stunning sunrise in Qingdao, I'm just over the moon! I highly recommend everyone stay at this hotel. The service is fantastic and incredibly warm. When I was heading out to watch the sunrise, worried about the cold, the front desk even had hand warmers available. After enjoying the sunrise, I came back to the hotel for a lovely breakfast, making it another wonderful day~

This stay was absolutely flawless, a definite five-star experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by the lobby's ambiance. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth. They even thoughtfully recommended some local attractions. The room itself was quite perfect – spacious, bright, and every detail exuded quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area with brand new facilities. The hotel's gym had all the equipment needed for a good workout. The breakfast was incredibly diverse, with fresh ingredients and amazing flavors. The location was also fantastic, very close to both the high-speed train station and bus stops, making travel a breeze. There were plenty of shopping malls and restaurants nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The next time I'm in the area, this hotel will definitely be my top choice!

I came to Qingdao to watch a game and happened to stay at the Elong Hotel. It's a new hotel that just opened in 2025, so the environment is very nice. The hardware facilities are also very good. The TV in the room can be projected, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Takeout can also be delivered to the room by robot, which is very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor, although not large, is very clean and the breakfast is also very rich. Overall, it was a good experience and I will stay here again when I visit Qingdao.

This hotel is super convenient, right on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. The room was very clean and well-equipped. I especially liked that the hairdryer was powerful! The TV also had screen mirroring, and all the drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary, which was a nice touch. They even offered kids' slippers and toothbrushes when they saw we had a child with us. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff were very accommodating and all the employees were really enthusiastic. Breakfast was decent, good value for money, and had a wide variety of options. The late-night noodle stand, open until 10 pm, was a definite highlight. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast selection was better than expected. This was my first stay, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. I'll choose this place again for my next business trip to Shanghai.
