To be honest, I am not satisfied with this hotel. I checked in at 9 am. The hotel said that there was a room, but I had to pay half a day's room rate because the normal check-in time was after 3 pm. I have to say that although the regulations are like this, it is the first time I have encountered a hotel that operates like this. After checking in, I found that the building opposite the room was under construction. Needless to say, the noise was very close. The key is that the distance between the buildings was very close, and the curtains could not be opened. Then we were going to go out to buy some bottled water. We went downstairs to ask the doorman which direction the nearest supermarket to buy water was. As a result, the doorman said that the nearest supermarket would take 15 minutes to walk. I will help you get a taxi. According to my own life experience, I didn't listen to him and went out to look for it myself. It turned out that it was only 100 meters away. Speechless 😓. In addition, there are few varieties of breakfast. Except for more fruits, there is nothing good. Regarding the location of the room, I later went to the front desk to adjust the room. The front desk said that changing to the other side would also face the construction site, so I had to give up. The only thing worth praising is that the check-out on the last day was that the front desk readily agreed to delay it to 2 pm, which was good.

Although the facilities are old, the decoration is very good. The layout of the room is also very comfortable. The only downside is that the service is very poor, and the things that can help you find various reasons to shirk, just like the hotels of state-owned enterprises in the last century. The location is not bad and the breakfast is very rich.

Check-in delayed and bad, they didn't find confirmation of Tripp's reservation and I asked for the reservation in the app of Trip apartment adapted to my 83-year-old aunt with comorbidities, I had no request, we had to show the voucher several times, Only after I found the receipt in the application is that they confirmed!

The room facilities have been renovated, and the hotel's location is pretty good. The luggage storage staff can speak basic Chinese, so communication isn't an issue. Even if there's a language barrier, the front desk staff patiently use translation software. There's a 200,000 KRW deposit, which is refunded upon check-out. It's a great value-for-money star hotel in Seoul's Gangnam district. The hotel has an overall old-money and vintage vibe, and staying during Christmas created a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

The location is a bit out of the way, but the hotel itself is great. The price is reasonable, but there aren't many dining options nearby. The service, however, is excellent.

Friendly staff, very good gym, and really nice breakfast! Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, it’s also right by the pool so you wouldn’t really want to use the pool and be able to relax. Location is okay, easy to Grab/Bolt everywhere, or 15 min walk to the MRT (the also offer a free shuttle there). We stayed there twice, would stay again.

We had a good stay at grand mercure bangkok Asoke. Room was clean and spacious despite it is and old building but thats fine. Its located approximately 400-500meters to terminal 21 and Asok BTS. They do provide shuttle every 30 minutes.They do provide breakfast but it was very minimal and enough for 2 of us
