Hotel environment is very good, sanitary conditions are good, very clean. The rooms are spacious and the facilities are perfect. The breakfast is good, the food is rich, the fruit is a lot, and it is very fresh.

To be honest, I am not satisfied with this hotel. I checked in at 9 am. The hotel said that there was a room, but I had to pay half a day's room rate because the normal check-in time was after 3 pm. I have to say that although the regulations are like this, it is the first time I have encountered a hotel that operates like this. After checking in, I found that the building opposite the room was under construction. Needless to say, the noise was very close. The key is that the distance between the buildings was very close, and the curtains could not be opened. Then we were going to go out to buy some bottled water. We went downstairs to ask the doorman which direction the nearest supermarket to buy water was. As a result, the doorman said that the nearest supermarket would take 15 minutes to walk. I will help you get a taxi. According to my own life experience, I didn't listen to him and went out to look for it myself. It turned out that it was only 100 meters away. Speechless 😓. In addition, there are few varieties of breakfast. Except for more fruits, there is nothing good. Regarding the location of the room, I later went to the front desk to adjust the room. The front desk said that changing to the other side would also face the construction site, so I had to give up. The only thing worth praising is that the check-out on the last day was that the front desk readily agreed to delay it to 2 pm, which was good.

Check-in delayed and bad, they didn't find confirmation of Tripp's reservation and I asked for the reservation in the app of Trip apartment adapted to my 83-year-old aunt with comorbidities, I had no request, we had to show the voucher several times, Only after I found the receipt in the application is that they confirmed!

Excellent stay.  Stayed there before alone and now returned with a spouse.  Location is very central in gangnam.  Hotel itself is well appointed and very comfortable.  Breakfast is more than enough for any taste or cultural preference.  The only downside, lobby is always empty, so is the restaurant and bat at the lobby.

The hotel is great and good spot for shopping around the area as well as the location is good to go around to other places too. Hotel staffs at lobby are friendly and helpful, even the staff standing at outside the lobby are very attentive and kind too. We whole family are having such a good time and will be back soon to visit again. Thank you to all the staff's for your assistance and making our holidays memorable during our stay there.

The service was excellent, and on our last day, they thoughtfully left us some chocolates in the room. When we first arrived, we didn't have enough local currency for the deposit, and they were very understanding and waived it. There were a lot of Indian guests. The breakfast buffet was just okay; it was pretty much the same every day for the week we stayed.

The location is good, in Sukhumvit Soi 19, about a five-minute walk from BTS ASOK station. There are several massage shops, two 711s, and several restaurants on the way.
There are many restaurants in the Terminal 21 shopping mall at the intersection.
The room is super big, 80 square meters, with two bathrooms and a balcony. The facilities are a little old but very clean, and the daily cleaning service is also good. All the employees I met, from the parking lot at the door, to the front desk receptionist to the cleaners, are very friendly.
Pet-friendly, I met some people walking their dogs in the morning.
Smoking-friendly, because there is a balcony, you can smoke on the balcony.
The price is pretty good, I plan to stay there for another week in July. But the room price seems to be a little higher than this time, it would be better if it could be lower.
A little flaw, the ditch at the door smells too strong, maybe this is normal in Bangkok
