We were transferred to Una Verticale. This hotel is 20 mins walk to train station and 30 mins walk to duomo. Near to this hotel there is a restaurant called Eataly also a pizza place. 
Hotel shower is strong but the drainage system is not very good. So cannot turn the tap too strong. Water may overflow out of the toilet. Aircon is good and silent. Bed is firm. Overall is a nice hotel to stay. Breakfast is good too

Lovely hotel. The location was very good and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. Easy to do daytrips in and around Milan 🙌🏼 they also let us do early check-in since we arrived before lunch

I stayed in a corner room with two glass walls, and even the bathroom had a window that could be opened, which I was very pleased with. The room was clean and tidy, and the lighting and furniture had a nice design aesthetic. The location was also good. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The only downside was probably the breakfast; there were very few options.

The staff was quite nice and helpful, the food choices were nill, so you had to get delivery which the desk person showed me which app was best.
The room was huge by Milano standards (about 30 sq. m) and had a kitchen with a fridge and freezer, both worked great.
If you can walk a little, it is best for this hotel because you can go to the Tram about 300m away and go directly to the Milano Centrale. About 400m
away is a subway stop which goes to the Cathedral in 4 stops, so super convenient (but, be careful of thieves!).

The hotel is just in the heart of the city, very close to Milano Cathedral, shopping area and restaurants. You can walk everywhere. Metro station is just around the corner and also so close to Cadorna Station. People at the reception and hotel  are very friendly and helpful. I and my son felt very comfortable to stay. Only negative thing was lack of still water in the room. You need to ask for the still water every day. However, the hotel would be my first choice when I visit Milano again.

The room is quite classic and a distance from the exhibition center. It feels OK. I will come again next time to attend the exhibition. But the price is not cheap during the exhibition.

Excellent location. Steps from duomo cathedral, shops including designer and metro is on the door steps. All tourist attractions are within 3 to 15 min walk. Hotel room was big and had separate bath and shower. Didn’t book breakfast as lots of eating places on door steps

The location of the hotel is quite good. You can either take the metro or walk to the city centre within reasonable time. Walking takes 30 min and taking metro takes 10-15 min. The staff is so friendly and the room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Good location as it is near the train station. The view was great and able to watch the beautiful sunrise every morning. The place was clean and staff were friendly. The only bad thing was that the hotel itself was a little difficult to find as there was no big sign and you had to take an elevator down from the street level to go to the lobby.

I stayed at this hotel during my honeymoon trip to Italy after getting married on November 1st. Before our trip, I inquired about possible honeymoon benefits, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room. We originally booked a standard double room, but the hotel kindly gave us one with a terrace, where my husband and I enjoyed some wine together.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. They also provided a city map and recommended sightseeing routes around Rome, which was very helpful for first-time visitors.

The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from Termini Station, with easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. When we missed Korean food, we found two Korean restaurants within a 5-minute walk, which was nice.

It was our first trip to Italy, and we were very happy with our stay. I especially appreciated the wooden floors instead of carpet — it felt much cleaner and more comfortable.
I highly recommend staying at UNA Hotel for a memorable time in Rome!.

Great location, 10-15 min walk from Central station and easy to walk even with a suitcase. Perfect choice if you're looking for somewhere near but quieter and safer than train station. Multiple bus stops nearby to get to tourist spots. Beautiful rooms and lobby with Roman touch. Very helpful staff.

Great location, efficient speedy check-in. Super comfy mattress & pillows. Loved breakfast and gazing at the starry ceiling of the former chapel. John from the front desk provided excellent help for procuring a sim and lending me a charger. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Attentive service and good ambiance. I highly recommend this hotel for the friendly service and clean spacious room. Super quiet for resting and close to shopping galore and fountain, steps etc… would come again for sure!

The room is quite big. Because it is in the interior, it is very quiet. The bedding is OK, but the pillow is not very comfortable, too low. The service response is also good. It is located in the Trastervere district, which is more lively. The church next to it is also very historical. It is very clean. The scenic spot can be reached by walking. Some places that are a little further away can be taken by taxi. In short, it is OK.

Good location near to vaporetto stops for murano, islands and airport as well as the grand canal. 
Multi lingual hotel staff are knowledgeable and helped to book good local restaurants and assisted in booking a private water  taxi back to the airport. 

hot water, complementary coffee and snacks were available during the day.  Air conditioned rooms were very comfortable in the heat and high humidity of the stay.

I do appreciated that the hotel upgraded my room. It’s such a big, clean, quiet, and luxury room. It’s also close to the river sothat you can see the river view directly. The location is so good, you can you go anywhere by feet or by public boat. The gentle man any beautiful mrs at front desk are so…o kind, nice, patient, and friendly. They will show you all around the Venice through the map. The breakfast is also. A beautiful girl, she can say a little Chinese. I do recommend this hotel! Nothing bad.

The hotel left a pleasant impression. Helpful staff, good location. The room is not cramped, there is no ”tired” furniture, there is a sufficient supply of towels, toiletries, water. You can buy travel tickets at the hotel. It seemed better to get to Venice by train. The bus stop is much closer, but the buses are often very full.

Arrived in Venice, it is quite a long walk from the train station. As per the picture, I thought the hotel was located on the lovely water front however that’s incorrect, the entrance is around the back, the bedrooms windows were boarded with no view. The first night the fire alarm went off, in a panic we leave the room as per other people to be asked “ where are you all going”? The fire alarm had been going off for 20minutes at midnight. We asked reception in the morning for then to just laugh it off and say false alarm. I main reason for staying in hotels is to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Room is extremely outdated and nothing like the pictures. Two single beds pushed together. Small room. The hotel looked like it was going under renovation.
