The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Its location is strategic — right near the bus station, which made getting around super convenient. The MRT station for city sightseeing is about an 800m walk, but the MRT station for the airport line is only 400m away, so that's a big plus if you're flying in or out. There's also a supermarket very close by, perfect for quick snacks or essentials. There are also some self laundry store nearby.
What I appreciated most was the flexible luggage storage — they kindly let me leave my bags for several days when I went to another city and came back to stay again. The staff were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

Good place to stay for a decent price. Although taking the mrt here requires transiting/walking for quite a distance if coming from the main station.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Amenities were ample for a pleasant stay. Will be sure to consider this place again if coming back to Taipei in the future.

The bed was comfortable and space was big enough to accommodate two big luggages. However, I noticed the bottom cabinet to be filled with dead bedbugs (at least 5 of them) uncleaned. There is lack of sound proofing as well. It is really convenient to get from Taoyuan airport to here (via bus 1840). The service through trip.com was okay, but there is no 24/7 front desk staff

I stayed in a double suite without windows. It took a while for the air conditioner to reach that temperature after adjusting the temperature. The bed was very comfortable and the quilt was of good quality. The service staff has a great attitude! When we first encountered a problem at the check-in counter, we immediately sought help from the service staff and the problem was resolved immediately.

I was looking for a place near the venue for a concert at TICC and found this place! 👀👀 It was a little pricey for the time of year, so I initially considered finding somewhere else, but after booking my flight, I got a discount and it was the same price as the other place, so I chose this one! 🎶
The staff only spoke Chinese or English, but they were easy to understand even when I showed them a translator. It's in a great location! 🎶 It's easy to get food, and even Uber Eats is conveniently located! You can relax. I didn't particularly mind the smell in the room.

Very spacious room and excellent location in the centre of Zhongli town, only walk 3-4 minutes to intercity bus station and train station.
There are many restaurants, NET and NIKE outlet downstairs
Nice lobby with Christmas decoration at 10F.

Water dispenser, washing machine and drying machine are available, very convenient.

Room is clean.

Only that the furniture (especially sofa) and carpet are rather old, need to be replaced.

It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport! It's a self check-in hotel. The self check-in system can be switched to Japanese, which made it very easy for me as a Japanese speaker. The room was also very clean! I accidentally left my phone at the front desk during self check-in and didn't realize it until about 30 minutes later. When I went back to get it, it wasn't there, so I talked to a staff member. They connected me to a staff member who could speak a little Japanese on the phone and helped me out. They told me, 'Don't worry, we'll sort it out,' and checked the security cameras. It turned out a kind couple was trying to take my phone to the police. They checked the security footage to find out which room the couple was in, contacted them, and I got my phone back safely! Thank you so much. 🥲

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the facilities were good. Although it's a bit far from the city center, it's very convenient to get around by bus and light rail.

While the automatic check-out is efficient, the front desk lady didn't even look up when I checked out, which knocked a star off my impression of the service.

The location is convenient, with shopping districts nearby, making it a worthwhile choice. It's quite convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the MRT station, where you can travel to other attractions. There's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel that goes to the Gushan Ferry Pier, making it very easy to get to Cijin.
