A pleasant stay for 2 nights. Reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was not ready when I check in at 4pm. And they offer me some nice butter cookies . Room was clean. Mattress was comfortable!  When I had problem locking my room door, they send the hotel guy to help me look into the issue. It was coz I did not use enough strength to turn the knob to lock it. Case resolved immediately. While I did not require my room to be disturbed, they offered to change my towels. Nice gestures.
Location definitely excellent, just above the metro station, Marques De Pombal. Very centrally located , near a huge park and near the city!!

Booked 2 rooms and whole family enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Arianna at reception was so helpful, the rooms were clean and bright, the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just minutes walk to Av da Liberdade and abt 25 minutes downhill walk to the Rossia train station.

Breakfast was good with plentiful of items to choose from.. there's even Prosecco for you to enjoy..

Will definitely book the hotel again if I'm back in Lisbon.

On the first night, the room provided did not match my original reservation, and it was only on the second night that I was moved to the correct room. However, The staff were exceptionally attentive and eager to assist.

The room itself was spacious, with strong water pressure, and body lotion was provided. For breakfast, there were egg tarts available on some days, though they were slightly too sweet for my taste. Overall, the breakfast selection was quite comprehensive and offered almost everything one might wish to have. In particular, the male staff member in the breakfast room provided excellent service and took great care of the guests.

Even though the hotel is not in the city centre of Lisbon, it is located near metro station- S.sebastiao which makes travelling to and from airport very simple. It is also near to parque metro station which makes day trip to sintra easy. I arrived before checked-in time and they stored my luggage for free and I could start exploring Lisboa immediately. The room comes with bidet.

Very nice hotel, we had a stay in a spacious 2 bedroom accommodation (2 adults and 2 children). Comfortable beds and room facilities are very satisfying. The only challenge was the lift in the morning and no option to use stairs which was very frustrating. Breakfast was very simple and didn’t offer a lot of variety, kids had a problem to have pancakes for breakfast and had to ask for it as it was not served, however mentioned as a standard daily meal. Location is a little further from the center, but very fast to get by uber. Generally we enjoyed our time staying here.

The good: Very nice hotel, friendly staff, large rooms, breakfast provided a lot of variety and was tasty, room was very clean. The less good: shower size was a little small and the corner doors made it hard for the water to not get splashed onto the floor. Location is a little far from tourist attractions 30-40 min walk
All in all, would recommend

Very clean and well maintained room.
Staff very friendly and polite.
Breakfast options very good, hot options were always hot too!
Wet areas need improvement - no loungers at indoor pool. Large beanbags for rooftop pool which are great for pure relaxation but not ideal for reading or sitting their with a book. The other chairs were also incredibly uncomfortable.

Great hotel! It was around 30 minutes walk out of town but Bolt taxis were very cheap (around €3.50 each way) into town. Also close (approx 10 mins walk) to metro station.

Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel after checkout.
