The location is close to the downtown area, and the price is reasonable, making it good value for money.

I ordered breakfast as an extra, and it was more satisfying than I expected.

Considering the price of accommodation, it's understandable, but I think it would be worth a little more if the bathroom facilities were better.

When I filled the bathtub with hot water, black mold appeared, so be sure to clean the bathtub thoroughly.

The coffee preparation and amenities were excellent.

Overall, it was okay.

Thank you. I appreciate your hospitality.

From 3 PM to 8 PM, there was a wonderful complimentary service offering not only coffee and juice but also shochu mixed drinks. While the snacks were limited in quantity and gone by late evening, I was perfectly satisfied as I was able to enjoy a couple of alcoholic beverages at my leisure. Although the building and facilities feel a bit dated, I highly recommend this business hotel, especially for those who enjoy a drink or want to relax right after arrival.

Not too far from Kochi Station, and you can easily walk to the famous Hirome Market and Kochi Castle. Alternatively, the front desk offers free bicycle rentals. Laundry is free, and drying costs 100 yen for 30 minutes. There's free coffee and a microwave on the first floor. Parking right in front of the hotel is free. The hotel was almost fully booked during our stay. However, the facilities are showing significant age, which makes the cleanliness situation feel like even with their best efforts to clean and maintain, it still comes across as messy and unkempt.

Everything was as expected and the room was a comfortable size for solo travel, even allowing to open a suitcase properly which is sometimes very difficult in average Japan hotels with limited space! The location was amazing just a five mins stroll to the main train station, where you can do shopping conveniently, and also the ferry port for island hopping during the Setouchi Art Triennial. I was asked to stay in the 2nd building for the hotel which didn’t create any issues, just a small block away, the hotel/staff were very helpful in allowing to store the luggage even before and after check in for a full day!
