WOW !! This hotel should definitely be a 5 star ! I first stayed at Neo by myself in September. The experience was so great I decided to come back in December for the Bali trip I had planned for my mother’s birthday. 
From the moment we parked we were greeted warmly by the entire team and they helped with our luggage. They brought us drinks to welcome us and they even gave us some tasty desert with a birthday message to my mom… she was extremely touched.
The reception team, restaurant team and the housekeeping team were all extremely professional, helpful and friendly !
Throughout our entire stay everyone was so warm and kind that when time came to check out, we did so with great sadness…

Good locations at the city of Denpasar, many variants for the breakfast and worth to the room price, nice service from the front desk and housekeeper. Please improve the service from the security and parking management of the Hotel, because its too tiny and difficult parking whenever the cafe besides the hotel is crowd

A good hotel from a local chain. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There's a mini-market directly opposite, and we were able to buy a SIM card and rent a scooter right nearby.
The room was a bit small but quite comfortable. We appreciated the water cooler on our floor, providing unlimited water.
Service was good, though there were a few concerns regarding cleanliness.
Overall, I recommend it.

My stay at Neo+ Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel's location is super convenient, with many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and getting around is a breeze. There's even a bar right across the street, which is great if you want a drink or to hang out with friends in the evening, yet the room remained quite quiet and wasn't significantly disturbed by noise. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a highly recommended accommodation option.

This transit hotel has an excellent location, very close to the airport, making transfers easy and super convenient for catching flights. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a restful sleep. Facilities are complete, hot water is stable, and the service is efficient and thoughtful. The environment is quiet, and it offers great value for money, making it perfect for layovers. I'll definitely choose it again next time I have a transit, highly recommended!
