What I liked the most was the location since it was very near TriNoma, SM City North EDSA, and the MRT station, making it very convenient for transportation, shopping, and finding places to eat. Everything was easily accessible, which made the trip hassle-free.
Overall, it was a great experience staying there and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly and convenient place to stay in the area.

My 2-Night Stay Review

I recently stayed at Hotel Sogo EDSA Cubao for 2 nights and booked the Regency Room. The whole experience was absolutely amazing!

The Regency Room was surprisingly spacious and came with great features like a comfortable queen bed, cold air conditioning, and a massive TV for entertainment. The absolute highlight of the room was definitely the relaxing bathtub and the wall-to-ceiling mirrors, which gave the space a very unique and premium feel.

The hotel's location right along EDSA is incredibly convenient and close to everything. The signature 'So Clean, So Good' standard was fully felt, and the 24-hour room service made it so easy to get delicious food anytime. It was a perfectly comfortable, hassle-free, and relaxing 2 nights. I highly recommend this room for anyone looking for a great staycation!

Good as usual. Cold room, standard room with cable TV, and hair dryer. 2 towels, blanket was not too thin, there were tissues in the bathroom. The problem was the room had one busted light that kept blinking and turning on even if the switch was off. I never had a ghost at sogo before lol. So take that as you will. Also, hot water is more lukewarm to room temp than hot. And someone from the front desk disturbed my sleep because they put my checkout time wrong. Please double check so you don't wake people up at 2 AM in the morning.

Basic Amenities: Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and air-conditioned rooms equipped with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms.  

Positive Staff Interactions: Some guests have praised the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a pleasant stay.

Sogo is basically a sex hotel that people use for short time hook ups. My first experience of it in the Philippines  was rather: So dirty So bad. I had a face rash from the bed linen. This time I was dreading a similar experience. It did not happen, I stayed four nights. The location is perfect. Next door are: McDonalds, Jollibee, ChowKing, a supermarket and 7-11. Underground secure parking. Room spacious. Staff friendly and amenable. Prestation -price? Very good. There was an issue with breakfast included. Be careful to select the right option if you wish for breakfast. The hotel offers food at a cost. There was an issue with a hand rail in the bath (no walk in shower)which was subsequently fixed. My room had two beds…very handy for a friend that stayed one night with me. The room was clean. No room service like in a normal hotel. The issue here is privacy. The staff will gladly assist you whilst you are there. So you must ask. Overall? A good place to go, not expensive, and the local shops offer good choice. Thumbs up from me

I booked here a few weeks earlier and my flight was delayed so we only used the room about 2 hours. No issues encountered so far. Or we were just too tired to notice. But hot shower was working well, linens and towels were clean, so all good.

Very accessible location and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. Overall, the stay was convenient. My only concern was the strong chlorine-like disinfectant smell in the hallway outside the room, which could be improved. Otherwise, good value for a quick stay.

They were pleasant and accommodating. I had a smooth check-in and check-out transaction. The room is nice and clean. Overall, it's a good experience.

Stayed here for two straight nights and was satisfied with my experience. The staff and managers here are top-notch -- very friendly, polite and accommodating. Will definitely come back here again.

Good value for money as one of the 24-hour hotels.
It's an adult hotel
Smoking is supposed to be done outside, but there's a ashtray in the room, and it's just blood.
But I just shot it outside, because I didn't like to smell in the room.

Food is ok. I ate the Sini River and it was okay.
But the price was cheaper than booking on the trip and just getting a room .... 
I remember paying 44,000 won for my standard Deluxe Room. 
I remember the price at the front desk was 1600 pesos. 

We stayed in a Deluxe Room, but we experienced several issues during our stay.

First, the air conditioning was set to automatic mode. Even though I tried to set the temperature to 16°C because the room was too hot, it kept returning to 28–29°C. I was unable to change or control the temperature properly.

Also, the toilet bowl was clogged. It could not flush properly, and the water was draining very slowly. I called for assistance, but instead of fixing the problem, the housekeeper only provided a toilet plunger and said that she would leave it in the room. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially when using the toilet. After using it, we could not use the toilet again immediately because the waste remained in the bowl due to the slow flushing.

I hope this issue can be properly addressed and that better assistance will be provided to guests in the future.

I got upgraded from a premium room to a deluxe room. My first room is not okay. The AC got problem. I transferred to another room with no problem with AC. The location is great. The staff is responsive and helpful.

My stay was fine. Hindi lang na take note ung requested room ko na atleast next or close to the elevator. Humingi akong luggage assistant from my room, pero wlang pumunta.

The staff at Hotel Sogo were very accommodating, and their food was delicious. We stayed there for 2 days to celebrate our anniversary. Their rooms are spaciouswe booked the Mega Suite, which costs ₱3,300 per night if you book directly with Hotel Sogo. However, we got it for ₱3,900 for 2 nights through Trip.com, which is more cost-efficient, especially for travelers looking for an affordable and comfortable place to stay.

Best Hotel services, all staff are very polite and helpful, very fast food delivery to your room upon ordering , security top notch for foreign travellers, overall very peaceful stay ,nothing u can expect better in this price range anywhere else . I brought ready to eat food from my country the chef cooked and give it to me with proper serving (that the best I can expect from staff)

Every time i need to stay in Manila it always goes to Sogo Malate, you've not to worry about parking that's the most important to me.. Well I'm a frugal person😁 i just need a shut eye and a nice hot shower, nothing more. Angel's pizza,BPI & Mc Donalds are just around the corner ..

The location is great, right near Chinatown. Unlike some smaller, privately-run guesthouses, this one, despite its modest price and star rating, is very well-managed across the board. It's located on the sixth floor of a building and has dozens of small rooms, so most don't have windows. It's perfect for travelers who are out sightseeing all day and just need a place to sleep at night. Overall, it offers good value for money.

I enjoy the food. the location is very convenient for me. When they are communicating to each other, the staffs are very loud. you can hear them tongue lashing one staff in front of the clients using their walkie talkie. it is inappropriate and he/she even using vulgar words in the front desk.

The staff were very accommodating. We were able to change rooms right away when we requested; our first room had a very noisy AC and very poor WIFI signal which prompted us to requesta room change.
Ordering food was available 24/7 and it was such a breeze. The food were delicious, though the instant coffee was overpriced, so it is better just to order their clubhouse sandwich with coffee to save money.
The shower heater works, and even the faucet was hot and cold, which is a plus. The linens were very clean. Toiletries (shampoos, bath soaps, toothbrushes, and toothpastes) and even bottled waters corresponding to the days of stay were provided.
