This hotel was fantastic! My favorite part was the self-check-in (only a few minutes) and check-out (a little over ten seconds) – it was incredibly smooth. They also provided everything you could need, like hair masks, face masks, facial cleanser, and cleansing oil, which was super convenient. The location is great too, right next to the massive Shinjuku Station, so you can get anywhere. The hotel offers an airport shuttle, but we left too early in the morning to catch it, so we still went to Shinjuku Station for the airport bus, which was also convenient; just turn left out of the hotel, cross a small road, and walk straight for less than ten minutes to get there. The surrounding area is amazing for shopping and exploring; I was there for ten days and still didn't have enough time to see and do everything – so much great food, shopping, and sights. The room size was decent for Japan, with a small sofa, a little table, and a chair, making it easy to eat in the room. If needed, they clean the room daily and change towels and sheets. The only downside was that the floor cleaning didn't seem to happen every day; food crumbs were left uncleaned, and one day the small trash can in the bathroom wasn't emptied. But overall, I was still very satisfied. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel.

We only stayed one night in this hotel but it really wowed us. Space is big enough for our family. I loved the tatami beds. Very safe for a baby. We loved the free beer. The staff even brought our luggage to our floor, outside the room. A first for this 11 day-trip to Japan. The room had a nice view of the Tokyo Tower. They have smart TV that has netflix, disney plus, etc. Location is in quiet neighborhood, very close to food stalls, shopping mall and Don Quijote. We were not able to explore the rest of Asakusa as we were headed home the next day but I saw the Asahi bldg on the way to the airport. Which means the Sensoji Temple must be nearby, too. The breakfast is also good, cant complain about Japanese breakfast. Overall, we loved our stay. We will book this again when we come back.

We had a wonderful family stay at Hotel Sunroute Ginza during our trip to Tokyo. The location was very convenient, with easy access to train stations, shopping areas, and many great restaurants nearby.

What really stood out was the kindness and attentiveness of the reception staff. We booked 3 rooms for our family, and they were kind enough to accommodate our request to have all the rooms assigned on the same floor, which made our stay much more comfortable and convenient.

The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Although the hotel does not have a coin laundry facility, they do provide a vending machine along with a water and ice station on the 2nd floor, which we found very useful during our stay.

We also truly appreciated how thoughtful the staff were when my daughter accidentally wet the bed. Housekeeping kindly placed a waterproof layer under the sheets afterward, which showed great care and understanding toward families traveling with children.

Overall, we had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is in an excellent location, less than a three-minute walk from Ueno Station (Central Exit). However, the hotel feels a bit dated and the rooms are quite small (the same brand's Shinjuku Plaza Hotel is newer and has larger rooms). There are a few steps at the entrance, which makes carrying luggage difficult. On the other hand, the breakfast is above average.

Checked in on the top floor - superior floor. 
However the cleanness of the room was unsatisfactory 
The toilet was smelly like urine 
There was something disgusting big black dust on the ventilator on the ceiling
 i was shocked at first I thought it was a mice 
I requested to change to another room but the receptionist said this room type was already full
And then the receptionist came and cleaned the dust with his bare hand 
The dust non stop came out from the ventilator 
The dust spread on the bathtub
The receptionist spent ten minutes and used all the towels in the toilet to clean
He returned the new towels afterward 
That’s it ?! Not even a drink to me to express apology ?!

Anyway, except the toilet i like the room. It was big 
The receptionist doesn’t know English. we use phone to communicate

The room facilities were decent, and the front desk service was very warm and welcoming. However, there was a noticeable 'newly renovated' smell in the room. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station with a shopping street nearby, though I didn't get a chance to explore the area during my stay.

It's about a 15-minute walk from the station, which might be a bit far if you have heavy luggage. However, there don't seem to be any hotels directly around the station. It's also 800 meters from the main Nebuta festival venue. This is a chain hotel, and their other branch is closer. The Nebuta festival here is definitely worth seeing. However, if you're planning to travel to and from Aomori at night, I wouldn't recommend this location due to infrequent public transport, which can be somewhat risky.

５ I made a reservation in a hurry during the consecutive holidays of the month, so I had only a smoking room and was prepared, but the smell was strong. There is a deodorant spray, so I used it all the time. It is convenient because it is close to Goshogawara Station. I also walked to the bar. There is a large communal bath, so it was good to take a morning bath.
