Ho Chi Minh City

We stayed at L Du LAC Hotel for 3 nights, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the service was exceptional.

The staff deserve a special mention- no matter what time of day or night, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional and always ready to help. Whether it was the reception, in-room service or the kitchen team, the level of service was genuinely 10/10.

The morning breakfast was also perfect- excellent variety, fresh, delicious and a wonderful way to start the day.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. Everything we wanted was within easy reach.

The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel really stood out.

Honestly, I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The experience was so good that it has genuinely set the standards too high for our future hotel stays! 😄

A huge thank you to the entire L Du Lac team for making our 3-night stay so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!

5/5 without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended!

During my three-day business trip to Hanoi, I had a truly wonderful stay at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, making everything extremely convenient. My room was bright, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished, all the amenities, from the comfortable bed to the hairdryer, were of excellent quality.
The breakfast was equally impressive. On top of the standard buffet, they also offer Western, Vietnamese, and vegetarian options, with both quality and flavor exceeding my expectations.
Of course, the best part of my Hanoi trip is its people. I would like to extend a special thank you to the front desk staff, specifically the lady wearing glasses with a small nose ring, and the gentleman with such a cheerful, energetic voice. Their warm greetings and genuine care every time I returned to the hotel and an awesome conversation.
Thank you so much! If possible, I’d love to know your names again. To me, this hotel is filled with genuine warmth, far surpassing standard five star hospitality in my mind. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. Please take good care of the front desk lady and gentleman. See ya 期待再會！

Staying at this hotel is pure luxury and exceptional care in every way. The staff makes you feel unique and special, and the breakfasts are an absolute feast. It's close to everything, so the location is also a big plus.

One of the best hotel in Ho Chi Minh city. The location was perfect. Short walks to the main city areas. The hotel was so clean and had a very nice and friendly staff. The staff was so helpful and they’d also surprised us with beautiful decorations , tasty cake and flowers box in the room for our wedding anniversary which was a great feeling. Highly recommended this hotel. Thank you for everything.
