The location is fantastic! Whenever we got tired from exploring, we could just pop back to the hotel for a rest. It's clean and comfortable. My only minor gripe is that the hallway perfume was a bit too strong. When you're traveling, location is key, and this place delivers. There are so many popular spots nearby, you can even queue up for them in advance.

The room is very clean, comfortable and spacious. It is located next to the Longhua subway station, which makes travel very convenient. It is close to the airport but far from the city, but the subway is very convenient. The hotel provided fruit upon check-in, and the breakfast was very complete and good, with attentive service. The facilities are a bit old but not a big deal, the price/performance ratio is very high, I recommend staying here.

The Hunan Huatian Hotel is an established five-star hotel with a great location. It’s convenient to get to major attractions by taxi or subway, just a 5-minute walk from Metro Line 2. It takes about 15 minutes by subway to Wuyi Square and Huangxing Road Pedestrian Street, and the Hunan Provincial Museum is about 5 kilometers away by taxi. For this trip to Changsha, I chose a room in Block B, which had been recently renovated. The room was around 35 square meters, very comfortable, and had a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The shower had great water pressure and drained well, which was perfect for washing away the day's fatigue every evening. The room was soundproof, the bedding was comfortable, and having direct drinking water was very convenient. The staff on the 13th floor, Ms. Yang and Ms. Dai, were very kind and provided excellent cleaning service. Since it was the Dragon Boat Festival, they even gave us sachets and a late-night snack of tremella soup, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western options, as well as local Hunan noodles. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: First, the breakfast was delicious. Second, I booked this hotel to see a concert, and it's super convenient – just a two-minute walk, then through an underpass, and you're at the main entrance of Helong Stadium in about 5 minutes. Perfect for concerts, as you can get back and rest quickly after the show. However, it's not particularly close to the subway station, about a 15-minute walk.

Cons: First, there's an air conditioning control panel in the room, but it's actually a central AC system, so you can't change the temperature or mode; you can only turn it on or off. I set it to 16 degrees for cooling, but it was blowing hot air because the hotel's central system was set to heating. No one told me about this AC issue; I only found out after calling room service. I spent the whole night sweating. Second, the overhead warm lighting at the vanity makes it very difficult to do makeup.

I'm really disappointed that for over 500 a night, I couldn't even control the AC.

The front desk Xiaowan service is warm and thoughtful, the smile is warm and sweet, the check-in and check-out speed is fast, patiently answer questions, take the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding routes, intimate and meticulous, the experience is excellent, people stay comfortable, it is worth recommending

Stayed for a few days, and overall it was a good experience! Even though the room attendants were a bit older, their attitude was excellent! They were very diligent and efficient in their work, definitely worth a thumbs up!

It was quite convenient to get around. On the second night, when I returned around 9 PM, my room key card wouldn't open the door, but the hotel promptly came to fix it, and the service was pretty good. Whatever requests I had, they were usually able to resolve them.

Perhaps due to the weather, on the last day, I found a few small bugs crawling in the bathroom.

First time in Changsha! I booked this hotel to see Joker Xue's concert at Helong Stadium, and it was incredibly convenient and close by. My child was able to crash right across the street after the show. Our flight landed early, and we arrived at the hotel at 9:30 AM. The hotel staff were so thoughtful and allowed us to check in immediately, which was a huge relief after an early morning flight – really appreciated that! The complimentary fruit and bottled water were also a nice touch, and the room itself was wonderfully quiet.

The lobby felt very upscale upon entering, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely stay here again next time – highly recommended! Every detail at the hotel was excellent and made me feel very well taken care of. It was a truly pleasant stay.

The hotel is easy to find, the room is clean, and the bedding is comfortable. The air conditioning is a bit slow to heat, and the sound insulation is not good. I heard the noise from the next room around 11 o'clock this morning. Fortunately, the child was wearing headphones and watching the phone, otherwise it would be really embarrassing. The breakfast is so-so

The hotel has convenient transportation. There is a large shopping mall just a few minutes away. It is very close to the museum, Kaifu Temple and Orange Island. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The front desk service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. Any needs can be handled and followed up in time. I am very lucky to choose Huayue Sunshine and have a pleasant trip in Changsha. Perfect thumbs up!

The location is superb, making it very convenient for getting a taxi, exploring shopping areas, and dining. The bathroom had good water pressure, and hot water came out quickly, making for a comfortable shower experience. The room amenities were complete; the air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly without any issues. The cleaning staff were polite and proactively asked if I needed more toiletries. The hotel environment was quiet, public areas were clean, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. It offers great value for money; the facilities and service exceeded my expectations for the price. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

I especially want to commend Ms. Qu Xianlin, a server in the restaurant, for her exceptionally thoughtful and enthusiastic service.
