I stayed at the Huatian Select Hotel (Changsha Wuyi Square IFS Guojin Center store), and overall, it was a pretty good experience. The hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by all sorts of food streets. You can find many local snacks within walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for dining and shopping. This is a huge plus for travelers who love to explore and try local cuisine.

The room was clean and tidy, with all the essential amenities, and the check-in process was smooth. The only minor issue was that my room faced the main road, so there was a bit of noise at night, but it was tolerable and didn't disrupt my sleep. If you're sensitive to outside noise, I'd recommend requesting an inner or higher-floor room in advance.

Overall, the hotel boasts a prime location and great accessibility to nearby conveniences, making it an ideal base in the Wuyi Square area of Changsha. If I visit Changsha again, especially for its food streets and shopping convenience, this hotel would still be a solid choice.

The location is very convenient, close to the subway, and travel is worry-free. The hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, the rooms are warm and pleasant, and the facilities are complete. Professional service, you can enjoy a home-like experience, it is an ideal choice for travel accommodation!

This time, I drove with my family and the hotel parking was convenient, the lobby service staff was enthusiastic, and the room was very satisfactory! The only drawback is that the hotel's Chinese dishes are a little less. It would be better if this aspect could be strengthened! In short, I manually give a big thumbs up 👍👍👍

Facilities: After all, it is an old hotel, and the facilities are a bit old, but they are all intact and in normal use;
Hygiene: I went there for the old brand, and the hygiene is good, which makes people feel at ease;

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. From front service to cleaning service, all are very professional, customer-friendly, and respectful. BTW, the breakfast was excellent and well worth the price!

Will definitely consider booking this hotel again if visiting Chang Sha next time.

The hotel is right across from He Long Stadium, making it very convenient for concerts. The inner stadium is about a ten-minute walk away.

The room layout is a bit unusual. The sink is in the middle of the room, and the shower and toilet are separated. When showering, water can leak onto the floor outside, so you need to place a towel outside to absorb the water. Afterward, you have to get dressed in the wet shower. The doors open directly onto the sink mirror, making the design a bit odd and inconvenient if you're staying with friends.

I have to praise the mattress and pillows for their comfort.

As for the service, I'm not used to having a housekeeper come to the room while I'm there, so I always keep the Do Not Disturb button pressed. However, the housekeeper calls every day to check if I really don't need to clean. I even got woken up by the noise once. I don't quite understand the point of the Do Not Disturb button. 😅

Stayed many times, this hotel is in a good location, there is a Wanda Plaza 200 meters from the hotel, there is a self-operated restaurant on the 3rd floor of the hotel, and there are many chain restaurants around, you can choose different tastes of the store to eat, shopping is also convenient. The interior of the hotel is the kind of Chinese decoration, ancient style. The room is also very clean, the bedding is comfortable to sleep, the floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is good, and the area is suitable. The service staff is very enthusiastic and the overall price/performance ratio is quite high. Recommend everyone to come 1!

服務：你永遠可以相信老牌大酒店成熟的體系、靠譜的服務、充分的責任心和實實在在的用料。雖然房價不貴200+，但酒店提供的軟硬件服務一點沒省，非常紮實，性價比很高。每晚有歡迎甜點，飲用水充足。早餐大方且量足，無論我們就餐時間早晚去到都管夠，不像有些連鎖品牌摳摳搜搜衹放一點，這家光雞蛋就提供煎、煮、茶葉和養生四種，粉面檔給你裝的滿滿的生怕我們吃不飽😄。員工態度也特別nice，無論哪個崗位是否初次見面都發自內心親切待人，沒有程式化刻意，就是很舒服自然的交流，能感受到他們的工作氛圍應該也很好。

美食：強推酒店美食，五星大廚品質靠譜性價比高。我們一行9人晚餐用了**6-8人套餐不到300元，外加門口外擺打包的鹵菜55元，吃的非常撐味道也好。外擺攤位還有油炸素菜是特色建議嘗試。外擺早餐也推薦，小米粥又香又粘稠用料實在像我自己在家做的，麻球很大很圓，口感香脆油炸程度剛剛好不會焦，大師傅技術過硬是久違的炸的那麼好的麻球了。鹵菜在檔口選好後交給另一側大師傅調味，香菜蒜蓉香油等等配料下的足足的，還可以根據你的喜好調整，我們晚上一頓飯就炫光了。補個小插曲，晚餐遇到一個上門乞討者，餐廳人員很善良給了兩碗米飯和菜，用心打包好送出去了，行動見人品，這家酒店很真誠。

設施：酒店有年份了，裝修設計不新不可避免，但從洗手間能看出在盡最大可能更新完善，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，淋浴間用料好花灑非常舒服，淋浴門密封好沒有大多數酒店普遍存在的漏水問題，馬桶還配了專用清潔噴霧，很滿意。

衞生：房間衞生滿意，看得出是用心的，早餐餐廳乾淨整潔，雖然工作人員不年輕但都主動積極，隨便哪個位子坐都收拾的很及時乾淨，這樣就餐遊客流轉也快，不會出現等候擁堵等

環境：沒有太多花哨東西但舒適實用，例如大廳各處有蠻多座椅方便休息，迎賓茶水備了兩種口味，進門左側很貼心的做了可帶走的便民條，內容全覆蓋本地吃住行玩特別好。房間雖不大但很驚喜的配了香氛擺件。酒店位置好，出門兩側就有大型mall，小吃街和地鐵大巴，背後小街上水果店葯店小超市粉面燒烤選擇多，馬路對面還有火宮殿、新華樓等老牌餐飲和美食街，晚上宵個夜嗦粉吃小龍蝦回來特別方便。酒店位置居中，去五一廣場、橘子洲、嶽麓山、隆平水稻博物館、火車站等都很近，左右逢源。

總結：一家知名老牌酒店，房價200+太良心了，關鍵各項配套服務用料都做的足足的，大師傅們也特別好，人很熱情手藝也好，做的早餐鹵菜都好吃，這次沒來得及吃上的小龍蝦會再找機會來嚐嚐。有年份的建築瑕不掩瑜，配套齊全服務超預期，是家庭出遊性價比高很好的選擇。

The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to the entrance of the Tianmen Mountain cable car, and the hotel offers free parking. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in was very quick. Our butler promptly sent us important information and was always responsive to our questions. The lobby also offers complimentary ginger tea and oolong tea, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious and clean, and the smart speaker ('Xiao Du') made things very convenient. Breakfast was also quite good, with yogurt and freshly ground coffee, and the local rice noodles were delicious. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain in Zhangjiajie.

We booked this hotel since it was closer to Tiamen mountain. Unfortunately the hotel is very far away from everything else and you don’t have any restaurants nearby except for the hotel restaurant. 

When we booked this hotel we got an offer to get: 

1 craftsman beer
100 yuan in didi tickets 
2 tickets to an exhibition. 

Even these we never received, the 100 yuan in didi (taxi) tickets we got when we asked for them and showed them the booking information and even though they saw the booking information in Chinese the didn’t get us the offer that we had paid for. 

When we arrived at the hotel which is very grand and look very nice upon arrival they greeted us at the car which is expected for a hotel that grand but that was only the first day they did that. All other times when we got to the hotel no one greeted us, they were all busy talking to each other instead. 

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and even though we booked a family room where they know 4 people was staying they gave us only amenities such as towels etc for 2 people so every day we needed to wait and ask for 2 more towels before we took a shower. 

We also booked excursions through the hotel to visit Grand Canyon and also Tiamen mountain and paid over 1600 yuan for the whole family with everything included. When we came to Grand Canyon we couldn’t experience what we were there for (the zipline) because it had weight restrictions and when we contacted the sales person from the hotel she didn’t take any responsibility and just blamed everything else instead of saying that she was sorry. The day after we visited Tiamen mountain and here we had also booked a ticket that should have included everything and when we came there it was hidden fees that the sales person from the hotel hadn’t told us. When we contacted her again it was the same response that she blamed everything else instead of taking responsibility for that she hadn’t told us everything that she needed to tell us. 

No compensation was given by the hotel and no excuse. When we checked ut the staff said that they would be happy if we could give them a 5 star review and my response was that I will give you a review but it’s not going to be 5 star. When they asked us explain why we did and they blamed it on the language barrier which I don’t buy since all the messages and sales were done through translation app and also through WeChat were you can translate into your own language. It would have been so easy for the hotel to say I’m sorry and for example as a compensation from us you can go down to the buffé restaurant to eat dinner but instead they blamed everything else! 

We are world travelers and have been to different cities both in China and also in different country’s around the world and this is one of the hotel were we feel that they had the worst service we have experienced. When we’re coming back we will not stay here again! A fancy hotel that can not live up to the expectations.

Highly recommended! The Sunshine Courtyard Hotel in Experts Village is a beautiful courtyard-style property with an impressive lobby and many Instagrammable spots. It's a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. Our housekeeper, Xiao Luo, provided exceptional and thoughtful service, patiently recommending local specialty snacks around the hotel. The self-service laundry room was a practical bonus, a real plus for tourists. The location is unbeatable, super close to the scenic area on foot. We were upgraded to a balcony room, offering expansive views, and the cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay! I'll definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Zhangjiajie!

出來匆忙，沒有拍什麼照片，隨手拍了幾張。酒店設施配置，衞生程度，地理位置，服務態度，真的是沒話説，前台小姐姐服務態度都超好。還有打掃衞生的阿姨，服務也不錯。房間還送了水果和酸奶，都是免費提供的。早餐也不錯，湯麪味道很贊。最關鍵的還是酒店的衞生問題，房間可以説是一塵不染，空調也很給力。附近就是春園步行街，萬豪城市廣場，很方便，交通便捷。下次來婁底還選你們酒店。

The room was very comfortable, and the receptionist, Xiao Hu, checked me in quickly and provided excellent service, even offering complimentary fruit. The hotel has a well-equipped gym. The breakfast was plentiful, and the parking lot was large and convenient. There's a river nearby, offering beautiful scenery; I recommend staying here.

This trip to Loudi chose Huatian Holiday Hotel, and the experience of staying for three days was excellent! The key point is to praise the waiter Liu Jieqi for the whole process of enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. He takes the initiative to say hello when entering and leaving. The cleaning needs will also be asked in time. The service is very good and makes people feel comfortable. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and tidy, the price is very high, and I will continue to choose next time I return to Loudi!

The decoration style is still very like, simple and modern, the bedding is relatively clean, the daughter's favorite is the tent and slide, the small suggestion is that the air conditioner is still very loud and noisy, it will be hot if it is not turned on, and the others are quite good.
