My room wasn't facing the elevated highway, and the soundproofing was decent; I had a view of some greenery. It was great for solo travel; they gave me a king-size bed, so I could sleep on one half and put my belongings on the other. The common area upstairs was also very spacious.

Perhaps the only issue was that the bathroom was tiny and low-ceilinged. As a 165cm tall woman, standing in the bathtub to shower, my head was already very close to the ceiling. 

The location is super convenient, and there are actually a lot of food options nearby. I'd definitely book this place again if I'm traveling alone.

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is located in the Ximending commercial district, surrounded by an abundance of restaurants, snacks, and shopping options, making it incredibly convenient for both browsing and finding delicious food. It's about a seven-minute walk from the MRT station, offering easy access to various attractions.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent facilities and good hygiene. The overall environment was clean and tidy, making my stay very pleasant. The bed and amenities were well-maintained, meeting all my resting needs during the trip.

The hotel provides a simple breakfast in the common area every day, making it easy for guests to start their day. Additionally, they thoughtfully offer 24-hour complimentary snacks and drinking water, available at any time, which made me feel truly at home.

The hotel is conveniently located between Minquan West Road and Shuanglian MRT Station. From Shuanglian MRT Station Exit 2, you can walk straight through the Shuanglian Market or turn right along Mackay Memorial Hospital to reach the hotel. It's also very easy to walk to Ningxia Night Market.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but it doesn't disturb the stay. Plus, complimentary coffee is available for guests on the second floor.

Clean and comfortable with a great location and easy access to transportation. Even though there's no physical front desk, the service is excellent; when I called, they answered right away. The bathroom was spotless and hand soap was provided, which was a nice touch. Overall, fantastic!

The location is fantastic, very close to Ximen Station, and there are many essential facilities nearby like Carrefour, PX Mart, Meiermei, Milk Donuts, and more! Having a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart right next door was also super convenient.
The room was clean as it had recently been renovated. They even provided snacks, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making for a very comfortable stay.
What I appreciated most was that the air conditioning worked even without the key card, so the room was always pleasant and cool!
However, the 7th floor was under renovation, so I was woken up by construction noise every morning. If it weren't for that, it would have been a perfectly satisfying hotel experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Taipei!

I stayed at this hotel because of a concert at the New Taipei City Exhibition Hall. You can drop off your luggage before checking in, and there are self-service kiosks for both check-in and check-out. The room is very spacious! It comes with a hairdryer, 5 hangers, bath towels, hand towels, disposable slippers, shampoo and body wash, and a bidet. However, the water pressure in the shower is really low. I stayed for 3 nights this time and you can request housekeeping (but I just took out my own trash for the staff, as I didn't feel the need for a full cleaning).

The room size was decent, and the location was great with plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk service was attentive and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. I was very satisfied. It's also super convenient to get to the hotel from Taoyuan Airport if you take the Dayou Bus, as there's a stop nearby.

The check-in process was simple and efficient. The quad room was quite spacious, offering plenty of room for a family with children. Since it was a last-minute stay, I wasn't sure if the hotel provided baby amenities.

The room was clean, and the soundproofing was good; on a higher floor, you could barely hear any street noise.

No window, strong water pressure in the bathroom, bathtub, no zipper, clean and bright toilet, plenty of toilet paper provided, food storage box provided (not recommended for raw food), decent soundproofing, clean environment, convenient check-in, FamilyMart across the street and breakfast shop next door is very convenient.

Overall, my stay here was quite good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was really nice, allowing for a great night's sleep. The location is convenient with easy access to transportation and good amenities nearby. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any issues. If the soundproofing could be improved, the experience would be even better, but it was still a pleasant stay.

The room was quite spacious, with enough room for luggage. It was clean and comfortable, and the environment was pleasant. Even though it's near the road, it wasn't too noisy at night. The service was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

I love free ice cream,snacks , water  and coffee 24 hr. Good breakfast , but in peak hour is very busy. Good and clean room , i booked no window twin room , it's good ventilation. Great foe 2-3nights

We had an excellent experience staying in Hub Hotel Cisian branch! The room is spacious, clean, and everything listed in the amenities are available. We enjoy the breakfast food especially the salad! There are free-flowing coffee, snacks, and ice cream in the dining area that also open all the time. The hotel staff are friendly and easy to talk to when you are requesting for something. The location is 15-min walk to Formosa station, tho, but there is a bus stop literally in front of the hotel that makes it really accessible to whenever you want to go!
