The service was exceptional, and they were always quick to respond to our needs. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and the decor was simple yet stylish. It's also conveniently located for getting around. Overall, it exceeded our expectations – full marks!

It was late when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk upgraded the room type for free. Thumbs up!
The Supreme Room is indeed big enough, cleaned well, and the decoration style is what I like.
I checked later and found that there are more Juzuo hotels in Zhengzhou, and not many in other places. But I think these facilities are enough to compete with Juzi, Atour, and Four Seasons hotels!
I wish the boss good fortune, and I will stay away from here next time I go on a business trip!

”This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel is in a prime location, conveniently located, and boasts comprehensive amenities. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was immediately captivated by the spacious and bright atmosphere. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent lighting. The bedding felt soft, like sleeping on a cloud. The shower in the bathroom had strong water pressure and heated up quickly. Every detail was meticulously thought out. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, allowing me to watch videos without any lags. The soundproofing was excellent, and I slept soundlessly. I especially appreciated the hotel's cleanliness standards, even the corners were spotless, and the comprehensive fire safety equipment provided a reassuring feeling. The breakfast was plentiful, with freshly made omelets that were delicious and runny. The staff was friendly and attentive, proactively introducing me to nearby attractions. The value for money was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip! Highly recommended to anyone who appreciates quality.”

I have always stayed at Juzuo Hotel in Zhengzhou. This is the first one in Xinxiang. I thought the chain brand's standards and services must be the same. I was not disappointed. I brought my luggage and before I entered the lobby, the beautiful girl at the front desk came to help me with my luggage. When I walked to the front desk, the welcome tea was already delivered to me. I was very touched.
After arriving in the room, razors, slippers, bathrobes. It was even more complete. I like to drink tea, so it was also equipped with tea sets and tea leaves. In addition, there is a small detail, each room has four bottles of mineral water, and. Most importantly. If it is not enough, you can ask the front desk to send two more bottles. I am very satisfied. I hope Juzuo will get better and better

Where to start?

What an Exceptional, Centrally Located, Grand Hotel; Location and Staff were superb. A great experience and decision for my needs. I enjoyed my short stay very much! Only wish I had more time to explore more of its amenities; but I will definitely return. The hotel is peaceful with no problem achieving a good night’s rest. In the middle of Tianyue Square; next to Wanda Mall, so at night it is very vibrant, social, and the whole area is illuminated and beautiful. The people of Xuchang are extremely polite and respectful & this extends to the lovely, young and helpful staff. Only slight feedback would be attention to detail when cleaning (but I am a clean freak), changing the TV to English and I struggled with WiFi the entire time. A place of peace and security nonetheless especially during a busy business excursion. Comfort 10/10; Location 10/10; Amenities 8/10; Standard; 9/10. I will improve my Chinese to improve our interpersonal relations. If I could, I would keep this place to myself. See you soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ your friend 宝贵的
