The location is excellent, the room is clean and tidy, there is a washing machine and dishwasher, the dishes are complete, but the bed and pillows are soft, not suitable for us to sleep.

Staff will contact you shortly after booking and will respond to any questions during the period.

The place was good.loved the heating system and the view through the window.amazing location for touring around London .nothing was stolen we were safe.Parking is the only problem if you bring your car but other than that the location is good.Kitchen amenities were not on point but can’t complain much. First of all, the address of trip.com was wrong. It was not the 60th union street. but the 54-58. I arrived at the 60th and found that the password of the email could not be opened. I communicated with the customer service for a long time before I knew that the address was 54-58. Since I arrived at 7 pm, the children and the elderly were really tired to wait for the customer service reply on the street.
After figuring out the address, I checked in smoothly, but found that there were many flying insects in the kitchen, and the kitchen door did not dare to open again. There were flying insects in the toilet.

Unfortunately the pictures are beyond misleading I would say to the point of being missold. If you are assigned apartment “A” run! It’s a tiny box room, bed is on the floor, has no windows & is like an oven. You won’t sleep. Pay little more go to a hotel.

Kula Birmingham is a well-located serviced apartment in the heart of Birmingham, just a short 500m walk from New Street Station (Grand Central). It sits right beside The Mailbox, with plenty of cafés and restaurants steps away. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the building manager was exceptionally polite and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and centrally located place to stay in the city.

Everything was great, the location was perfect as well. The only thing was that they didn’t have air conditioning, so it was really hot during the heatwave and there were no windows that could be opened. Other than that I had a great stay thank you :)
