The environment is nice. The facilities are good. Check in or out is very handy. Definitely will introduce to family and friends. If I come to London again and I will come to this hotel again

Its ok, its overpriced in comparison to others in the area, its good for a business in out situation which i was, its in a old building no reception etc just the apartment itself! Its not a bad place at all, just a little overpriced! Everything works etc! Oh there is one downside u can hear everything from the other apartments they may as well had been in the room and both apartment doors where closed! That didn’t bother me because I can sleep for anything, or something to consider if you’re a light sleeper!

Lovely stay, just a shame there was no mood lighting. The only loose lamp was broken or didn't work. Both roller blinds were broken. But otherwise, a lovely stay. Good location.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. You are pictured looking like a sofa, but we didn't have one; we used the bed instead. That was fine too.

First of all, the address of trip.com was wrong. It was not the 60th union street. but the 54-58. I arrived at the 60th and found that the password of the email could not be opened. I communicated with the customer service for a long time before I knew that the address was 54-58. Since I arrived at 7 pm, the children and the elderly were really tired to wait for the customer service reply on the street.
After figuring out the address, I checked in smoothly, but found that there were many flying insects in the kitchen, and the kitchen door did not dare to open again. There were flying insects in the toilet.
Hotel location is very good, very close to the Polo market, originally looking forward to staying, but the overall stay feels good, I

Unfortunately the pictures are beyond misleading I would say to the point of being missold. If you are assigned apartment “A” run! It’s a tiny box room, bed is on the floor, has no windows & is like an oven. You won’t sleep. Pay little more go to a hotel.

lovely pleace, washing machine provided as well! A shame that the water tank didn’t hold a lot of hot water. You will have to wait 25min to get hot water again.
Overall worth it. will be back! one of the best

Very good location!!!
Approx 12 min from railway station, in front of big mall, ALDI supermarket.
Apartments are very clean, very huge and cosy.
Big bathroom, huge kitchen with everything you need.
Panoramic windows to the main street of a city.
We want to say big thanks to support service, who helped us at 11PM.
11/10, recommend to everyone!!!
