The parking is ample. The breakfast was good, the environment is peaceful, and they have a swimming pool and gym. The front desk staff were very friendly. It's conveniently located near the highway, and there are many good, affordable restaurants nearby.

Great experience overall: convenient location, close to Termini train station, 30 mins walk to Colloseum. Classic interiors looked a bit ragged but everything worked well. Breakfast wasn't rich but it was enough to eat something in the morning. Room was compact but quiet. I would rate this stay as 9/10.

Excellent! I managed to snag a discounted agent rate, so for about €15 per person, it was incredible value for money. Bus route 2 goes directly to Venice's main island. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the room was quiet and comfortable with very new facilities. While you can't compare it to what you'd find in China, for Europe, it was really excellent.

The property is strategically located... in just 2 minutes by car, you can reach the Posterna parking garage to access Spoleto's historic center via alternative transport. The service was excellent, both at check-in, where we received all the necessary information for visiting the center, and at breakfast, which was superb and plentiful. There were a few minor negative details in the room: a broken toilet seat, a curtain off its track, and a damaged bedside lamp... A shame. Overall, it's a good property. Recommended.
