The hotel is conveniently located with a supermarket nearby. The shampoo was terrible. The kitchenware in the room was complete, but when I checked in, the kitchen utensils and dishwasher were not clean.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable.

The front desk staff varied in quality; most were friendly and would proactively help guests with luggage by opening elevator doors, etc. However, there was one white female staff member whose attitude was consistently bad throughout my several-day stay. I don't expect overly enthusiastic service, but her negative mood was palpable. Not only was her attitude poor, but her work was also very unprofessional. When I checked in, she entered the wrong deposit amount. When I first pointed it out, she didn't react. She also didn't give a clear answer when I asked if she could merge my orders, nor did she remind me to reactivate my room card the next day. The worst part was baggage storage: she mixed up the luggage tag number and the claim receipt! If our passports hadn't been in the suitcase, allowing us to prove our identity, I don't know how that situation would have been resolved! Extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

I had a very pleasant experience staying at Locke hotels in other cities, which is why I chose this brand again in London. I was very disappointed this time.

A beautiful house, the interior decoration is exactly as pictured, with very bright colors. For breakfast, there are several set menus to choose from. The only downside is that the taste isn't great, but the portions are definitely enough, you can skip lunch.

Easy to access in a highly developed area filled with chain hotels, £6 coffee shops and laptop-friendly coworking spaces. Walk a little further and you'll find some good pubs and restaurants. The downstairs lobby also feels more like a shared workspace than a hotel lobby.

Staff were friendly and efficient. My room had a small kitchenette but an odd layout. The bed was small (barely 200 cm long), even though there was easily enough space for a queen-size bed with a better design. The TV was squeezed into the kitchenette while the wall opposite the bed was left empty. The canopy bed also had some rather dusty fabric.

Everything is digital, but none of it was explained. I had to use ChatGPT to work out that the TV displayed the hotel information and QR code—it wasn't even on when I entered the room. That's becoming a typical London experience: check in, collect your key, and you're largely on your own.

Overall, the hotel is expensive for what you get, but that's increasingly the reality of staying in London.

The room was quite small; I couldn't even fully open a 23-inch suitcase. However, it was well-equipped with a small kitchenette, which was handy for preparing simple meals. What was puzzling though, was the bedside lamp – I searched the entire room and couldn't find a switch to turn it off, so I had to wear an eye mask to block out the light. On the bright side, there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and the metro is just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, it's quite convenient, but there's definitely room for improvement.

Hotel in Bank, conveniently located. Very small rooms but hotel cafe and space on the ground are nice. Right next to Thames. But slightly hard to find the entrance to this place and not really accessible by car.

Great space! Loved the location, amenities and staff. It’s a perfect set up for those traveling across the city or meeting up with friends in the neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again and I can’t wait to do so!

I stayed in a family apartment with a loft. It had a kitchen with all the cooking utensils and cutlery, plus a washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher, which made living there very convenient. The only downside was that the loft felt a bit cramped due to the low ceiling height.

I had an amazing 13 days stay with Schwan Locke. It’s really a home away from home and everything that I need are within a few mins’ walk (I.e. REWE, DM, cafe, food etc.) And best of all, the Spring Festival was just 7mins walk away!

The bathroom is big by European lodging standards and every room has a nice window view! The bed is cosy and comfy and the range of pillows is great.

Will continue to recommend this lodging to all our colleagues when we have our business trips to Munich.

The hotel location was very close to the red line tram and several bus stops including the dublin express bus stop. It is around 20 minutes by local transportation from downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had all you may need. The air conditioning was good. There’s a working space on the ground floor that you may use for free any time you like even after checkout till 5 pm. There’s a 24 hour reception. They offer luggage storage.

The location is PERFECT. My first time visiting Dublin and it was literally seamless because of this hotel, the location is supreme, the coffee shop downstairs is so comfortable and makes legitimately good coffee. The room was the perfect size for me and my sister. The bathroom is a great size and the beds were extremely comfortable. The washing machine in the room was also very convenient. Staff were really helpful and overall this was amazing service! 
Everything in central Dublin is walking distance and you are extremely close to the tram/Luas too
