Very clean & apartment equipped with all you need which is great! However the location is a bit far from things but it’s okay. I wish I had more time to stay here to check out the pool but maybe another time! I would stay again for sure in the future if I’m back in Malaysia

I had an amazing stay at Chambers Premier Suites KL. The room was excellent — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Definitely great value for money. The location is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, and the customer service was truly outstanding.

I’ll definitely come again!

Service: There's a front desk, making check-in and check-out very convenient. Environment: It's 400 meters from the subway station, a 15-minute walk to Pavilion KL, and other attractions are also nearby. Facilities: The hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers, but it does have a washing machine. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite poor. The bathroom had a strange smell, and there were especially many cockroaches, countless cockroaches.

Great location, easy to park your car, smooth cx in, huge room. Use bar code scan to asses entrance & lift which makes it easy to asses. Only need to replace old tv with smart tv for improvement

✅️ Great location. Close to central KLCC, TRX etc. For those driving, there is car park available. Remember to validate your parking ticket to discount it to RM5, otherwise it is very expensive. 

✅️ Room is nicely designed, furnished with small cooking area and washing machine. Nice shower facility. Comfortable.

✅️ There was a nice pool with KLCC view in the day. Pool close at night and accessible for view. Also gym facilities available. 

❌️ The air conditioner was dripping water  we - had to collect the drips with whatever container we found. We noticed this issue when we were going to bed (we were out the whole day and came back late). The drips were very noisy and it affected our sleep but we can only informed the management the next morning. No compensation was offered. 

❌️ The lifts were crowded in the morning when we were checking out. We waited for almost half an hour and finally decided to get down by stairs.

The location is great and very convenient, with a mall and convenience store downstairs. However, the bathroom facilities in the room need repair, and the customer service could be improved.

The room was clean, and there was no sewage smell from the bathroom drains. However, as our room was located next to the stairway, we did notice a dead cockroach outside in the morning, though it had been cleared by the time we returned. The sink’s water pressure was quite weak, making it difficult to wash up, and there was no option to adjust the water temperature—it was only cold. Additionally, the toilet paper holder was missing; while it wasn’t a major issue for us, it would be helpful if it could be fixed for the convenience of future guests. Overall, it was a fairly decent stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ M Vertica Premier Suites Kuala Lumpur
We had an amazing stay at M Vertica Premier Suites as a family of four (2 adults and 2 older kids). The three-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. It provided more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall environment felt like a home away from home.
The facilities were outstanding, especially the swimming pool, which our kids absolutely loved. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we were extremely impressed and truly enjoyed every moment here. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, space, and great value in Kuala Lumpur!

The security measures are excellent, with guards visible almost everywhere. It feels very safe. However, the air conditioning wasn't very cool and parking cost extra, which was a bit expensive.

Location is fantastic 
A simple short walk to many places around Bukit Bintang, like Pavilion KL, Alor Food Street, Berjaya Times Square, etc…

But driving in and out of the property can be quite a challenge, as it is surrounded by small lanes and traffic can be quite bad during peak hours. 

The property is somewhat like a condo hotel type.
You don’t get housekeeping every day.
And you gotta throw your own rubbish at the dump room yourself.

You don’t get some amenities as with a normal hotel. 
No bottled drinking water, no table cloth or face towels, and no tissue box as well.

Don’t remember seeing any safe in the room too.

Staff were friendly and helpful (to some extent), but the user-experience is something new to me. 
The check-in is self-service and any missing items will be charged to the guest.

Requests for additional towels or late check-out are all chargeable, no exceptions can be expected. 

Price is ok, considering being in the city center, it is a lot cheaper than the better hotels. 

I will explore other accommodations for my future visits before deciding if I would stay here again.

A Gem Near Gohtong Jaya
Nestled conveniently near Gohtong Jaya, this location truly stands out. The presence of a 7-Eleven and various restaurants nearby makes it incredibly practical and adds to the overall convenience. The staff were perfectly adequate, handling everything with a decent level of service. Furthermore, the provided car park is a definite bonus, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. All in all, the experience was well worth the price. I will certainly be returning in the future!

Overall, my stay at Ion Delemon Premier Suites Genting was decent and worth the price.

The staff were friendly and helpful 👍 Just a heads up — make sure to bring cash for the deposit, as not all payments are accepted cashless.

Parking was convenient and easy to access, but it is charged separately (not included in the stay).

The room was clean and comfortable, although the amenities were quite basic. Still acceptable considering the affordable price.

However, one major issue that needs improvement is the presence of bed bugs. I personally experienced bites during my stay. That said, I do appreciate the staff’s quick response — even at around 3AM, they came to assist, sprayed the room, and changed the bedsheets.

Still, this is something the management should take seriously and ensure the bedding is thoroughly cleaned for guests’ comfort.

In conclusion, it’s okay for a short stay, but cleanliness—especially the bed—needs improvement.

I am very disappointed that the pillowcase smells bad—it seems unwashed. I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. We hope relevant authorities will pay attention to this issue and provide assistance.

This property located at a good location in genting permai where surrounded with many facilities such as KK mart, 7eleven, food stall, starbucks, patrol station. The aparment amenities is quite good where has a roof top swimming pool. Indoor ping pong room & gym. About the properties experiences, the property is well clean, nice interior design however i just a bit dissatisfied on the air cond under master room where it was autamatically stop after 10-15 minutes operated with it was default on the timer even try top reset it but it still happen. The aircond also is not really cool. Maybe the maple technician must look into this as priority. This also for the ceiling Fan inside the master room only can go for speed number 4. Other than that is not functioning . All the rest for me is good. This time visit i give 3 star out of 5. TQ

It‘s very good. I’ve lived there many times. It‘s very clean, with complete furniture and tableware. There is a restaurant nearby and a shopping mall downstairs.

One of the worst places I’ve stayed. The unit was different from the booking photos, the fan had no remote and was extremely slow, Netflix couldn’t be used even with my own account, and the curtains did little to block sunlight. I also received no response when I asked for assistance. I’ve stayed at Maple Home in Melaka before and had a much better experience, but this location was disappointing. 2 stars.
