Love almost everything abt the place. Except for the lift and plugpoint. Only 3 normal elevators + 1 service lift. Serves 53 floors with each floor has almost 20 units. The waiting time was so long especially during check in and check out hour.. u stay in mid floor, check out time will be long wait since the lift is always full.

And for the plugpoint, there is none nearby the bed. Only 1 for TV with no extension provided. None at the dining table.. only 1 plug available for usage which is on the kitchen top. Need to use laptop, charger, ironing, hairdryer, all need to use that one in the kitchen nearby the stove.. but other than that, all is nice..

Great place to stay! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The facilities were good, and the swimming pool was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.
One thing to note is that parking is not included with the accommodation. However, there is a private outdoor parking area available, and it only costs RM5 per day which is very affordable.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur.

It's alright for one night. There's Netflix and the Wi-Fi signal is strong. However, the room design is pretty ordinary, nothing special. But the location is good, close to Lalaport and Bukit Bintang. So far, it's okay.

Everything was great. This isn't our first time staying here. We choose these apartments specifically because the price and quality are excellent. The location is convenient – right in the city center, just 5 minutes to the towers. There's a beautiful city view from the panoramic windows. Disposable slippers and toiletries (toothbrush/toothpaste, shower cap, shower gel, shampoo, soap) are provided. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, if necessary, plus dishes and cutlery. It's very convenient to have a washing machine with detergent and a clothes dryer (this might not be in all apartments, but it's definitely in the Premier ones). There's a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views, but the water is cold. On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a convenience store.

This was my second stay, but the room had terrible soundproofing! Parking cost RM12 per day for three days! The supermarket downstairs closed very early! There weren't many good restaurants nearby! You had to walk across the main road to Jalan Ah Lo to eat! The stalls there were very expensive, and I discovered that some durian vendors were trying to scam mainland Chinese tourists by selling Thai durians as Musang King and Black Thorn! Seriously! If you use the footbridge, the area is very dirty, unkempt, and has homeless people living there! It's a good deal for a family staying for several days, as it has a kitchen and a washing machine!

The hotel's location is quite easy to find, right at the intersection. I encountered a small issue during check-in; the front desk didn't have my reservation information. I had to contact the booking platform myself, and after getting that sorted, I paid the deposit to them. They then relayed the information to the hotel, which finally processed my check-in. This whole ordeal delayed me for about 40-50 minutes. The hotel's security is pretty good; you need to swipe your card to enter the elevator and to access your floor. The room was clean, and the facilities were quite complete: a large refrigerator, washing machine, hairdryer, electric kettle, induction cooker, bowls, plates, hand soap, and dish soap were all provided. In the bathroom, there was shampoo, shower gel, and bath towels, but no toothbrushes. The water pressure for the shower was decent, but on the first day, the water temperature wasn't very high, just barely not cold. On the second day, it was even more unsatisfactory; the shower water was too cold, and I felt a bit chilly.

The location, I hv to turn 2x to get into parking lot so hv to go thru hassel narrow road due to nearby Chinese restaurant which the cs's double line parking their cars probably want to eat and convenience for them but not us which makes us need to go thru the hassle.
The ofc did not notice my last email that I attached with the depo receipts during my check in and need to go thru the hassle again.
The hotel room and the box had a different num which made me again gone thru the hassle cause I was mistaken on the room num cause I took it from a different box num.

Overall had a pleasant experience, the convenient location - just a short ride to the city centre, similar to another property I stayed at nearby.
Both the front desk service and WhatsApp communication were helpful, and replies were generally fast during business hours. However, it can be difficult to reach staff outside those hours, which may be challenging if urgent assistance is needed.
The room equipment was good and everything functioned well, which we appreciated. That said, the cleanliness of one of the bedrooms in our four-bedroom unit was disappointing. We found a noticeable amount of hair on the bed, and a few pillows were stained yellow and clearly not usable. This issue did not occur in the other rooms.

Location is fantastic
A simple short walk to many places around Bukit Bintang, like Pavilion KL, Alor Food Street, Berjaya Times Square, etc…

But driving in and out of the property can be quite a challenge, as it is surrounded by small lanes and traffic can be quite bad during peak hours.

The property is somewhat like a condo hotel type.
You don’t get housekeeping every day.
And you gotta throw your own rubbish at the dump room yourself.

You don’t get some amenities as with a normal hotel.
No bottled drinking water, no table cloth or face towels, and no tissue box as well.

Don’t remember seeing any safe in the room too.

Staff were friendly and helpful (to some extent), but the user-experience is something new to me.
The check-in is self-service and any missing items will be charged to the guest.

Requests for additional towels or late check-out are all chargeable, no exceptions can be expected.

Price is ok, considering being in the city center, it is a lot cheaper than the better hotels.

I will explore other accommodations for my future visits before deciding if I would stay here again.

Underestimated how beautiful the view is!! Pictures does not do any justice! They have an outdoor pool and gym which was also really cool. Location is great as there are many shops nearby- some open 24/7. They gave us 1 set of keycards which made things a bit difficult as you need these cards to activate lift/outdoor area which also means if your going with friends- everyone must be going to the same places together example: pool together or gym ext since elevators can only be accessed with those keycards. The room was lovely! Big, spacious and mainly clean! They gave plenty of towels, toothbrush, slippers. Room came with a fridge, microwave plates ext! Highly recommend for groups of friends or family members!

Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

This place is a bit out of the way, but it's very close to Genting. It's definitely a good choice for a family of four.

Clean room, comfy bed – I overslept! Cold AC, friendly staff. Very satisfied!

Smooth check-in, fragrant room, clean bathroom. Felt just like home.

If I come here again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice. Excellent value for money.

The washing machine's drainage system had issues. When I checked out, it seemed like the front desk staff had known about it for a long time but hadn't done anything to fix it. Also, the front desk is actually in a different building, so don't go to this location first.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well-maintained. The bathroom was also clean and had the basic amenities needed. The only issue was the iron. The wire was too short, making it difficult to iron clothes comfortably. The ironing board was also unstable and could not stand properly. Hopefully, the host can improve the ironing facilities for a more convenient stay. Overall, I was satisfied with the room and had a pleasant stay.

The area next to the toilet on the lower level seemed to be leaking. It would be good to install a water heater in the downstairs toilet as well, to make showering downstairs easier. It's tiring having to go up and down. The air conditioning in the downstairs room was broken, so I had to sleep in the hall. Luckily, it was only for one night. A fridge, washing machine, and microwave were provided, which I really liked. I tried to follow the instructions for the TV but couldn't quite get it to work until just before we left. The internet was okay, but they gave me the wrong password, which felt a bit ungenerous, hahaha. It was clean, tidy, and beautiful. The AC upstairs and in the hall was nice and cool. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Nice location, Nice, big & comfortable hotel, down go LG2 have 99speedmart, restaurants

Strategically located near I-City Theme Park and the mall. The room was clean and well-equipped, but for Muslim guests, a Qibla direction should be provided. A washing machine and detergent were available, but we didn't know where to hang our clothes 💁🏼‍♀️. For future rooms, please make sure to have a 'no smoking' sign so that other guests feel comfortable upon entry.
