We enjoyed our stay overall and found the location excellent, with easy access to KL Sentral and convenient transport connections. The apartment had everything we needed, and while the rooms are compact, they are functional with comfortable beds, good pillows, reliable WiFi, quiet air conditioning and a great shower.
There were, however, a few factors that would make us reconsider returning. The main challenge was the elevator system. With 54 levels and approximately 30 rooms per floor, the building accommodates a large number of guests. Only three of the four lifts operate regularly, which often resulted in long wait times, especially when travelling between lower ground, the laundry on level 30, and the gym and pool on levels 53 and 53A. The lift areas can also feel quite warm, and frequent stops added to the travel time.
The pool area is visually impressive with fantastic views, though seating is limited, with only a small number of loungers available for such a large complex. Hallways carry sound easily, so voices travel, and there is currently a high-rise being built next door. Construction noise starts early and may continue for some time.
The gym is small and tends to run warm, even with the air conditioning on. Check-in is strictly from 3pm and requires a cash deposit, which may be worth noting for future guests.
On a positive note, the on-site laundry is well managed by a friendly local couple. At 5 RMB for a 30-minute wash and 5 RMB for a 30-minute dry, including powder, it’s affordable and efficient, with two comfortable rest areas to wait.
Overall, the apartment offers good comfort and a strong location, but the elevator delays and building scale may not suit everyone.

Fast check in and check out..definitely not the first time here..i love the view and the huge space in the unit..near the shopping mall and the public transport to travel elsewhere..

We loved our stay here! The room was really comfortable and modern. Loved the rooftop pool too! Although a little noisy with all the kids. I’d recommend they have an adults only time from 9pm so adults can enjoy it without screaming kids 😆

The location is strategic for walking around the city centre.
The room is ok quite big and spacious.
The bathroom needs attention in terms of cleanliness,the walls should not be moldy 
There were also cockroaches which should not be present in the room
The in room facilities are good everthing is provided
Since i did not stay long in the room i overlooked these issues but i hope improvements can be made 
On the day i checked out there was no electricity supply which caused some inconvenience and rush for me but i just let it go
Overall the service was very good tq.

Service: There's a front desk, making check-in and check-out very convenient. Environment: It's 400 meters from the subway station, a 15-minute walk to Pavilion KL, and other attractions are also nearby. Facilities: The hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries or slippers, but it does have a washing machine. Hygiene: The hygiene is quite poor. The bathroom had a strange smell, and there were especially many cockroaches, countless cockroaches.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities in the neighborhood including dining, fitness, and a swimming pool. It's conveniently located with great transport links. The information provided was comprehensive, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making coordination a breeze. I had a pleasant experience interacting with the host.

Great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops right downstairs, and a large mall nearby for shopping. The subway is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, the stay was decent, but it's on a main road, and like many places in Malaysia, there are a lot of loud motorbikes with modified exhausts. Even on the 38th floor, you can hear them clearly. Plus, the soundproofing isn't great. However, it's cheap, so it's a livable option.

Receptionists are very considerate. I totally forgot the details of the booking. They responded very gracefully. I managed to stayed overnight. The room was quite complete. The view is mindful. Overall i’m satistfied.

This unit is good generally, but not as good as other Trion unit I stayed previously which come with a carpark, plates/bowls/cutlery and later checkout time. One needs to check carefully with the details, i.e. different operators would have different specifications and rules.

Was good and cheap. The room is super new, so maybe smells painting but still okay.

Location is good, within walking distance to restaurants and convenient shops. Use the connection bridge at L5.

Very near to GPO and cable car station, about 5 mins drive. 

Parking is allocated for 1 car. 

The apartment was clean, with basic amenities like 2 door fridge, washing machine, microwave, basic cutleries, bowls and plates. No pots and pans although there is cooking stovetop.

Towels are provided but get prepared to wait longer if u plan during weekends or public holidays. I have to wait for almost 3 hours before I can eventually receive the towels at my rented unit. The aircond is only inside 1 room. No AC at the main hall, only ceiling fans. The hall was converted to a sleeping area with 1 queen+1 single. Soap and shampoo are provided, and the shower comes with a water heater. 

Overall I'm ok with our 2 nights stay. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in, it took me almost 1.5 hours due to long queues before i can finally make it to the check in counter. I understand it's due to the weekend/public holiday, but at least the management should prepare some  chairs outside knowing that people have to stand long in the queue, and some welcoming drinks would be even better.

I had pleasant stay here, but it a bit too far from the amusement park. I had to take grab to go back and forth just to visit the park. The room is spacious but there aren’t any amenities for you. I recommend to bring anything beforehand also if you’re a foreigner who don’t have WhatsApp please install it before coming. I had a really hard time to find the checking area (it was at a parking lot at another building). In conclusion everything here is perfect (the weather, food, room…etc). Don’t worry about something to eat, there’s a mall at the ground floor so you can grab anything you want.

The hotel is perfect for family gateway. The location near to GPO make of perfect spot for people who wanted to stay overnight after a day trip to genting. Pool facility was ok 41th floor and also restaurant on level 5.

1) Toilet smelt of urine upon ckecked-in…
2) Washing machine faulty n leaked to parquet floor… we had to mopped the floor upon noticing the leak.
3) Balcony sliding door cannot lock. Families with small children to be careful as there are chairs at balcony
4) But location is very accessible to eateries/minimarts/laundry service.

Overall, my stay was quite disappointing due to multiple issues with the facilities and management, although there are a few positive aspects worth mentioning.

1. The toilet flushing system is very weak and unable to properly flush waste. There is also no exhaust fan, causing unpleasant odors to linger after use.

2. The shower area lacks proper shelving for toiletries, which is inconvenient, especially for female guests. Although the space is not small, the towel rack is installed above the toilet, which is both unhygienic and impractical.

3. The unit is advertised as a two-bedroom space that can accommodate up to five people, which reasonably creates the expectation of having two bathrooms. However, the upstairs bathroom is locked and used as a storage room. This becomes highly inconvenient, as guests have to wait excessively long to use a single bathroom.

4. The doorbell issue that was reported earlier was never resolved.

5. The air conditioner remote control was initially not working, but a replacement was only provided later at night.

6. Only two out of four elevators were functioning. During checkout time, it became extremely difficult to get an elevator. Once inside, it stopped at almost every floor due to high demand. It took my family and me nearly an hour just to get from the 22nd floor to the car park. There was also no proper ventilation or air conditioning inside the elevator, which made the situation very uncomfortable and almost suffocating.

7. There is only a mirror in the bathroom, which makes it very inconvenient for guests (especially women) to get ready or do makeup.

On a positive note, the overall room cleanliness was acceptable, although the towels could be improved.

The interior design is visually appealing at first glance. However, the layout is not practical. Watching TV from the sofa is uncomfortable as it is positioned at an awkward angle. To face the TV directly, everyone has to sit in a row on the stairs, which is quite inconvenient.

Overall, while the design may initially attract guests, the functionality and basic comfort fall short of expectations.

This 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with 3 queen beds. It's just nice for 6 people to sleep comfortably. New, clean and tidy. Well equipped with basic kitchenware and tableware. Airconds, fans, refrigerator, cooker, microwave, kettle and washer all function well. 
Swimming pool with great sea view. Kid friendly playground. Basketball court and game room need to booking. Kids had fun playing table tennis. The mini pool sticks were broken cannot play. The security staff was very helpful to assist us to book the room. 
Agent was very responsive too. Overall very good service. Best price and quality stay. Recommended. Thanks.

The location is good, and it's also very close to Malacca Taiwan Noodle House. We stayed in a studio that accommodates four people. The room was quite spacious, but the bar table in the room really got in the way (between the bed and the kitchen counter area). There was a severe lack of power outlets in the room, which was really unreasonable – only two were usable (see picture). There was a TV Box, but it couldn't be used because the owner hadn't paid the broadband fees. You also have to pay a parking fee of RM20 when staying here.
