Cleanliness: The room corners and bathroom were spotless, with amenities neatly arranged – absolutely no sense of dirtiness or clutter.
Ambiance: The hotel's decor is very stylish, quiet, and not noisy at all, making it great for photos.
The front desk staff were all very gentle and had excellent attitudes.
Real photos: The pictures are exactly what the room looks like. There were quite a few international travelers too.

The front desk agent upgraded my room to one with a window during check-in, which made the experience a bit better. I noticed some stains on the bed sheets during my stay, and the front desk quickly arranged for them to be changed and followed up on the issue. Overall, the service attitude was quite good. The hotel facilities are also very complete, which is convenient for longer stays, and there's even a game console to play! ^_^  Additionally, the hotel's location is very friendly for tourists visiting from out of town, as it's close to shopping areas and snack streets.

Booked this on a whim and it turned out to be quite good, no regrets! The room layout was well-designed, and the cleanliness was acceptable. The staff were very patient and friendly, making communication a great experience. The location is right below Shibati, just a few minutes' walk from the Mountain City Trail and Shibati Folk Culture Area. It's convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment, yet it's quiet at night, perfect for a good rest. I'll definitely consider staying here again for my next trip!

The hotelroom itself was simple, it had everything you needed but not more than that.

The location itself was very convenient within the city centre; near the metro stations and touristic hotspots such as chunxi road, tianfu square etc. This made it easy to sightsee around Chengdu (such as people’s park, culture park, Wuhou shrine etc. There is so much to do in Chengdu!)

The hotel itself was a bit difficult to find, note that when you enter the busy small road with all the shops (Shangyechang Street), you can access the hotel from a small side road to the left at approximately halfway the street(if you come from chunxi road direction).

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable, situated on the 2.5 ring road, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and getting taxis. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. It offers excellent value for money. Although it doesn't include breakfast or have its own parking, the price is very reasonable, and it's perfectly sufficient for short-term travelers. I was very satisfied with my stay.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time! The hotel's environment is quiet and elegant, and the public areas are clean and grand. The guest rooms have excellent natural light, are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with toiletries, and have plenty of hot water, making showers very comfortable. The staff are kind and gentle, and any requests are quickly resolved; the service is especially thoughtful. It's very convenient for dining and transportation nearby, and the overall value for money is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended!

The gym is not a gym. It is a laundry room with a cheap looking bike in it. Might be a treadmill as well. 

The laundry room is very useful. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers. There could be a system to help manage people's washes so that the machines were not left standing full as when I tried to use them they were all in use for most of the evening. 

The biggest problem I had in an otherwise good stay was that the amount of dust in the rooms. On all surfaces (pictured some dust on the phone and a thick layer on the projector) there is dust. When I reported this a quick wipe of the projector was done but no apology or anything like this and no other areas were dusted. The room (and probably hotel) needs a deep clean. 

The projector worked easily enough for me and was good, though I took my own hdmi cable that I plugged into the back, rather than using their system which I had no idea how to use and didn't see any instructions. 

Overall this hotel was good enough and good for the price but not as good as the rating suggests or the list of amenities could be.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The common areas are fantastic, offering a lounge, luggage storage, a water dispenser, and even self-service laundry machines and dryers, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The lounge also has a great variety of beverages. The guest rooms are fully equipped; the branded mattress ensured a very comfortable sleep, the toiletries are high-quality, and each room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge. There's a good selection of room types too, including TV rooms, projector rooms, and rooms with bathtubs, all very unique. It's clean, quiet, and offers incredible value for money. Highly recommended!
