Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the hotel's upper floors were undergoing renovations, and to let them know if we encountered any issues. Our 4-day stay was pretty good. We were on the 15th floor, and when we left around 10 AM, we barely heard any noise from the room. The room itself was decent, spacious enough to fully open two 28-inch suitcases. The hotel's location is also very convenient; you can get here from the airport by taking bus A21/A22 or the MTR. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station to the hotel. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options like Lin Heung Tea House, Yung Kee Roast Goose, Chung So Dessert, Wa So Cafe, an egg tart shop, and Haidilao. For shopping, there's Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Don Quijote, 7-11, and Wellcome Supermarket. The street right outside the hotel is Kimberley Road, and our driver told us this area is Hong Kong's 'Korean Street,' so you'll find lots of Korean restaurants around! Excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong. It truly lives up to its star rating; both the service and decor are top-notch. The location is fantastic, with plenty of places to explore nearby. It's very clean. They upgraded my room upon check-in, and while the size is standard for a double room on the mainland, for Hong Kong, it felt incredibly spacious! Transportation is super convenient. There's a dedicated bus stop called 'Metropark Hotel Kowloon,' and the hotel also offers hourly shuttle buses to the Mong Kok area. For tourists, it's incredibly practical; the hotel's G-floor has a dedicated luggage storage area with staff to register items and provide luggage tags. There's even a scale nearby, which is very handy for weighing luggage before flights. What's more, the common advice about needing a power adapter for Hong Kong hotels isn't a concern here! They have USB charging ports, and even 30W fast-charging ports. Compared to the cost and time of traveling back and forth from Shenzhen, this hotel is truly an excellent value for money choice!

The room was spacious and they gave us a free upgrade to two 1.5-meter beds, which was awesome! The location is superb, with tons of great food nearby, making it super convenient for eating, drinking, and exploring. We stayed here for our Disney trip with the kids, and saving on the room allowed us to splurge on food, drinks, and souvenirs. Excellent value for money!

My stay at Metropark Hotel Shenzhen was fantastic! The location is absolutely perfect, right downstairs from Shaibu Metro Station. It's just a short walk to Dongmen Old Street and the food street, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. The room was a suite, very spacious with comfortable bedding and excellent facilities. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Overall, it's great value for money, perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Very good, I'd come again. The staff are warm and polite. There's room for improvement: the room doors close very loudly; they need soundproofing. There's a lingering smell of cooking oil from the first-floor kitchen all the way up to the sixth-floor guest rooms, so the ventilation needs an overhaul. The design of having direct access to the beach from both sides of the restaurant is a failure, especially during breakfast. The flow of people walking through the food pickup area is unhygienic and messy, frankly, it cheapens the experience. Breakfast should be a time to relax, not to watch a constant stream of people passing by. The glass doors to the food area should be locked until 11:00 AM, with clear signs. Senior staff stand around in sharp suits like part of the decor, yet many tables aren't cleared, or cleaned and reset after clearing. I even had to grab chopsticks from a table someone had just left – how unhygienic! Food replenishment is also disjointed. I'm giving five stars for the hardware and the staff; I haven't seen any evidence of strong management, haha. As someone who stays in five-star hotels year-round, I can tell the good from the bad immediately.

Service must give full marks! Every staff member is smiling, responsive and responsive. From Xiao Huang's patient explanation of check-in, to Xiao Cao's warm heart farewell when leaving the store, and Xiao Xie's gentleness when cleaning the room, the whole process is like a spring breeze. This is the service level that a five-star hotel should have, making people feel at home. I also didn't expect the hotel to quietly prepare drinks and snacks that can be made of my own choice, and I was instantly circled! This feeling of being paid attention to is very good, the details determine success or failure, and stay here next time!
