Pretty good! It was quite busy on the weekend, and I got to experience all the hotel's amenities: hot springs, a Wupeng boat ride, feeding swans, and even a travel photoshoot. Overall, I'm very satisfied. We could ask the butler to arrange valet parking for us anywhere we went, and it was available 24 hours. The service attitude was excellent! Plus, we even got a room upgrade for one night, which was a really nice touch. Thumbs up! 👍

Overall, I was very satisfied with my three-day, two-night trip during the National Day holiday. The hotel's hostess, Xiaomei, was particularly helpful. She helped us get our room number in advance and escorted us to our room. The room was standard and clean. Xiaomei even provided afternoon tea on the second day, which was a pleasant surprise. You can also enjoy river tracing right outside the hotel. Overall, I highly recommend it.

My sister's family, my mom, and I went on a weekend getaway! It's a 2.5-hour drive from Shanghai, nestled in a valley within Zhuxian Lake, with 10 dispersed buildings. Surrounded by bamboo forests and tea mountains, the air is exceptionally fresh. The hot springs are set in a bamboo grove, and during our stay, about 6-7 pools were open, including a fish pool, milk pool, aloe vera pool, red wine pool, and a clear water pool…

We live in a parent-child suite with separate guest bedrooms, 1.8 rice bed + high and low beds, the room has its own private balcony, the sun shines in the warm, smart toilet, dry and wet separation bathroom, and bathtub children can take a bath 🛁. The hotel has its own indoor and outdoor double children's playground, the ocean ball pool + trampoline on the third floor, there are small suspension bridges and cruise ships outdoors, opposite the glory sky city scenic spot, children can play crazy here all day!
The first floor is a full-day Chinese restaurant. There are many types of buffets in the morning. Children like the dishes very much. The chef will make up the dishes at any time. If you don't want to go down the mountain at night, you can order a Korean-style small hot pot set meal. The small warm pot in winter is steaming and tastes great!
The top of the mountain soup spring, the healing feeling is full! The 4th floor hat house soup spring is hidden in the bamboo forest, 7 medicine baths are optional, ginger soup, white tea soup is warm and the pores are fully spread! 270° The view around the lake is absolutely amazing, while soaking in the soup and watching the sunset melted gold, the lake view and mountains have a panoramic view, the fatigue of the workers disappears instantly, and there is a dressing room in the hot spring area! Because the weather is a bit cold, the children did not soak and stay again next time!

I have always wanted to take my children to this hotel. This time I finally made it. The experience was beyond my imagination. I thought I could only check in at 3 o'clock and wait at home. Unexpectedly, the customer service called and said that I could check in early. Miss Ruan Tang was responsible for contacting and receiving us. She was really warm and considerate. From before check-in to after departure, she reminded us at any time, just right. The children experienced different parent-child activities and also satisfied their dream of swimming. They were reluctant to leave when they checked out. I will come again next time

Peaceful Environment: Nestled in the Fangshan mountainous area, offering fresh air. The deluxe twin room we booked had a lovely mountain view.
Well-equipped Facilities: Hot springs, dining, and conference facilities are all available, making it suitable for relaxation or small team-building events.
Service Attitude: Staff are generally enthusiastic and responsive to requests.

The villa has three floors, with a small sunken courtyard at the entrance. Each floor has a bedroom, which can also be independent. The room is not big, the surrounding environment is very good, and there are a lot of greenery. Each villa's lane has its own name, Daisy Lane, Iris Lane, Rose Lane, etc. May is a good season, and the flowers corresponding to the lane are just in bloom. There is a large supporting park next to it, with apple orchards, big willow trees, Monet Garden, children's playground, and children's football field, where you can play as you like. Most of the people who come here are families with children or pets. The delivery picking is also very pleasant. Although there are many green tomatoes, it is very rewarding to pick out a bunch of red ones.
I especially want to thank the housekeeper Ma Aimin for his warm reminders before going, responding at any time after arriving, and asking me if I have any needs the next day. It feels very good, thank you very much!
The hotel also has room for improvement, such as it would be better if there were a sofa and multiple tables in the bedroom, and the carpet should be updated!

This was my first time staying at this hotel for a business trip, and I was genuinely touched by the incredibly thoughtful service. A young lady at the front desk named Ms. Guo helped me check in; she was very professional, warm, and efficient. The next morning, I had to check out early to catch a train, and Ms. Shanshan even prepared some bread for me. I truly felt at home. This is a great hotel, and I'll definitely be back!

We were upgraded to a sea view room for free, and there was capsule coffee. The balcony was a sea view, and it was very comfortable to take a nap facing the sea or drink a cup of coffee. The hotel also has a small garden where you can take a walk, and the gym is particularly well received. This is a rare hotel gym with a bench press. The only drawback is that the area is relatively deserted and it is difficult to get a taxi.
