Our family stayed at Wangshanju, and the overall experience was fantastic, exceeding all our expectations! ✨

The hotel is nestled in the mountains, offering a serene environment like a natural forest oxygen bar, full of negative ions.

Our original plan was mainly rafting, but we ended up spending two leisurely half-days at the hotel because we simply didn't want to leave.

The kids loved the outdoor pool, and the gondola rides and Hanfu photoshoots created a wonderful atmosphere. After dinner, we'd hike up the mountain; the view from the top of the tea mountain was absolutely stunning.

The breakfast selection was sufficient, but the service was the real highlight: the staff were young, energetic, attentive, and incredibly friendly. We were assigned a dedicated butler upon check-in who thoughtfully checked in with us daily, striking the perfect balance of being helpful without being intrusive. It was truly heartwarming.

This is definitely a hidden gem of a resort, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to families traveling together~

Overall, my stay here was incredibly satisfying. The moment I stepped into the room, it was clear that a lot of care went into the cleaning; the floors, windowsills, and nightstands were spotless, and the bathroom was free of water stains and odors. The bedding was fresh and tidy, with every corner and detail meticulously addressed.

The room was fully equipped with all the essentials. The air conditioning, bathroom facilities, lighting, and storage were all in perfect working order, more than sufficient for daily living. The front desk and room service staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, promptly and efficiently addressing any small requests I had.

The accommodation was remarkably quiet with excellent soundproofing, and the surrounding area had a peaceful ambiance, ensuring no disturbances from noise. The overall comfort level was top-notch, making it suitable for both short stays and longer breaks. I honestly couldn't find a single fault, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips.

Our company stayed here for our team-building event last week in Anji, and we had a great experience. I immediately decided to bring my family back for a weekend getaway to enjoy Anji's beautiful mountains and rivers. The room was clean and tidy, with no musty smell. The front desk staff, Ms. Xiao Liang, noticed I had a child with me and kindly upgraded our room to one with a large balcony. Our concierge, Ms. Yuan, was incredibly thoughtful, carefully explaining all the hotel's policies and amenities. When the kids upstairs were a bit noisy at night, she promptly intervened and communicated effectively, ensuring we got a good night's sleep. The hotel has safe hiking trails with steps, where we enjoyed the breeze, bamboo forests, and tea plantations. We also tried boating on the nearby Zhuxian Lake. Master Huang's boating skills were excellent, and he was very friendly and engaging, especially with the children. Anji is definitely a place worth visiting five or six times, and I'll certainly stay here again! After all, the orange cat manager is always watching over the place~

I highly recommend this hotel. We've brought our child here twice in one month, and they can't get enough of the hot springs and the soft play area! The breakfast is also incredibly rich and satisfying, perfect for a day full of energy and play. The dinner buffet is also excellent value for money. One evening, my child was so tired from playing all day that they fell asleep while eating dinner. The staff were so thoughtful and even brought a towel to cover them. Truly attentive service.

I stayed here with my child during the Qingming Festival holiday. The hardware facilities were okay, but I felt the hotel wasn't equipped to handle the holiday crowds.

Let's start with the dining. Breakfast was chaotic due to the sheer number of people. While large crowds are understandable, couldn't they have someone seating guests? Instead, everyone was left to fend for themselves to find a table, like squeezing onto a subway. On the first day, there weren't even enough cups; I wanted to get a coffee and some milk for my child, but all the cups were gone, and the kitchen couldn't wash them fast enough.

For dinner, if I recall correctly, the hotel only has one à la carte restaurant. Again, it was packed, and the wait was endless. When I asked a staff member how long the wait would be or if we could order takeout to our room, the reply was 'I don't know, not sure.' The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate – just villages and open fields, with no decent takeout options. We ended up at the hotel's noodle shop, but all the noodles we wanted were sold out, so we had to settle for whatever was available. It was a very disappointing experience.

The Super Wings theme park within the hotel is operated by a third party. The ticket price is 288 for one adult and one child for the whole day, which isn't cheap, even compared to parks in the city. In the park's restrooms, the toilets and the floor around them were covered in unknown liquids, making it impossible to step anywhere. There were too few stalls and no family restrooms. I even saw a mother take her son to pee in a trash can by the sink in the women's restroom because he couldn't wait, splattering urine everywhere, and still, no one came to clean it up.

On the first night of our stay, when I brought my child back from the park to shower, it was around 9:30-10:00 PM, peak time for water usage. There was hardly any hot water; even turned to max, it was only slightly warmer than skin temperature. The second night was much better. Regarding room cleaning, the towels weren't replaced; they just refolded the used ones and put them back. I've never encountered this at other hotels before.

I had an unpleasant stay and won't be returning.

1. Very close to Miyun Reservoir, just a few minutes' drive to Fish Street, making dining very convenient.

2. The hotel is a converted villa, with three rooms per villa sharing a first-floor living room. We checked in on a Sunday, which was perfect as we were the only guests in the villa, having the living room all to ourselves – it was fantastic!

3. The hotel service was excellent; Junlan truly lives up to its reputation.

4. I highly recommend the strawberry picking included in the package; the strawberries were of very high quality, large and sweet.

It's a modern replica of an ancient town, I guess. The room layout is pretty standard. The hallway from the front desk to the rooms is really dark, day and night. It's a bit spooky walking alone at night – couldn't they make the hallway lights brighter? Plus, there's not much to do nearby. The 'ancient town' is practically deserted during the day, and it doesn't get much livelier at night either. ╭(╯ε╰)╮

Excellent! The environment is beautiful, a perfect stay experience. The room was very clean, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. A great value choice, this hotel left a deep impression on me. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to get a good rest. The hotel facilities are also very complete, including a gym and swimming pool, which allowed me to fully relax during my leisure time. In terms of service, the receptionists, Xiao Chen and Xiao Zhe, were warm and professional, making me feel very welcome.
