Overall, it was pretty good, offering good value for money. The room was spacious, and although breakfast was simple, the hot dry noodles were quite flavorful. The hotel is close to the river and Yellow Crane Tower, so you can enjoy the night view of the tower during an evening stroll. However, the male staff member who answered the phone at the front desk had a very arrogant and condescending tone. While he was quick to resolve issues, it was an unpleasant experience to listen to him. I'm not sure if he's an intern or new staff, but as a young person, I'm not sure how to accurately rate him. Untrained staff can be a company's biggest cost. I hope things improve.

Chen Lijun and Li Yunxuan of Zhejiang Xiaobaihuayue Opera Troupe toured to Han. The hotel has convenient transportation. It is 4 kilometers away from Hankou Central Business District, 10 minutes from Qintai Grand Theatre and 10 minutes from Vanke. The environment is quiet, the service is thoughtful, clean and hygienic, and help upgrade the room for free.

When I checked out, I left the original charger in the room. I said I was from another city and had returned home. The front desk asked me for my address and said they could send it directly to me. They were very helpful. The location was also easy to find. I saw the sign when I got off the subway and walked into Liantou Plaza.

New Beacon Shangju Hotel is the perfect choice for business trips and accommodation! As a four-star hotel, the rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is rich and there is free parking. The bed is comfortable and the mattress is slightly soft. The service is very good.

The location of the hotel is particularly convenient. It takes 5 minutes to walk from the subway station. There are many places to eat and go shopping around. Traveling and foraging save a lot of things. When checking in, the front desk lady was very good, the smile was very kind, and she also took the initiative to inform the hotel's facilities. The elevator went directly to the fifth floor to the shopping mall. There was food for eating, shopping was convenient, and the efficiency was high. It was done without waiting for a few minutes.

The room is more spacious than expected, the decoration is simple and modern, and it looks clean and comfortable. The bedding is very skin-friendly, the pillows are moderately soft and hard, and I slept for one night to relieve fatigue. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, the hot water comes quickly, the water pressure is enough, the smell of toiletries is very fresh, and the details can feel the intention.

This hotel is hygienic, the bathroom is clean and there is no smell, you must praise it! Because the exam was temporarily booked, I didn't expect it to exceed expectations. It was close to the subway station and the bus station was very close. The place was very early in the morning. It was delicious. It was very convenient to go out. It was recommended!

The waterfront room we stayed in had poor air conditioning at first, but we were later moved to a room next to it. The courtyard of the room faced Yiai Lake, and the night view was also very good. It was also nice to sit in the courtyard and drink tea in the afternoon. The breakfast is rich and it’s great to have breakfast while looking at the lake view.

This store is so 👍! It feels so clean when you walk in. It's really the details that determine success or failure! The waiter was smiling, which made me feel very warm, and his attitude was super good, so generous and enthusiastic! I will come again next time. 😊
