The Zhejiang Xiaobaihua Yue Opera Troupe's Chen Lijun and Li Yunxiao came to Wuhan for a tour. The hotel has convenient transportation, 4 kilometers away from Hankou Central Business District, 10 minutes away from Qintai Grand Theater, and 10 minutes away from Vanke. When I checked out, I left the original charger in the room. I said I was from another city and had returned home. The front desk asked me for my address and said they could send it directly to me. Facilities: Hardware facilities are completely fine. Hygienic: Very clean room, also recommended to this hotel through the homepage. The bed, table, and bathroom are spotless and neat. Environment: The sound insulation effect is very good, and the blackout curtains are also in place. I slept in a lazy sleep and was very comfortable. If I have a chance next time, I can continue to stay in this hotel. I have ordered a collection, especially worth mentioning that the front desk of the hotel is good service, clean, and the details are in place. The bed in the hotel is very comfortable, the internet speed is very fast, the space is large, the lighting is good, there is free parking, the room facilities are very complete, very recommended! ! !

The check-in experience was super pleasant, the price was close to the people, the front desk staff was very warm to help me with my luggage and took the initiative to recommend me a travel guide. The room was very warm, and the aunt cleaned it very clean and took the initiative to say hello. Mainly because it is very convenient to travel, downstairs is the subway station, there is a street full of fireworks nearby, and the treasures of Wuhan from the landmark Yellow Crane Tower can punch in recently. Excellent location, ideal for business! It's right in the heart of Guanggu Financial Port, close to Metro Line 2, and next to the University of Engineering and several industrial parks. This makes it incredibly convenient for business meetings, commutes, and errands. The surrounding amenities are comprehensive, significantly boosting efficiency for business trips. The location is simply unbeatable.

This year before the Chinese New Year, I stayed in the waterfront terrace room for the first time. It happened to snow heavily, and it was full of white snow, which was very beautiful. So I chose to stay in the waterfront terrace room again this summer vacation and booked three nights. But the feeling was completely different. This time I was quite disappointed.

Hygiene: First of all, we checked in at night, and the scenery on the balcony was still beautiful, with bright moonlight. However, there was no light on the balcony, so it was too dark to see clearly. I walked out to the balcony railing and touched it a little, and there were many spider webs. When I woke up the next morning, I found that the parasols and lounge chairs on the balcony were all covered with spider webs, and there were also spider webs on the lampshades in the room. The matching towels actually had several holes in them! Is this a side reflection of whether the linens in this hotel are really washed vigorously? ! The disposable slippers are really disposable. I wore them a little at night, and found that the heels had broken the shoes the next morning, which was really ridiculous.

Service: The experience on the first night was very bad. I reported the situation to the front desk customer service the next morning. The customer service helped me change to a second room of the same type without saying a word, and immediately asked the cleaning lady to help deep clean. The cleaning lady is very nice. We met this lady during the Chinese New Year. We lost something at that time, and this lady was very enthusiastic to help us look through the trash cans and search everywhere. This time we needed to dry clothes, and the lady also brought us a mobile clothes drying rack.

Environment: As mentioned in the previous article, there were many spider webs in the room we stayed in on the first day. You might think that it was because the hotel did not clean. But later, when we moved to a new room, the aunt also deeply cleaned the spider webs on the balcony. As a result, when we woke up the next morning, there were spider webs on the clothes drying rack, as well as on the parasols and lounge chairs. I can only say that the spiders here are too diligent in summer?

Next to the hotel is the entrance to Dazhou Bamboo Shadow in Yiai Lake Park. We go there every day for a stroll. The scenery is really beautiful.

In general, it is good to stay in a waterfront platform room in winter, if you encounter heavy snow. But it is really not recommended in summer. Just stay in an ordinary double bed room to save some money.

The hotel room is very large, the room can directly see the train station, you can walk to the train station in 10 minutes, the front desk lady is very good at serving, and she also sent a doll when she left.
