The decor is absolutely lovely and beautiful, and the views are great. It's very clean too. My only complaints are that the vent in the bathroom kept dripping, which was really annoying, and the bedside charging port was hidden behind the nightstand, making it hard to find. Also, the Wi-Fi was unstable on the second day.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. I had reserved a room with one large bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two separate beds. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked and that a change was not possible.

Aside from that, the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped as a studio with a kitchenette for cooking. However, it lacked a coffee machine or a water boiler, which would have been appreciated. The location is quite far from the city center, which may not be ideal for everyone. Overall, it's a good stay for those looking for a quiet, functional space. time to check out is strict

The room was perfect, had airconditioning, good bed, clean.
The only thing is that they should regularly check if everything still works fine. Specifically, lamps and items in the bathroom.

It seems like it's been renovated; it's new but looks a bit cheap. The bathroom is very large, making me think it was a partial renovation. There's a small kitchen, which is convenient for cooking a simple meal. Aix is beautiful, a hidden gem near Provence. So very French!

The room is very large, with a refrigerator, a kitchen, a sofa bed, and complete kitchenware. You can consider cooking by yourself. The location of the hotel is also good. There seems to be a bus, but it is more suitable for self-driving.

Stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Checkout is quite late (be aware if you are flying during the night) and arrive at the hotel early !  Convenient location . Very closed to the city center . Room is spacious and clean . Swimming pool is big enough to enjoy .

Had a very nice stay. Staff was accommodating. About 11 minute walk to metro. Breakfast was good, but overpriced for the offerings. No complimentary housekeeping for stays under seven days. Would definitely stay again but would not pay €36 per day for a couple for breakfast. If they want to charge that amount, they need to offer higher end breakfast items. Also used the airport shuttle which was a nice benefit.

Pros:
- Close to the train station and main attractions (10-15 minutes walk)
- Quiet street
- Spacious and clean room with a small kitchen
- Friendly staff
- Comfortable bed on the upper level (loft bed)

Cons:
- The shower design is terrible; the showerhead is hung low and to the side, making it very inconvenient to use.
- You have to clean the kitchen and take out the trash before check-out.

P.S. Trip.com stated that laundry access was free, but this is not true - it costs 5 euros for washing + 3 euros for drying.
