Lovely modern aparthotel 
Very clean and modern style rooms with large walk in shower, memory foam bed made for comfortable sleeping and the bed being a full side instead of two singles pushed together was a bonus compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The tv had option to connect Netflix which we found to fit the style of the room.  
The reception team were friendly and very helpful. 
The lobby was unique and different, plenty space to lounge with an array of different chairs/ couches to enjoy while you wait with lots of available charging ports nearby too. 
There was a pool area with a sauna and hammam, this was an additional €10pp to use for an hour but very nice facilities to use. 
We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and it was worth the view however there was construction so we couldn’t open the window or have the curtains back to enjoy the view properly. 
However if we return we would book again and would recommend to stay here 😊

The room is fine but the surround area seems quite empty. Not easy to find a restaurant nearby

The room was perfect, had airconditioning, good bed, clean.
The only thing is that they should regularly check if everything still works fine. Specifically, lamps and items in the bathroom.

Excellent service and friendly staff! The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the shopping area. Highly recommended!

The room is very large, with a refrigerator, a kitchen, a sofa bed, and complete kitchenware. You can consider cooking by yourself. The location of the hotel is also good. There seems to be a bus, but it is more suitable for self-driving.

A warm welcome, a truly beautiful and clean common area.

The room was quite spacious and clean; there were even extra duvets and pillows in the wardrobe if needed. Tea and coffee were waiting for us in the room.

Everything was very good.

The only slightly disappointing point: the taps and shower head leaked all night, and the insulation let in cold air through the windows.

But for less than €70 a night and €12 for parking, I think the value for money is excellent.

I’ve been traveling around Europe for half a year, and this is the best place I’ve ever stayed.

As a student, I can usually only afford budget hotels, so I normally expect nothing more than a bed to sleep in for the night. But this place truly exceeded all my expectations.

We were a group of four and were given two connecting rooms, with two bathrooms, two kitchens, two fridges — basically two of everything! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. We immediately regretted only staying for one night.

Thankfully, checkout was at 12 pm, so we were actually able to get a good night’s sleep. And the best part was the free airport shuttle service, which could easily be booked at the front desk.

All of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toulouse.

Pros:
- Close to the train station and main attractions (10-15 minutes walk)
- Quiet street
- Spacious and clean room with a small kitchen
- Friendly staff
- Comfortable bed on the upper level (loft bed)

Cons:
- The shower design is terrible; the showerhead is hung low and to the side, making it very inconvenient to use.
- You have to clean the kitchen and take out the trash before check-out.

P.S. Trip.com stated that laundry access was free, but this is not true - it costs 5 euros for washing + 3 euros for drying.
