The hotel is located very close to Beijing walking street, very convenient just 3-5 minutes walking. The hotel is clean and has modern style. Breakfast here is totally worth it having variety of delicious food. I spent 7 nights staying in this hotel and I rated 5 out of 5 for staff services. I have excessive-weight luggages and the staff helped me arrang the luggages delivery and shipping to cargo. Thank you very much!

Cleanliness only 3 stars; two things: First, the room uses a projector as a TV instead of a TV, as such there is a frame that supports the projector, and the top of this frame collects so much dust that it dropped onto your bed (just so nice the area where your head will be when lying down). Second, for the daily room tidy and cleaning service, the staff failed to clean and tidy the room except for the toilet and basin area. 

Service 4 stars - provides services that most, if not all, hotels provide, but most staff lacks the smile or friendliness when requesting advice or help. 

The location of the hotel is ok, but really depends on where you're travelling to, as Guangzhou has many 区.

Extremely satisfied with this stay, highly recommend it!

Choosing this hotel for my trip was absolutely the right decision! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt a strong sense of genuine welcome. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and checked me in incredibly efficiently.

The room was even more surprising than I expected – impeccably clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to fully relax and get a good night's sleep. All facilities were comprehensive, the toiletries were of high quality, hot water supply was stable, and the internet speed was super fast, perfectly meeting all my travel needs.

Throughout my entire stay, there was nothing to complain about. Whether it was the service, environment, or facilities, everything was flawless, and the value for money was exceptional! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends.

My recent stay at the Paco Hotel in Guangzhou was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we arrived, i was impressed by the attentive and welcoming staff who made the check-in process seamless even though they needed to do translation since I don’t speak Chinese. My  room was upgraded for free and was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless. It had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing visit. 
One of the standout features of this hotel is its fantastic location and the cleanliness of the room is top notch.

The room was clean, hygienic, and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and pleasant. The service attitude was harmonious and efficient. The location offers convenient transportation, with Dongfeng Park just across the street for easy walks. Plus, there are many restaurant options downstairs.

A top pick for business travelers! This Guangzhou-based hotel brand is a hidden gem with incredible value for money, offering the most reassuring stay.

This business hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was stunning from the moment I walked in – impeccably clean and tidy, with not a single stain on the sheets or bedding. The bathroom was spotless and odor-free; I honestly couldn't find a single fault.

The service was outstanding. Whether it was the front desk handling check-in or responding to room requests, everything was incredibly fast. Any issue I had was promptly resolved by the staff, making for a truly pleasant and efficient experience. The biggest surprise was the hotel's robot food delivery service. When working late, I didn't have to go downstairs for food; my order was quickly delivered right to my door. It was super convenient and felt very high-tech.

The hotel's location is also fantastic. Right outside, there's a whole street lined with food stalls and eateries. After work, I could just stroll over and find everything from BBQ to stir-fries and spicy hot pot. The lively atmosphere and delicious food instantly chased away my fatigue from the business trip – late-night snacks were incredibly convenient! Despite being close to a bustling food street, the hotel's soundproofing was surprisingly effective; I didn't experience any noise issues.

I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip to Guangzhou! I wholeheartedly recommend it to all business travelers.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The hotel felt very new and was impeccably clean. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to get around. Not far from the subway station, the hotel environment is great overall, and there are plenty of food options nearby, which is very convenient. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable. The only minor issue is that the hallway has a slightly strong fragrance. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast, and they even have a robot making noodles, haha! The room comes with a free minibar, and even though it's simple drinks, it shows a lot of thoughtfulness! I stayed for 3 nights, and the value for money is absolutely excellent!

For the price point, I think it is value for money. It is just next to the Luohu Shenzhen Train Station, subway and taxi stand. There is also a basement food corridor where there are plenty of food choices, albeit a bit on the higher price side. Hotel room is generally clean and they provide a comfortable night wear for the colder weather. Staff were also very helpful in helping with directions. The hotel is also near to the Dongmen district for shopping. There are also many massage outlets nearby with reasonable price and the skills are good too. Highly recommended

The check-in process at the front desk was very quick, and the room was clean. The surrounding area is also incredibly convenient; right across the street is Daqianli, a large shopping complex offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. There's also a spacious plaza nearby. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

All staffs were very nice.  Especially, front desk receptionist #405 was very friendly.  Also, YingJiao(Sales Manager) helped us to select the best room by upgrading.  We were very pleased to staying there almost a month.
