I stayed at this hotel in Vienna for one week. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was close to the metro station. The breakfast was good, although it could have had more variety. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

The listing said there was a bathtub, but my room didn't have one. The room photos also showed rooms with only a shower, so it might be that rooms are assigned randomly. If you really want a bathtub, it's probably a good idea to note it in the special requests section. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and it had a fridge. There are also lots of supermarkets nearby, which was a plus.

The place was okay, location is very close to the main train station and everything is relatively close.
The only thing, the reception closes around 16:00, and after that there’s no people on the building. Only way to get in is by calling their number, which is very annoying.

My friend and I, and another couple were stuck on the building trying to do the check-in for like 30 minutes. That is very uncomfortable.

They say that reception is until 22:00, however, the reception they mean is including the call. The in-person reception is gone after 16:00..

Online in person registration should be illegal lmao, what are humans for then?
I agree with Pre online checking but in person online checking is kinda dumb.

Also want to mention that you guys send too much emails, especially annoying when its not translated into the traveler language.

Appart from that it was clean, simple but nice hotel.

Lacks better luminosity in the bathroom. Toilets and sink area are too dark.

Hotel is located just outside the city itself, but is served by frequent buses stopping adjacent to the hotel.
We rate the hotel as good in all aspects, except that on arrival we found our room had not been fully prepared, i.e. no shower gel, no hand soap, carpet not vacuumed. This was remedied and we did not experience any other problems.

During our stay in Karlsruhe, we chose to stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and bright, quite standard, and the facilities were new, very clean and tidy. We had a very pleasant stay. In addition, the front desk staff stored our luggage for free after we checked out. I hope I can stay at this hotel again.

The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel

We regularly visit this hotel because it connects us to an emotional story. At the time it was still called Newton. We are always excited to stay there! All clean and always friendly! Breakfast is always delicious and has a large selection in a pleasant atmosphere. As a tribal guest we can absolutely recommend this hotel 👍
