The environment, sanitation, and facilities are all satisfactory. The male staff at the front desk (except for a female employee) is not enthusiastic, and it is even difficult to see a smile.

This is a great hotel if you are looking to stay in Palestine, but sadly if you are looking to visit Bethkehem and other attractions in Israel, its a difficult task to find. The hotel and staff were fabulous. If I was to return, I would consider staying again. There was easy accessible underground parking with rlevators dorectly to the rooms.

Perfect rooms, very welcoming even had a welcome card and some chocolates in the room when we arrived. The location is perfect and everything was walking distance. Would stay again!

I was impressed with the good location and very friendly service.

On the first day of check-in, there was no window, which was a bit depressing. Later, the customer helped us spend more than 2,000 yuan to upgrade. There is a window to see the sea, and the room is much bigger. Personally, I don’t like the thin man checking on the first day. Maybe the language communication is not smooth or Where is it? Everything else is very good, especially a slightly fatter tall front desk girl and a girl with long hair. I was very helpful when I asked about travel and lost my credit card. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. It is very foreign and young. Fashionable, the location is also five points, next time I will stay here

Hotels in Tel Aviv are usually expensive. The location is good, the seaside, the service is warm, the breakfast is good, you can have breakfast while looking at the sea view, the breakfast is very rich. Free refreshments in the hotel lobby in the afternoon. Walking along the coast for half an hour to an ancient town, the architecture is very characteristic.

Good hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. Located perfectly - in a minute from the building a 24-hour shop, and in a couple of seconds a shop where you can buy this map. 10-15 minutes walk to the central street, as much as to the beach) 
The only minus - immediately at the arrival was broken the curtain for the curtains in the room (it was not possible to move the curtain because of this), during all the time of arrival it was never repaired. 

The beach is clean and fresh, and the service is very good. Very good location, by the sea. Eat a lot

Excellent location... honestly, I picked the hotel for the excellent review on the breakfast...didn't disappoint!! Google, and you see why! I checked out at 6.30 a.m., and the buffet was not open yet. The front desk staff actually packed some breakfast sandwiches, water,egg, and juice for me!! I'm so grateful for that!! Highly recommend...I'm definitely returning!! Also the location is at the downtown centre and near the Acropolis...so for tourists it's a breeze !! The urban cafes around the hotel are great for youngsters! It's hip to be seen there

The hotel is not bad for what it is. The area in which it is located is very bad, we did not dare to arrive or leave later than 8. Dangerous area, with people sleeping on the street, ....
One day we asked for the snacks that are on the menu to be prepared for us, and they didn't want to.
