The hotel service was excellent, and the room design was very clean and refreshing. When we arrived in the evening, a small robot even delivered delicious fruit to our room. The twin beds were quite large at 1.35 meters, making it very family-friendly for those with two children.

On a business trip, I discovered this hotel with a stylish design, and it's quite new overall. The breakfast was good, and there's a dedicated customer service agent providing attentive service. It's a shame I didn't get to try their late-night snacks.

This was my second stay, and I'm very satisfied with everything. The front desk arranged a free room upgrade, and this room type was excellent. The only issue was someone wrote down the wrong room number, and a robot delivered takeout to my room close to midnight, which startled me. Otherwise, everything was fine. The front desk promptly explained the situation. Accidents happen, but it didn't affect my overall experience.

The location is great, right by the road and easy to find. It's very close to Taizhou West Station, only about 15 minutes away. They even give you a souvenir when you check out, and the front desk service was excellent.

The hotel environment is clean and the service is attentive, definitely worth recommending! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is convenient, I'm very satisfied. We came to Taizhou specifically to sample the local cuisine. We booked this hotel through Ctrip. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive and helpful, enthusiastically recommending local food and nearby parks and attractions. They paid great attention to detail, making our stay very comfortable and highly recommended. A special thank you to the staff member responsible for our floor and the restaurant; they made us feel right at home even though we were in the hotel.

This is hands down the most thoughtful hotel I've ever stayed in. The front desk staff were so warm and attentive. They offered a comforting tea upon check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The little touches truly made the difference: free laundry and drying, late-night snacks if you're hungry, and even foot baths if you're tired – the whole experience was perfect. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and super comfortable. If you're coming to Xianju, staying at Perfect Hotel is a must, this is my honest opinion!

The service of this hotel is excellent. The staff are always warm and friendly and can provide attentive service to the guests. Xiaoyang at the front desk has a very good service attitude. The facilities in the hotel are very complete, including free breakfast, free gym, free fruit, etc., which can satisfy the guests' needs. The surrounding environment is very good, the air is fresh, the scenery is beautiful, and the safety facilities of the beautiful hotel are very complete. Guests can stay at ease. Very satisfied with a stay experience, must give five stars praise! From the moment I entered the door, I felt the hotel's intentions. The lobby is elegantly designed and the fragrance tastes very pleasant. The front desk lady smiled kindly, the procedures were super efficient, and the room type was upgraded intimately, and the surrounding food and attractions were introduced in detail, which made people feel warm.

The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is particularly good. The bathroom space is separated from wet and dry, and the toiletries are herbal fragrance, which smells very good. The first night of the minibar is free, and the capsule coffee machine is a plus, and the details show the quality. The view from the window is excellent, and the city is bustling.

The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western styles are all available, the freshly cooked rice noodles and fried eggs taste great, and the fresh fruits and desserts are also pleasant. The gym is fully equipped and the water quality of the heated swimming pool is clear, but the time is too tight to experience more. When I left the store, I took the initiative to help call the car and presented a small gift. The service was really impeccable. I will choose here next time I come to this city, and I will highly recommend it to my friends!

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. 
The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me.  The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

The room completely exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and left a lasting impression on me. Overall, the room was very clean, and the facilities were quite comprehensive. The services provided were also very thoughtful and customer-oriented. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm on a business trip in the area.

The hotel is easy to find and has parking right outside, making it great for business trips and offering good value for money for travelers. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be back. Special shout-out to Leo at the front desk!
