The location is incredibly convenient. Within 500 meters, there are ramen shops and drugstores. Don Quijote and a subway station are also nearby, and if you have luggage, you don't have to walk far from the subway exit. The hotel's TV is quite large with many channels. The soundproofing is decent; it's not noisy. Occasionally, being on the fourth floor, you might hear some sounds, but it's not bothersome. It's easy to get around, and Asakusa Temple is just a 10-minute train ride away.

A very good sleep, superb location,good daily service hotel. I didn't expect they would give us daily housekeeping but they did. The hotel only takes a few walks from North Exit Otsuka Station. The station itself was such a simple one, once getting out of the gate, you directly find yourself at the exit. Main entrance of hotel will be by stairs, but no worries there was elevator at the back hallway to the hotel. Otsuka was a less bustling place than some other places, however you can find anything just beside you like convenient stores, Uni*lo, L*ft, and even Donki. For those who may be concerned about Halal Food, there were only 2 resto I found : MM Biryani that was located across the hotel and another was a Xinjiang Muslim Resto that was located only 4 minutes walking. I think I'll go here again for my next visit to Japan.

I stayed here for one night, and overall it was pretty good. It's very close to Higashi-Nihombashi Station on the Asakusa Line, which offers direct trains to both Narita and Haneda airports, making it super convenient. It's also near JR Bakurocho Station and the Shinjuku Line. The only minor drawback is that the room is quite small. It's perfectly fine for stays of two nights or less, but any longer and it might feel a bit cramped. They offer free coffee from afternoon to evening, which is a nice touch.

This hotel has excellent amenities. They provide bath salts, body towels, and even lotion. It really enhances the enjoyment of your bath time.

The heat is killing you, their air conditioning is central air conditioning, you can't adjust the cooling and heating when you move in. If it is very hot that day, but it is early in spring and autumn, the temperature may be around 30℃, and the air conditioning is heating. You go to the front desk, the front desk said they can't do anything, the system automatically

I have to give this place a shout-out! The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast had a great variety, and the value for money is really high. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommended!

The location is great, about a seven to eight-minute walk from Nagoya Station. If you turn right out of the hotel entrance onto another street, there are three other large hotels and a Lawson convenience store – very convenient! The hotel facilities are good, with the breakfast area on the first floor. It's clean, the environment is pleasant, and the service is good, although they no longer have a Chinese translator. I paid 1200 yen to check in early, but why was I assigned a room directly opposite the laundry room? I had to request a change to a west-facing room. A local guest who checked in after me was assigned a superior east-facing room! This needs to be improved!!

Great location! 👍🏻 The facilities are old but very clean. There's a Saizeriya and a convenience store right around the corner, a drugstore across the street, and other dining options nearby. Being next to a government building makes it feel very safe. Compared to other Sakae subway exits, this area is quieter. It's tucked behind a building on the street, but still an easy walk to other parts of Sakae. You'll need to look carefully to find the elevator entrance for the subway station from below.

Exit 4 of Hisaya-Odori Station on the subway is the closest, but there are no escalators or elevators to ground level, so it might be difficult with heavy luggage. I stayed here because I had a live show at the Aichi Prefectural Arts Theater. It's within walking distance, and there's an underground shopping mall (Central Park) across from Exits 3 and 4 (Otsu-dori) on Hisaya-Odori, which connects to Sakae Station and has a variety of shops, so it's safe even in the rain. Nagoya Castle is also within walking distance, so the location was excellent. My single, non-smoking room was fully equipped (desk, chair, kettle, folding mirror, desk lamp, etc.). There was an outlet by the bedside, and the room light could be turned on and off with a remote control. There was also a standby light, so even those who don't like complete darkness would have no problem. Welcome drinks were available until late at night, and I didn't use the kettle in the room. There were several types of tea and three types of soup. Since it's Nagoya, breakfast isn't necessary. For 800 yen, it was pretty reasonable. There were four types of bread: the salted butter roll and croissant, which were the same for both days, but the other two were different. The boiled rice* was delicious, with a nice salty flavor and a soft yolk. The curry was filling and packed with vegetables. All the staff were very nice, and overall I would recommend this hotel.

The location is very close to Hakata Station, about a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is nice. The room isn't huge, but it's just right for two people, well-equipped, clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The front desk staff are polite, efficient, and speak English. Please note, there's an additional accommodation tax of Y200 per person payable upon check-in.

This hotel is perfect in every way. The breakfast is excellent, the service is outstanding, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the location couldn’t be better. It offers more than just a pleasant stay—it delivers a truly exceptional experience. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.
