the area is a bit tough but at the end very safe , there is a police  station 2 blocks away , the hotel is extremely clean to be honest , I started my journey in new york from that room , the bed was amazing , bathroom also clean , neat , not too much noise to be honest and the staff very clear about all details , deposit and fees , it was a good first step in my experience in New york , thanks a lot , very recommend it to people who wants to stay near airport or latino background , plenty of latin food and convenience stores for latino food

Für den Preis war das Hotel absolut in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt gepflegt. Einmal musste ich das Zimmer wechseln, weil im ersten Zimmer jemand geraucht und offenbar den Rauchmelder manipuliert hatte … der Geruch war deutlich zu merken. Der Tausch war aber völlig unkompliziert und ohne Probleme möglich.
Gut zu wissen: Das Hotel ist sehr hundefreundlich. Manchmal hört man im Flur ein Bellen, was mich persönlich aber nicht gestört hat.
Morgens gibt es ein kleines Frühstück mit Bagels, Joghurt, Müsli und Kaffee. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, und eine U-Bahn-Station ist in der Nähe, was praktisch für Ausflüge in die Stadt ist.
Insgesamt also ein solider Aufenthalt mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Overall excellent. Lack of a lobby seems to me unusual. But other things are okay.

It was a place to lay our heads for the evening and that is the best I can say, property was poorly maintained, the room was very old and quite dated, my daughter said “ this looks like a house from a scary movie” overall cleanliness was alright. The price was extremely high for what is offered and for being part of the choice hotel family I was extremely disappointed. As I told the front desk agent they can use a major makeover of the property overall to include the parking lot. Best part of the trip was the front desk agent Felicia was was very professional and accommodating if not for that it was a total bust honestly !!!!

The hotel was clean. I wish the employees were more friendly. I had no problems with check-in and check-out. I like that place. You can stay there and its safe.
