Lovely little studio with great facilities for a short stay. It's quite small ....or cozy if you prefer but has most things you need. The staff at reception over the road were friendly and although the area isn't the prettiest there are some good cafes & bistros nearby and its right next to the Metro.

Rooms are lovely. Staff are fantastic. The area had a few pick pockets around. In the one day I was there, 2  people had backpacks stolen outside of the hotel. Be cautious with Lisbon in general. Hotel is safe and secure and close to the train station.

We went there for our honeymoon. They gave us a free room upgrade, so we ended up on the 5th floor! Thanks to that, we had a very comfortable stay in a spacious room. The room view was amazing, and most importantly, it was super clean! The hot water in the bathroom also worked perfectly. There's an iron available too, so feel free to use it if you need one. The elevator was a bit slow, which might be frustrating for some Koreans, but we were grateful for it after a long day of walking! And you can also store your luggage there. They give you a number tag, so your bags won't get mixed up. Lastly, all the staff members were incredibly friendly!!!

It exceeded my expectations, the structure is well located, super clean and the girls at reception deserve praise, they really know how to welcome guests.

В номере было очень много песка на полу, также не работал сейф. На ресепшене пообщелали устранить проблемы, но на следующий день уборка была в моем присутствии уже в 6 вечера, длилась 5 минут, полы пылесосят и не моют, влажную уборку не проводят. Сейф так и не работал.

На ресепшене очень приветливые сотрудники, постоянно вызывали такси, завтрак неплохой, расположение отличное!
