Hotel is big, nice and very close to Lake Bled. They offer free parking, staff at the entrance gate will greeting there and helping you find the parking spot. Room is comfy. Breakfast is good quality with many choices.

A little steep but worked for the night! A 5 min walk away from Lake Bled, comfortable and large room. Staff were super friendly and helpful in helping me book taxis when I needed help. Breakfast was good.

+ good choice for breakfast, great bread
+ amazing pool with slide for recreation (though not for swimming)
+ promoting tap water
- At times (depending on the weather) there was a bad sewer smell in my room
- I was promised a free late checkout at reception but when checking out the same assistant denied it and demanded 55 EUR (later brought down to 40 EUR which I paid)
- no gym of any kind in the hotel (guests can use the gym in Hotel Park by the same owner but that's a few minutes downhill)
- I don't know why, but at breakfast, many dishes were rather tasteless: grilled veg, the juices (?) 
- super restrictive dress code for dinner posted (don't know if they enforce it, never went, didn't seem good value at 37 EUR)
- only one working elevator, but I used the stairs

We stayed in the Lake View Suite. The view of the lake from the room was breathtaking. We arrived early but were able to check in and were happy to receive fruit. The room was spacious and luxurious, but it was undeniably old, and we were bothered by the smell of the closet, the difficulty of opening the drawers, and the difficulty of using the shower. The quality of the mattress on the bed was particularly poor, and my husband said it made his body ache. Breakfast was served buffet style at a restaurant facing the lake, where you could choose your main course. The food was delicious and the service was pleasant. If we have the chance to come again someday, we would like to stay for a few nights and enjoy the pool.

The hotel is highly recommended. Breakfast is very rich, extensive and delicious. Service in the hotel is excellent. The swimming pool in the neighboring hotel is recommended, especially with children.

The hotel is located on a small harbor on the Adriatic coast. The environment is very good. There is also a 13th century church ruin next to it. It is not too far to walk to the old town of Piran from the hotel. If you don't want to walk, you can take a free shuttle bus. The station is about ten minutes away from the hotel. There is basically a bus every quarter of an hour. The hotel has ample parking space and is self-driving friendly. The hotel restaurant is large and has many guests. The breakfast is rich in variety. The front desk service is warm and the room is clean.

And another hotel? In the same courtyard, shared the front desk and breakfast space, but the logo is unclear, and the reservation page does not have any instructions; from the parking location to the guest room, it is through the outdoor grass slope, which is not very convenient for suitcase handling. Ci siamo stati per il Capodanno 2026. Davvero una bellissima sorpresa. Senza chiedere un euro in più, cenone a parte, hanno curato ogni minimo dettaglio dei festeggiamenti (musica, bottiglia in camera, serata di gala, ecc.). Addirittura la colazione di Capodanno non ha avuto nulla da invidiare al cenone della sera prima!! Anche qui musica e brindisi di prima mattina.   Staff gentilissimo, attento ad ogni richiesta anche se nel campo della mera cortesia personale. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la vicinanza e la praticità per visitare Pirano e Portorose! Overall, we had a okay stay. However, I would like to mention that the first room initially offered to us had some issues and was not up to date. We were then offered another room, which was satisfactory.

Overall, the cleanliness was okay and the food offered a nice variety. The pools were acceptable as well, although they would definitely benefit from being refreshed and modernized.

The surrounding area was calm and offered pleasant natural scenery, which contributed positively to the overall experience.
