The hotel was great, very clean and tidy. They kindly upgraded my room for free and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM. They even gave me a bookmark! The front desk lady was very nice and gentle. I left in a hurry so I didn't take any photos.

This has been my go-to hotel for business trips. It's a short walk from Shuiwan subway station, and there are tons of great restaurants nearby, which gives the area a lively, authentic vibe. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, plus a decent amount of space.

Business trip, very comfortable stay, the front desk check-in was fast, the front desk Xiaowen service was very good, the hotel facilities and equipment are complete, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, business trips often choose here, the breakfast is also very good.

This stay experience is particularly comfortable and must be praised. The hotel has a very rich variety of breakfast, meat and vegetables, pasta, porridge, fruit, drinks, fresh ingredients, online taste, timely dishes, clean and tidy dining environment. This hotel used to be a hotel I like very much. I stayed last year and felt very good. I came to Ruijin this year and chose it without hesitation. But, I was very disappointed when I first checked in. The waitress at the front desk was cold and **-faced. The male waiter at the front desk performed well. The front desk on the third day of the next day was good. The smile was warm and responsive. The first night I felt that the room smelled of smoke and didn't rest well. The next day, the front desk took the initiative to arrange the aunt to remove the smell of smoke and change the bedding. But the third morning, the accident came again, the bathroom ceiling paint fell, the back...

The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. As the pickup driver said, once you stay here, you'll want to come back. Everything was indeed excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room is very clean, the breakfast is quite good, there is a robot at the front desk to deliver groceries, the lady at the front desk is very good, and she will remind me about the construction in the future.
