This was my first stay at this Grand Skylight Hotel, and the overall decor is acceptable. However, the biggest issue with this stay was the insufficient water pressure in the shower. I called the front desk in the evening to inquire about it, but the staff couldn't offer an effective solution and weren't able to arrange for an engineer to come up and fix it.

The front desk staff were reasonably efficient and polite during check-in. The only significant problem was the extremely weak water pressure. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend staying here.

I won't stay at this hotel again. One of the reasons for me to book this hotel was the fridge in the room but my food rotted after a night. The fridge was even warmer than the room. I asked the receptionists to give me another fridge but they said that all fridges maintained the same temperature. I guess the fridge was only for decoration rather than for use. The receptionists promised me things but it never got done correctly. The bathroom had mold and I asked them to clean it with bleach. They said that they could not find even a bottle of bleach in their hotel. However, the breakfast was good and the location is good.

Good hotel overall. Rooms are very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The stay was convenient and pleasant. However, the rooms do not have windows, and the breakfast options are limited. The only issue was the longer waiting time for the lift.

There is a laundry room on the 4th floor of the hotel, as well as a dryer to dry clothes, there is no worries, and there is a gym, which provides guests with many conveniences. The lobby of the hotel is spacious and open, and there is a self-service form in the tea area. This stay experience is particularly comfortable, and all aspects are beyond the service, especially intimate. The receptionist at the front desk Yuhua was warm, sincere, very caring and excellent service. The breakfast is very rich and diversified, really good. The security is also good, there is a ladder control to swipe the card to the room, very satisfied.

It is a loyal old customer of this hotel. I basically chose to stay here more than a dozen times before and after staying, and I have never been disappointed. The overall management of the hotel is very standardized, from the reception at the front desk, check-in, to the room hygiene and logistics services are very mature. The room is regularly maintained, the facilities are intact, the cleaning is meticulous, there is no dust smell, the quiet sound insulation effect is good at night, and the sleep is particularly stable. The staff is humble, the communication is smooth in the event of trouble, and will not be perfunctory. There is a courier takeaway at the front desk to remind me as soon as possible, and sometimes I will upgrade my room type for free. The surrounding transportation is convenient, the catering business is complete, and the travel life is very convenient. The price is reasonable and there is no invisible consumption. It is also very cost-effective to stay for a long time. I have recommended it to my friends many times.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise overall. The pickup driver was very responsible, contacting us in advance of our arrival. The front desk staff was also great, accommodating our request to change rooms. Our room was clean and tidy, and the buffet was plentiful and delicious. The hotel's location is also fantastic, very close to the fountain and Taiping Ancient Street. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit. As the pickup driver said, once you stay here, you'll want to come back. Everything was indeed excellent, and it offers great value for money.

The room facilities are complete and the hygiene is very satisfactory to me. The service is attentive and fast. The environment is atmospheric. After entering the lobby, the front desk welcomes loud and warm.
