This hotel is right off Shennan Avenue, making it super convenient whether you're driving or taking the metro. There are plenty of amenities nearby, so dining and shopping are a breeze. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The shuttle service was excellent. You can get straight to the airport from Huaqiang Road and Fuxing metro stations, and Tianmian bus station is also very close by.

Great value for money. Located at a very local area with great food choices. Walking distance to METRO and Sea World. The breakfast was decent and enough to start your day. Front office staff was helpful and check in was smooth.

Business trip, very comfortable stay, the front desk check-in was fast, the front desk Xiaowen service was very good, the hotel facilities and equipment are complete, the environment is very good, the sanitation is very clean, business trips often choose here, the breakfast is also very good.

The overall feeling of the hotel is very new, the size of the room is right, the room is wooden floor, very clean and tidy. The lobby is on the second floor, and there is a sky garden outside that is very suitable for walking, and the ambient air is very good. Every staff member I met was very enthusiastic. Hotel location is very good, just next to the high-speed rail Ruijin Station, go downstairs and cross the street. The hotel breakfast is also very rich, the service is very good, the night is because it is from Guangdong, there are some dirty clothes to be cleaned, and the hotel front desk lady said that the clothes are hanging directly on the door and someone will pick them up. After washing, there are people who send them. This is great! Free. The front desk also has a free upgrade of the room, thank you very much! The receptionist at the front desk was also very polite.
There are two bad experiences
1. I stayed at the Ching Ming Festival. At that time, the weather was still relatively stuffy. There was no air conditioning. After more than an hour, there was no effect. I called the front desk and asked that heating and cooling were not good. It was not provided. It was ventilated. It was very unreasonable.
2. Promise that the front desk of the hotel will help him write a review, and add WeChat. WeChat will send a request to write a review every other time, and will call. This is very poor.
Overall this price and service is worth it

Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints.

The top recommendation for local hotels, but the experience is average.

🧹Soundproofing/Hygiene:
The sound insulation is poor, normal conversations outside the room can be clearly heard, drainage sounds can be heard from time to time in the shower room, and construction noise from the construction site outside the window can be heard in the room. The toilet is clogged.
Hygiene is acceptable.

If you want a non-smoking room, the front desk said that the hotel has all non-smoking rooms, but you smell smoke as soon as you enter the room. After changing rooms, you still see the ashtray, but there is no smoke smell.
