Villa Neroli is a hotel in Florence, dating back to 1865 and formerly housing an ancient monastery.

It was formerly known as the Best Western Hotel Villa Gabriele, but I can't find the address on WeChat. It likely received its current name after renovations in 2022.

The hotel is 5.5 km from Piazzale Michelangelo, making it a convenient drive.

Our room, 319, was the best in the hotel with a terrace. We were incredibly lucky! The breakfast was also quite good, and our two-night stay was wonderful!

Great location. The check-in was handled by a very pleasant and polite gentleman at the reception. The next day, there was an unsmiling girl at the reception, which left a less favorable impression. The hotel has a beautiful design, and the room was bright with nicely decorated walls featuring branch patterns. On the day of check-in, there was a pleasant scent in the room, but after the cleaning, they stopped refreshing it with that aroma, which was a shame because I really liked it. The adjacent corner window looked into a kitchen where a family of Indians or Pakistanis lived; they had many children who were constantly screaming, and the smell of their foul-smelling food from their kitchen permeated my room. I enjoyed breakfast on the first day, which included lightly salted red fish and mozzarella. On subsequent days, there was neither mozzarella nor the lightly salted fish (it was replaced with smoked fish, which I don't eat), making the breakfast quite ordinary, like in any average hotel. There was no classic scrambled eggs; every day it was an omelet with milk. Upon my request, they made an omelet for me separately without milk. Also, the juices at breakfast were delicious.

The hotel is in an excellent location on the Lungarno, just a bridge away from Ponte Vecchio. The property is housed in an old building, and some rooms are quite far apart.
The rooms aren't large but are stylishly furnished and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was given a room without blinds or curtains, for a bizarre reason. They changed rooms without too much fuss, but this shouldn't have happened.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days. We were able to enjoy a beautiful trip with stunning scenery in this place with its lovely garden. The staff were friendly, and we could take a shuttle to the entrance of the tourist attractions. The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the amenities were good. Guests with cars could drive in and out anytime. We'd love to come back again.

We have booked it spontaneously.We were very late in the hotel.Unfortunately the poster could neither speak German nor English, but the lady was very friendly, helpful and very nice on the day service.We were very positively surprised when we were the room entrate.Rooms and bathrooms were very well equipped. Bed was also very comfortable. Our rooms were with terrace ,You can smoke on the terrace. Finally we were very satisfied and would book again at any time. Thank you for everything.

This is the best hotel in every way.
This is an impeccable hotel with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, clean bedrooms and bedding, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I am strongly recommending it to my friends and acquaintances.
During my trip to Rome, after shopping at The Mall Firenze and visiting Florence, I stayed at this hotel 30 minutes from Florence for a day, and returned to Rome via Siena and Bagnoregio for a 2-day, 1-night schedule.
We recommend checking in a little early to see the fantastic Tuscan sunset. This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.

It’s a beautiful monastery! Very nice frescos in the chapel. It is huge with a garden and grapes. The sunset from the breakfast corridor is insanely gorgeous. Breakfast is very delicious. The pastries are all made in house. Grape pie is great. The jams are made in house and taste fresh. Service is hospitable. Room is small but clean.
