Pequeño hotel con una decoración moderna y exquisita. Habitaciones grandes y amplias al igual que el baño. Camas y almohadas comodísimas y un aire acondicionado super potente. Echamos en falta una manta para arroparnos que no fuera el nórdico, así como en el baño, gorro de ducha. Las toallas muy suaves y grandes tanto la de baño como la de mano. Desayuno bastante bueno y completo salvo por el huevo revuelto que no parecía natural. Buen ambiente en general en el hotel en todos sus espacios. Con el calor que había en Madrid, no tenían disponible la piscina. Lo que menos me gustó fue la poca insonorización con el pasillo, ruidos de gente, puertas y el ascensor.

The hotel is in a very good location, only 600-700 meters walk from Atocha train station. The Prado Museum and the Reina Sofia Art Center are both within 200 meters. Retiro Park is also across the road.
Unfortunately, the three nearby subway stations on Line 1 will all be closed for maintenance before the end of October 2023. The advantage of taking the subway is gone. Fortunately, there are many bus stops in front of the hotel where you can transfer.
The first disadvantage of the hotel is that the elevator is too small and can only accommodate two people with luggage. The corridor is too narrow and the rooms are not big. We booked two rooms, and the bathroom was so small that we couldn't even turn around.
Also a reminder, there are two hotels called Mora nearby. We made a wrong navigation and walked 4,000 extra steps up and downhill in vain, which was very painful.

great location, in the middle of key tourist area of Gran Via, easily accessible to cafes, bars, restaurants, shopping.  the apartment is spacious, with well equipped kitchen, best fit for a short stay of a whole family.  the room is clean and tidy.  the hotel reception speaks well in English, which is great for those only English speaking tourists.

The location is very good, right next to the place for shopping and shopping, there is McDonald's for breakfast next to the hotel, only 5.6 minutes walk to the subway station, did not eat his breakfast, a bit expensive subway station is also very close

Clean and cozy hotel. Front desk staff are friendly and greet guest, but other staff like domestics don’t. They allowed us 1hour early check-in which is really appreciated coming from a stressful flight. Location is great as it is 2-3mins walk to Sol (city centre) lots of restaurants and shops around. Breakfast buffet selections are little bit lacklustre. We enjoyed the jamon (spanish ham) but apart from that wasn’t special. Could have put the juice/coffee machine out for buffet instead of ordering every-time from the staff. 
We asked the staff if it was possible to extend our stay and get a discount but unfortunately, the price went up than to go down.
We would like to use this hotel again in the future if the price is not as expensive as they offered us for our extended stay.

The 3 *** hotel hall makes you have a wrong idea about the state of the rooms, since it is beautiful and looks good in general. In our case the room is old in decoration and with a very worn general condition. the room door had one of the broken hinges and closing it was an odyssey. Double bed is requested and room with two beds. It has no nice views to the rear. The curtains of the bathroom give it an aspect of neglect and the extra mirror was almost hanging and had some molten bulb, smells in the bathroom. We found the buffet breakfast good and complete enough. The staff attends correctly. Much to improve for a price of more than € 100 per room per night.

Although I already live there in the port and knew the hotel, it is one of those that is worth returning for its large apartments and facilities where, even if it was just to sleep, they do not lack a detail if you wanted to eat, make use of the pools ,...it is a large complex and in this case I stayed next to my house but the Vista Hermosa urbanization is the best place to stay in the port because you have everything: shops, supermarkets, bars and venues nocturnal Always recommended! Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a good TV, proper air conditioning, a good terrace overlooking the pool... Also, although I didn't use it, in summer they have their own bus that takes you to the beach .

The location is really the best. Because it is a 4 star, the service and amenities are definitely lower than luxury hotels, but the location is so good that it is worth a visit. However, the toilet has the disadvantage of becoming a sea of water after shower because there is no screen or glass door between the shower space, the sink and the toilet.
If you value the location more than the facilities, it will be a good choice.

I didn't know it at all because it wasn't in the reviews, but our room was a double-floor structure. Of course, there are rooms on the 0th floor, not double-floor. The double-floor structure is the bedroom, the bathroom is upstair It is inconvenient because you have to climb and down the stairs every time you go to the bathroom. If you are a lot of luggage or a little uncomfortable with your legs, you must refer to this part. Other facilities and services are good. Especially the bed is spacious and overall clean with the latest style. And the staff is also very friendly.
I chose it because parking is free on Trop.com, but it's actually a way to park and settle in a parking lot three minutes away. Please note this part. I'm saying that I'll reward parking on Trip.com because the information is wrong. Trip.com is good. ^^
