Sydney

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel.
The location was very good for restaurants and the LRT.  The distances from downtown was the last stop on the LRT, which depending on time took from 35 minutes to 45 minutes.
The parking was very limited and you needed to get lucky to find street parking.
Our room was on the lower level, it was very small and we needed to go up two stairs to go to the bathroom.  The bathroom was very very small. Bigger than an average sized person would not be able to sit on the toilet.
We were concerned about the bars on the window.  No way to open them in case of a fire.  We also found the sound proofing in the walls and ceiling not very good.

Service was outstanding, very friendly and helpful.
Location was very good, close to transport and eateries.
Ambience was very pleasant.
Cleanliness was okay; there were hairs in the blankets and bedding and towels, and there was a stale smell in the room on the second day - may be a plumbing problem.
Thanks

Lovely room, not big, not small for 3 people, comfortable bed, wide bathroom, near UNSW University, a short walk to the light rail. And walking distance to Congee Beach is convenient, there are restaurants and Supermarket Cole and Woolworth.

Probably the best hotel for the price point I have stayed at in Australia. The location is absolutely excellent. Professional staff. Keyless entry. Very comfortable rooms. I will only stay here when I travel to Sydney.
 I actually love it.

Strong point: Ideal location close to the metro exit. It is possible to go to the center of Sydney on foot and if you walk around Victoria it is possible to have a very beautiful view of the Sydney landscape.
Weak point: The hotel has a laundry room, however it is a shame that it is not clean.

The hotel is not new, the room was ok for a short stay.
