Great location, just a few minutes from the Spittelmarkt station, which allows easy access via the U2 line. Museum Island is also within walking distance. The hotel is functional with a good breakfast. It's a business-style hotel but also excellent as a base for tourism.

The service was good throughout my stay. However, the location, despite being well-connected by bus, is a bit far from the city center, but it was manageable.

There are a few small details in the hotel that could be improved or even replaced.

The breakfast buffet was good.

- Top cleanliness.
- Good standard ambiance/facilities.
- Central location with excellent public transport connections.
- Shower area could be improved. Water overflows from the shower tray when showering. This should be addressed immediately due to the associated slip and accident risk.
- Breakfast buffet sufficiently stocked, but the service is unsatisfactory. Simple special requests are not accommodated.
- Poor complaint management. No response to a complaint.

I rarely leave reviews because I'm usually too lazy, but for this place, if you're someone who loves working out, you'll be extremely satisfied because the gym has an incredible variety of equipment (I regret not taking photos ㅠ). Also, the breakfast was surprisingly diverse and delicious. The hotel rooms and lobby are clean and beautiful.

The accommodation was very clean. There was construction going on across the street, but it wasn't a major inconvenience and seemed temporary. The location is excellent, very close to Museum Island, which is great for walks.

The location is fantastic! It's just a few steps from where the airport shuttle drops you off in the new European district, very close to Taksim Square. You can easily walk to Istiklal Avenue and other places. The price is reasonable, and the check-in experience felt really special with top-notch service!

It was a very nice gesture that some special requests were fulfilled whenever possible. The only annoying thing was the elevator and the large number of Arab customers. The staff were very kind and helpful. I liked the staff the most. The bed was a little uncomfortable.
