An absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, right next to Exit 1A of Yotsubashi Station, and just a few minutes' walk straight to Shinsaibashi Station. It's incredibly convenient for transport yet surprisingly quiet. There's a Torikizoku right opposite, so dining options are great. While the room wasn't huge, there was more than enough space to open two suitcases. All the facilities were excellent, and the shower drainage was incredible – no matter how strong the water pressure, not a single drop overflowed! The breakfast was exquisite, with a great variety, and they refilled dishes very promptly. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; when I had a small issue, a front desk attendant arrived at my room within a minute, even though it was almost 1 AM. I'm very grateful for their help! Highly recommend!

We booked a room with breakfast, and it was pretty good. When we were checking out, the staff even asked if we'd like to take a coffee to go, which was a really nice touch. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Shinsaibashi, so it's super convenient to drop off your shopping and head out again. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs too. The only downside is the room is a bit small, making it difficult to open two suitcases. The location is great though, thumbs up! 👍🏻 Definitely good value for money and highly recommended.

Looking for a hotel in Osaka that's convenient for shopping and getting around, I chose this one based on a friend's recommendation. The price for four days and three nights, including breakfast, was incredibly good value. The hotel is located right in the Tennoji shopping district, super close to Kintetsu Department Store, MIO, and Q's Mall. It's about 309 meters away, so shopping is a breeze. Tsutenkaku Tower and Shitennoji Temple are also only about a kilometer away. Although the hotel breakfast didn't change at all over the three days, the mini bread, pudding, and curry rice were all absolutely delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Osaka.

I booked a twin room, and check-in and check-out were self-service. The room was a bit small but I could still open my suitcase. All facilities were complete, and the TV supported screen mirroring.

It's worth mentioning that I forgot my backpack in the room when checking out. Thanks to the help from Trip.com customer service and the hotel, they managed to send my backpack to my hotel in Tokyo. I sincerely thank Trip.com and the hotel staff again and give them a five-star rating!!!

This hotel is a 5–8 minute walk to JR Osaka Station/Umeda Station, and you can use the underground passage so you won't get wet on rainy days.

There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and plenty of restaurants, drugstores, and shopping malls nearby.

• Clean and Soundproof
Japanese standard cleanliness, no strange smells, and comfortable bedding (Serta mattress).
It faces the street, but the windows are very soundproof, so it's quiet at night.

• Efficient and Multilingual Service
24-hour front desk with Chinese/English speaking staff, making check-in quick.
Free luggage storage and a self-service laundry room (very practical).

• Small but Functional Rooms
Standard rooms are about 13㎡ with an efficient Japanese layout.
The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and there's a refrigerator, electric kettle, air purifier, and complimentary toiletries.

I stayed for four nights. It's very close to Shin-Osaka Station, about 600 meters away, and there's a vertical elevator at the entrance. Because it's so close, you can hear the Shinkansen passing by. Breakfast costs extra, but there's a convenience store right next door. The self-service washing machine with a dryer function was very convenient. The room was cleaned every day, which was great.

This was one of the best hotels I stayed at during my trip! It was a steal for four nights, and the room was both comfortable and clean! The hotel has a private onsen that my brother loved. The location is a bit far from the main areas (about 20-25 minutes) but since the train is only a short walk away, we didn’t really mind! There’s a 7/11 right next to the hotel’s entrance. The staff were very polite and nice. Would stay here again!

The location just can't get better than this, as it just 2 minutes walking distance away from the shin-osaka station. Room was clean and comfortable, the size is good compared to other hotels. Staff was helpful and they have complete amenities. They have 711 is on the 1st floor, very convenient. You can hear the trains passing by but its not a problem for me. Would love to stay here again!

Space was just enough for 2 if there is not much shopping. The room was clean and even if you opt for no housekeeping, they still provide a clean set of towel replacement. Laundry machine was useful. Staff are friendly and helpful and location is convenient. Overall a good experience! Will come back again!

I loved my stay! The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels and pajamas were provided daily.

They also offer luggage storage before check-in. Just leave your luggage with them, and they’ll give you a claim number. When it’s time to check in, simply show the number to collect your luggage. Very convenient!

Location: It's quite close to Sanno Park Tower and Akasaka Station, but Akasaka-mitsuke Station is a bit further, so it's also a bit removed from the more bustling area with lots of shops. However, the immediate vicinity is very quiet, and there's a supermarket nearby. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, but their selection is quite limited, barely any instant noodles.

Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean.

Facilities: The room is typical of a standard Japanese hotel. The front desk provides complimentary toiletries and tea bags. There's also a hot spring bath (onsen) available; they give you a special card for access when you check in. Unfortunately, I was out and about so much during my stay that I never got a chance to use it.

We found the room really small and hard to navigate with two of our medium size luggage. We had to take turns to open it which could be quite inconvenient. Some staffs are friendly. If you want to go to Tsukiji market, I highly recommend staying here as it’s really close just cross the road and walk a block. Takes some effort to walk to the main area of Ginza but still walkable.

This hotel is located in Nihonbashi Ningyocho, which is super convenient for getting to Haneda Airport on a single Asakusa Line train! You can also get here from Narita Airport by taking a low-cost bus to Ginza Station, then just a few more subway stops.

The surrounding area is quiet, with plenty of restaurants. There's also a small shrine, Kogami Shrine, where you can pray for wealth.

The room size is decent for Tokyo, and there's a good-sized desk that's spacious enough to hold lots of food and drinks.

Check-in and check-out are self-service at the front desk, and you can also store your luggage conveniently. They provide free toiletries, face masks, and coffee, and the coffee tastes pretty good – definitely a plus!

Just two blocks from Iidabashi subway station, this hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being next to an overpass. The rooms are quite spacious and newly renovated. There's also a supermarket right next door, and if your stay doesn't include meals, there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel. The deluxe single room has an extra sofa bench and a dining table, leaving just enough space to open a suitcase. The deluxe rooms are located on the top two floors, offering what I suppose is a city view. The room shows no signs of age and still looks very new. The service is entirely self-service, which is great for introverts! Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage are all self-service, and amenities can be picked up from a machine next to the self-service area. It's very close to the station, and there are restaurants, a supermarket, a shopping mall, and convenience stores nearby, which is super convenient.

Arrived in Nagoya late at night, and it started raining as soon as we got to the hotel. We initially went to the wrong hotel next door, which is part of the same group. The staff were very kind, confirmed our reservation, and even walked us over to the correct hotel for check-in, providing us with umbrellas. There's a convenient store downstairs, which was super handy. The next morning, we walked about ten minutes to Meitetsu Nagoya Station to catch a bus to Takayama. I'll definitely be back next time.

Satisfied with this Japanese city hotel – great location and surprisingly well-equipped for its size. The service was also excellent. We got a good price during the off-season, which made it a fantastic deal. It's only a five-minute walk from the Nagoya Shinkansen exit, and about ten minutes to Meitetsu Nagoya Station. There are tons of dining options nearby; I highly recommend an izakaya called 'Daikoku' – their grilled dishes are superb! (They don't take Alipay, only tap-to-pay credit cards or cash). The underground area of Nagoya Station also has many restaurants and clothing shops to explore, plus a currency exchange office (the hotel reception has a pamphlet about it – grab one, or you'll get lost!). Behind Nagoya Station, you'll find Takashimaya and Meitetsu Department Store. All in all, extremely convenient. Beyond the official tourist brochures, the hotel lobby also had recommendations for local cafes and eateries from the staff, which felt very thoughtful. Nagoya truly is an interesting city worth exploring. One minor drawback: the bathroom drain was very slow, so I wouldn't recommend taking a bath unless you're prepared to wait until the next day for the water to drain.
