I stayed here for one night because of the proximity to the airport and the advertised airport pickup/drop-off service. Overall, I’d describe the experience as decent but somewhat inconsistent.

One thing worth noting is that the airport transfer is actually a scheduled shuttle service, not a private pickup. That may have been my misunderstanding based on the wording, but it’s important to know that the shuttle only runs at certain times. When I landed, the shuttle was not operating, so I ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.

When I checked in, I was also told that the morning shuttle I needed for my flight was already full. The first staff member I spoke with was fairly short with me and didn’t seem very interested in helping find a solution. After asking to speak with a manager, the manager was able to accommodate me on the shuttle I needed, which I appreciated.

The room itself was mostly clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. The harbor view was also surprisingly nice, and the surrounding area was enjoyable to walk around in the morning. There are several good food options and hawker-style eateries nearby, which was a plus.

One cleanliness issue was that the sink had visible stains when I checked in. I mentioned it to staff before going out for dinner, but it had not been cleaned when I returned. It may have simply been a communication issue, but for the price point, I expected a bit more attention to detail.

I also injured my back during my travels, and I do want to give credit to the staff who helped carry my bags and ultimately accommodated my transportation needs. That assistance was appreciated.

Overall, I’d rate the experience around a 6/10. The location near the airport is convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the harbor area is nice, but there were several small frustrations that added up over the course of a very short stay.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was in good condition, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the view was excellent, can see Singapore skyline and the sunrise. Check-in was surprisingly quick despite the long line, and the staff at the counter were helpful and efficient with the pre-registration, which we really appreciated. Our family also had a great time at the pool. It was a pity that parts of the pool were under renovation, and some areas looked a little old, but it was still enjoyable. The family-friendly activities were still good as always (the pool zumba, movie screening), which made the stay fun overall.

This is an older hotel with basic facilities. It's comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, and the breakfast is about what you'd expect from a 3-4 star hotel there. Of course, the price is also around 300, but in Singapore dollars. 

If you're not traveling with family, you'd find much better standard room options and accommodations for the same price. Our family of four stayed here specifically for the two large beds.

The hotel's location isn't far from the MRT station. Haji Lane and BOSS HOTEL (the starting point for the Legoland shuttle) are all within walking distance, and there are many bus routes nearby, making transportation very convenient. There are plenty of food and drink options downstairs, and there's an Indian minimart across the street from the hotel that's much cheaper than the 7-Eleven down the block.

I misplaced something and when I called, they immediately knew which room I was in and what I had lost, which shows excellent coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. Thumbs up for that!

A hotel located in the Marine Parade area, conveniently close to an MRT station on the Thomson–East Coast Line. The rooms are a good size and comfortable, and the hotel provides all the basic facilities you would expect. The staff are friendly and provide good service.
There are a few minor areas for improvement: cleanliness could be better, the toilet does not have a bidet spray, and the towels had a slight musty smell. Aside from these small issues, the overall stay was quite satisfactory.

Within a 10-minute walk to Little India. There are several hawker centers nearby where locals frequent. I recommend checking out the one at Albert Centre for a good meal.

The hotel has some history, so the room facilities aren't super modern (e.g., no USB charging ports), but it's clean and the service is responsive to requests.

There are bars near the hotel. If your room is on the 2nd floor, you might hear singing until 12 or 1 AM. If you're sensitive to noise, you can request a higher floor when checking in.

Breakfast is a buffet. The variety isn't as extensive as a 4 or 5-star hotel, but it's acceptable. There's salad, main dishes (pasta, fried rice), and options like congee that suit a Chinese palate. There's also some daily variation.

Room size as usual is small. However, the toilet is even small and even brushing teeth feels a bit difficult. The housekeeping only changes the towel and clears the dustbin but does not makes the bed. Front desk staff is not too familiar with luggage delivery service available when I tried to enquire with them. 

Good point is the hotel is located quite conveniently near to many food places and a shopping area. Tawaramachi Station is about 6mins walk away from the hotel but if dragging big luaggage will be troublesome as this station lack elevator or lift service.

Room was ok given the size was expected when we booked it. The hotel’s location is further away from the main hotspots. The area seems new and quiet, not bad.

However, the service of the hotel personnel i felt could be better. They don’t seem friendly and perhaps they could have smile more. On my last night, the hotel staff accidentally assigned the same hotel room number to another guest and the guest was able to access my room. Luckily i was inside the room at that time.

Also, during check out, there were many hotel guests seated at the lounge area as they were waiting for their transport and there were no seats available for others. I noticed they closed off the cafe area and i asked them if they can allow us to sit there while we wait for our transport which they said no. Hence we have to stand at wherever there’s space together with our luggages. Eventually they allowed us to sit at the cafe area while we wait for our transport as there were also others have to stand and wait. I think in this part, the hotel staff should have thought about it better and do better.
