Great location, right next to the Garment City. The facilities are luxurious and spacious, with large rooms. The surrounding area is very convenient, and the service is warm and friendly. The price was also excellent.

The facilities are a bit outdated, but the service is still top-notch. The service industry requires both tangible and intangible improvements; hopefully, the hotel will strengthen its hardware management in the future, improving both aspects simultaneously, so that hotel management will continue to improve!

The room facilities and bedding are a bit old. The parking place is in a parking lot next to it. It is a bit inconvenient. The breakfast variety is very small. It is not as good as a budget hotel. I saw that I had no appetite and went outside to eat. The overall feeling was average. Worse than expected.

I was extremely satisfied with this stay! The hotel's location is very convenient, not far from the high-speed rail station and attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, efficient with check-in and check-out, and responded promptly to any questions. The breakfast selection was well-balanced and offered great value for money. Overall, the service was pretty good. The front desk offered tea, fruit, and snacks, and the staff there were warm and attentive. The main issue with the hotel itself is the terrible soundproofing in the rooms. You can clearly hear water running, people using the toilet, and conversations from next door, which is definitely a design flaw.

You can choose the next business trip, time relationship, did not choose a room with breakfast, have not felt whether the breakfast is delicious. You can also choose the next business trip, good quality and cheap. It is also close to the airport. I went to Wudian City and went shopping and rode a motorcycle. It is very convenient. Overall, the decoration in the room is pretty good, close to the four-star standard, but the environment downstairs is not good and the commercial facilities are not mature. I think the good aspects are all deserved. Today I will only make suggestions. 1. There is a sense of frustration and dizziness during the rotation of the revolving restaurant of Wanjia Hotel. I have not compared it with other revolving restaurants and I don’t think it can be felt. It may be that there is a problem with the rotating guide rail. 2. The lack of a desk in the room design is a very serious matter. As a must-have item for business trips, it is incomprehensible that there is no desk in the room. 3. The room area is large enough, but the bathroom and shower room are not designed. It is as small as a small box. One person can’t turn around in it. There is no place to hang clothes in the shower room, which is very inconvenient. 4. The waiter is very polite, but the management is stingy, and there is a suspicion that the room is not sold well first. When checking in, I specifically asked to choose a quiet room, but I was arranged to a room next to the elevator. I immediately asked to change the room, and the male waiter arranged to change it to a trapezoidal room with a shape close to a triangle, which feels worse than the original one. Later, I learned that this was the only irregular-shaped room on the entire floor. With such a low occupancy rate and so many good room prices, why are they unwilling to give guests a good experience? 5. There are many small items missing in the room. For example, pajamas, shoe towels, shoe horns, etc. 6. I would like to praise the mattress for its good quality and comfortable sleeping. However, the bed frame is not good and sometimes makes strange noises.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from the shopping plaza and supermarket, very close to the museum, memorial garden, Hongjing and other scenic spots, and only ten minutes drive to Yeping Scenic Area. There is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, there are more parking spaces, parking and access are very convenient. There is a free self-service laundry and drying service, but there is a queue. The room is generally hygienic, the carpet is dirty, and the lancore left by the guests after eating. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is dry and wet, but the bathroom is not easy to use. Originally, the bathroom was not small, but the large space behind the door (see Figure 4) was wasted. The door can be opened to that position, which is equivalent to the whole space shrinking by three points. When washing things, you can go in alone, otherwise you will accidentally touch the door when you turn around. In addition, as a high-end hotel, there are too few disposable items, not even standard cotton swabs, and no hand sanitizer or hand soap. In addition to the relatively superior location of the hotel, the hardware is similar to that of a low-grade hotel. Moreover, the front desk and room staff need to strengthen training, especially the front desk, should have more smiles, and be used to using polite language. You must know that the front desk is the facade of the hotel, the service is good, and first of all, it affects the mood of the guests. If the front desk service is of good quality, even if the room is a little problem, the guests may ignore it. But if the front desk service is not good, those problems may be magnified. In addition, this hotel has a strange rule that it is necessary to check the room status every day, regardless of whether the guests need to clean or supplement. The first night I stayed was still good, but when I renewed my stay the next morning, I explained to the front desk that I didn't need to clean and didn't need to enter the room. But the front desk replied that I had to add water to the room, and I said no. The front desk then said that the company stipulates that the room must be checked every day. I said that this is not an infringement of the privacy rights of the guests? In desperation, the front desk agreed to wait for us to come back to check when we came back in the room. It's incredible! I have stayed in so many hotels and encountered this situation for the first time. This hotel does not respect the privacy of the guests.

It was my first time to go to Jiangxi. On the recommendation of my colleagues, I stayed at Ganzhou Wanjia. I have to say that it was really considerate and the service was super thoughtful. The suite I stayed in had a very atmospheric living room decoration. I felt like I was at home. This is very important when you are out. This hotel is convenient for shopping and the breakfast is also rich and fresh. The front desk staff is also very patient and explained the travel route to me in detail, avoiding pitfalls and not stepping on thunder. It is highly recommended.

Ganzhou Oriental Jiaxuan has a convenient location, convenient parking, spacious and clean rooms, newer facilities, and separate bathrooms from wet and dry. The front desk service is warm, the breakfast is rich and the price is very high.
