Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hygiene was top-notch, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The staff were friendly, and it offered great value for money. Highly recommended.

I have lived for almost two years, and I am a regular customer. Although there is no membership level, I have been used to this hotel. If there is a problem, I can forget it. The first time I got so angry, I needed to keep replenishing water when I was sick on the night of the check-in. When I first checked in, there were two bottles in the room. I finished drinking the medicine. I asked for two bottles when I went out. I came back at night to take medicine and no water. I called the front desk and asked for two bottles. Tell me two bottles. You have two bottles of ice dew. You want me two bottles! I was too lazy to ask. Two bottles of medicine were not enough. I don’t know when the water will be charged. I didn’t remind me when I checked in. I came back from the hospital in the middle of the night. It was really uncomfortable. I didn’t have water to take medicine. I asked for two bottles. I checked out in the afternoon and asked when the water would start charging? Tell me the staff read it wrong, it's not charged water, and I was a little angry for a moment...
