What a wonderful hotel and great for families. A little loud a night on the weekend but we loved the vibe

This boutique hotel is truly incredible and perfectly located for exploring the city. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the unique and thoughtfully crafted design, every detail feels intentional and beautifully executed. The food was phenomenal: delicious, diverse, and clearly prepared with great care. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. I genuinely loved every moment spent here. They also serve one of the best espressos I’ve ever had, and even the preparation itself feels like a special experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates outstanding design and high-quality cuisine.

Really lovely hotel, with fantastic, friendly service from everyone. Always made to feel special and nothing too much trouble. Breakfasts are amazing. Just 10 minute taxi ride to the old town.

A well decorated boutique hotel ; the room was elegant and the bed was very comfortable ; room was not very big in comparison to the bed size; nice canal view but some noise from outside though the windows were double glazed. Generally good but slightly overpriced ( comparing with the  apartment hotel next to Piccadilly station).

The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the service is impeccable. The deposit was refunded very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. I drank two bottles of water, but there was no deduction from the deposit—an unexpected bonus. However, there are a few areas for improvement in the hotel facilities. The blue bed runner is of poor quality; it sheds lint that ends up on the sheets. More attention should be given to the details of room amenities such as bedding and towels. Additionally, some beverages in the fridge require a bottle opener, but I couldn’t find one among the room tools. Wishing the hotel continued success in its operations.

Our room was not only called fabulous but it really was.  Great view, good design, and a large corner tub.  No complaints.
