Fantastic hotel! The front desk service was excellent. The location is superb, right next to a subway entrance, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's just a stone's throw away from popular attractions and bustling shopping areas, perfect for sightseeing and shopping. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and professional, and they were very helpful with all our questions. The room facilities were complete, and the bedding was very comfortable. The service attitude was super good. Highly recommend!

The facilities are excellent, with fast Wi-Fi and a large TV. The room is fully stocked with toiletries. The hotel front desk staff are very friendly, professional, and promptly deliver anything you need, resolving issues quickly. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

I picked this hotel because it's not too far from Xi'an International Airport and very close to Xi'anbei Railway Station.  It appears to be a recently developped part of the city, as the surrounding building complex is quite new.  
There are a few local restaurants and convenient stores nearby.  It's also close to one of the metro train station (Line 14), which is only one station away from Xi'anbei Railway Station.  Actually, you can walk to the High Speed Railway Station yourself, which was a bit over one kilometer away on foot.
The hotel also provides a free pick-up from and drop-off to the Xi'anbei Railway Station, but you have to inform them ahead of time.
The room is great, unfortunately I only had a brief stay there as I had to catch a flight leaving Xi'an.  From there you can catch a metro train line 14 straight to the airport.  My only dislike of the room is the bed and the headboard.  The bed is kinda too springy/bouncy and the headboard is too hard.

(I can't see the picture is neat, because I have lived in chaos for many days, but I just came in and it was really clean, and I stayed for several days and my aunt cleaned it every day.) This time I came to Xi'an and chose the Wanao Smart Choice Hotel on Zhangba Road. When I checked in, I asked if I could upgrade the room. The staff checked the available room and directly helped us upgrade, and the date of the room upgrade was clearly informed. The early check-in redeemed with points and the late check-out applied for later were also very happy to meet, and the customer's needs were taken care of throughout the process. From the beginning of the door, the gentle attitude of the staff makes people feel warm. No matter how late you go downstairs at night, you can always see someone at the front desk. If you have any questions, you can find someone at any time. It is especially safe. The room was even more pleasant. When I entered the door, I felt very clean. The table was clean and the bedding was refreshing. The big bed room was actually equipped with four pillows. I slept with two friends. I was comfortable to lie down. The curtains are intelligent switches, very convenient, the lights are partitioned management, this is very comfortable, to meet various needs of the lights, my friends and I like it very much. The large mirror in the bathroom is simply a gospel for makeup. The border is also equipped with lights. The light is particularly good when making up. The smell of shower gel and shampoo is particularly good. It has become a enjoyment to take a bath. The TV is quite big, you can watch a movie at night, you can cast screens. The desk is spacious and can put a lot of things. It is also convenient to order takeaway at the table. The key is that the takeaway can be delivered directly to the door, and there is no need to go downstairs to pick it up. It is too worry-free. There is also a small refrigerator for ice drinks, and these details make people feel particularly intimate. The cleaning aunt whispers softly every time she comes, and she is very careful. Living here for a few days is as comfortable as at a friend's house. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Xi'an!

Facilities: Good. The TV is large with smooth, lag-free screen mirroring, which is very convenient. There's an ice maker on the first floor, which is a nice touch.
Cleanliness: Relatively clean, pretty good.
Environment: Not super close to the subway station, but still quite convenient.

Came to Chongqing with friends and the hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to attractions like Jiefangbei and Hongyadong. The room was spacious and clean, with complete and functional facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm and attentive, and getting around for sightseeing was very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money and a fantastic experience.
